The aim of this diploma paper is to describe the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. Firstly, I have analysed the general situation which is connected with the issue of providing the mortgage credit in the Czech Republic. The next point is the analysis of market of flats and support of the flat's market. One of this product is mortgage credit. I have analysed the main economic values such as mortgage credit, mortgage interest, classified mortgage credit, business cycle, etc. Especially I discussed the household sector because we can see the biggest growth there. Finally, I have compared the mortgage market in the Czech Republic, in the European Union and in the United States of America. The mortgage crisis in the USA is an ongoing economic problem and it caused a global financial crisis during 2007 -- 2008.

This thesis is focused on the solution to economic crises in Czechoslovakia in 1930's projected by Josef Macek. The first part describes process and consequences of the crisis and its influence on Czechoslovakian economy. Concrete arrangements made by government and main attitudes to this problem will be mentioned also in this section.The second part will be devoted to the personality of Josef Macek and his economic theories. The last and largest part deals with proposals of Josef Macek which should help the Czechoslovakian economy in the period of recession and bring the economy back to expansion. Opinions of Josef Macek are taken and analyzed from prime sources of information -- his works, public performances and articles -- written during 1930's. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the opinions of Josef Macek as a opposite to arrangements made by the government.

This diploma thesis deals with the tax system of Malaysia in the political-economic context. It outlines the basic tax conditions on the territory of the Federation of Malaysia in the context of tax systems in the region. In order to give a plastic picture of the issue, the current tax conditions and ascertained data are compared, by means of charts and tables, with the countries neighboring Malaysia -- Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam. In connection with the political-economic development also the Asian financial crisis is emphasized, which caused a drop in economic growth and a change in the existing fiscal policy. A substantial part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the tax burden and of the tax system structure. In the conclusion, the thesis compares and evaluates the tax systems of the neighboring countries.

Diploma thesis is dealing with the relation of financial and economical crises 2008/2009 and human resources. The first part is focused on the causes of crises that we can find in human resource management and employees. Second part describes changes on the Czech labour market, and give a recomendations how the HR department can dealt with it. It also includes the steps that can prevent the future crises.

The purpose of my thesis is to explain the issue of the welfare state's crisis. To describe its current situation and impacts in modern world of capitalism. I have chosen France as a case study. Social disorders are common and becoming stronger and the sustainability of the social state causes considerable difficulties. In the first part of my thesis I describe the development of the modern welfare state, its basic principals and individual theoretical approaches criticizing the concept. In the second part I illustrate characteristic features of French welfare state: interests groups, primary values of the society and its specifics, situation on labor market, entrepreneurial environment and political progress. The thesis shows that France makes efforts to reform its welfare state. However, suggested solutions are only partial and even deepen social problems in France.

This work deals with the financing of the state budget deficit in the Czech Republic through the issue of government bonds. There is listed the characteristics of each type of government bonds, the allocation of government bonds according to the type of instrument, by type of holder, and according to maturity and development in the years 1997 - 2008. It is also monitoring the impact of financial crisis on the market of government bonds mainly in 2008. The last part of this work is focused on the government bond market in the Slovak Republic for the purpose of comparison with the Czech Republic.

The purpose of my thesis is to explain step by step what caused the present Financial Crisis which the world is experiencing and its development. It is a preview to know how the crisis started rather than its affects. I will start my analysis with broad explanation and then narrow it down to concrete examples.

This thesis is about causes of the current financial crisis and it has four parts. 1st - description of evolution of the US housing market; 2nd - US mortgage market and the originate-to-distribute model; 3rd - evolution of the crisis and its spread into other markets and countries; 4th - proposals of main changes in the regulation and supervision in order to prevent similar crisis to happen

The paper is describing the effects of recessions and current financial crisis on companies and their marketing. The topic covers the history of marketing throughout the world biggest recessions and describes the current marketing efforts of Czech companies under the current financial crisis. A strategical analysis with the impacts of crisis on long-term strategy planning is provided at the end of the paper.

The diploma thesis deals with the basic concepts of measurement which were developed in the area of financial accounting. It focuses on the main features of measurement selected assets and liabilities according to the IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). The thesis largely deals with the phenomenon of "fair value" in the contemporary form of the IFRS and in connection with the exposure draft "Fair Value Measurement". The role of measurement in the present financial crisis is also mentioned. The last chapter of the thesis is based on measurement of the selected assets and liabilities according to the Czech Accounting Legislation in comparison with the IFRS.
