Divadlo krize / Theatre of crisisČonková, Ivana January 2012 (has links)
This paper describes and reflects the specific problematic theatrical events and art projects that I realized at the time of the socio-political crisis. In these events, I recognized the theater by participating and being involved in action. Gradually I gained experience that harbor some questions in theatrical practice.
I describe four events and two projects. The first event responded to the tragic death of deceased persons and dogs in Florence, Prague. The last project took place in the urban area of a Roma "ghetto" in Usti nad Labem. I move to different places, situations and themes. Within these sequence of events I was searching for what theater can be and how this medium can be used responsibly. I experienced how it can survive while challenged by the dangers that threatens theater routines, consumerism and banality. How do I let him fall, but appear in his power to change lives, identify and create.

Československo jako prostředník sovětského bloku v konžské krizi 1960-1963 / Czechoslovakia as a Mediator of the Soviet Bloc in the Congo Crisis 1960-1963Mikysková, Jitka January 2016 (has links)
The presented dissertation analyses the role of Communist Czechoslovakia in a period of so called "Congo Crisis" in the years 1960-1963, which began after the independence of the Belgian Congo had been declared. Czechoslovakia was the only Eastern Bloc country which had a representative office in the capital city of Leopoldville over a long period of time and had maintained business and diplomatic relations with the former Belgian Congo since the First Republic; therefore it was an irreplaceable mediator between the newly declared Republic of the Congo and Eastern Bloc countries. The individual chapters rely especially on archival documents and analyse the roles of Patrice Lumumba, UN, separatist government of Antoine Gizenga in the Eastern province, namely in the context of Czechoslovakian foreign policy toward African continent in the observed period. The dissertation is grounded especially on documents of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and archives of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia. In order to set the dissertation to the international context, it was mainly French, Belgian and Soviet literature, which was used as it offers a very different perspective on the topic in question.

In first part of this work the indicators of rent-to-price ratio, price-to-income ratio and new building development factors are considered to explain possible future development of housing prices. This is seemed to continue falling during the year 2011. The second analytical part tries to explain the housing prices according to specific locality features and macroeconomic aspects. Dopad ukrajinské krize na německou ekonomiku a německo-ruské vztahy / Influence of ukrainian crisis on german economy and german russian relationsSkalická, Veronika January 2017 (has links)
The subject of my thesis is the impact of the Ukrainian crisis on German Russian relations and the German economy. Experts say that the deterioration of trade relations between the European Union and Russia caused by the Ukrainian crisis will also affect the economies of individual European countries. The deterioration in trade relations were caused by sanctions imposed in response to the crisis in Ukraine. The degree of impact of the Ukrainian crisis on a given country is directly proportional to the countrys interconnection with the Russia. Before the Ukrainian crisis began, Germany was Russias most active trading partner from the European Union. Germany also plays a significant role in the Ukrainian crisis, as a negotiator between the European Union and Russia. The influence of the Ukrainian crisis on the German economy is defined by the development of Germanys economic relations with Russia an important trading partner to Germany. Two economic indicators were used to assess the relationship: German-Russian commodity trading and German foreign direct investment in the Russian market. The development of trade between Germany and Russia was also analyzed within the individual economic sectors targeted by the sanctions. The impact of the Ukrainian crisis on the German economy was further assessed by the development of Germanys trade relati-ons with Ukraine and Belarus. The results of the analysis of economic indicators, which are in line with the information provided in expert sources, confirmed the negative impact of the Ukrainian crisis on German-Russian relations and the German economy. The negative impacts of the Ukrainian crisis on the German economy manifest in the form of financial losses caused by the decline in German exports to Russia and the poor economic situation of German investors in the Russian market. Due to the sanctions, some long-term projects between Germany and Russia were canceled, German companies operating in the Russian market experienced declining revenues, and these companies were forced to lay off workers.
