This study aimed to analyze the impacts generated by the training courses organized by UFSM for the labor activity of its technical and administrative staff of Frederico Westphalen-RS. In this sense, the aims were: to identify the training courses offered by the university, to check the main features of its planning and evaluation process, and also to verify the perception of the technical and administrative staff regarding the applicability and usefulness of these courses. In relation to the methodological aspects, this research is a case study characterized as exploratory and descriptive, with both qualitative and quantitative approach. Initially, through a documentary consult in the Pro-rectory of Personnel Management (Progep), information were obtained about the training courses organized by UFSM, and subsequently questionnaires were applied to the Head of the Education and Development Division (NED) and to all the technical and administrative staff of UFSM, Frederico Westphalen campus, aiming to gather information about the university training process and their perception on the promoted training courses. Data were analyzed using Excel and the SPSS software, and the instruments of analysis included calculations of descriptive statistics (frequency distribution, averages, measures of dispersion), and the execution of the internal consistency reliability test (Cronbach´s Alpha). The results show that, although the university has a structured training process, which is mainly based on the survey of the training needs of the staff (LNC), other factors may impact the offer of training courses, such as the availability of instructors, the distance between the decentralized university units and headquarters, the variety of sectors and positions that require training, as well as the limitation of budgetary resources. Thus, it was identified some aspects of the training courses organized by UFSM that can be improved, such as, the integration training and the promotion of more specific courses, so that the information provided by them can have an effective and positive impact on the work activities of the technical and administrative staff participants. On the other hand, it was noteworthy the importance of interference by the Managers in the training of its employees, since other motivations may also influence them in choosing the training courses, such as salary increases or a particular interest. Therefore, by the results obtained, it can be suggested as a proposal for the improvement of the training courses organized by UFSM, a greater use of information technology, such as video conference courses and distance learning courses, so that the training options can satisfactorily reach all the technical and administrative staff, regardless of the university unit location. / Este trabalho objetivou analisar os impactos gerados pelos cursos de capacitação promovidos pela UFSM na atividade laboral de seus servidores técnico-administrativos, lotados no campus de Frederico Westphalen-RS. Nesse sentido, buscou-se: identificar os cursos de capacitação promovidos pela referida universidade, verificar as principais características do seu processo de planejamento e avaliação, e ainda, verificar a percepção dos servidores técnico-administrativos quanto a aplicabilidade e utilidade dos referidos cursos. No que concerne aos aspectos metodológicos, esta pesquisa caracteriza-se por ser do tipo exploratória e descritiva, com abordagem quali-quantitativa, enquadrando-se como um estudo de caso. Inicialmente, por meio de uma consulta documental na Pró-reitoria de Gestão de Pessoas (PROGEP), foram obtidas informações a respeito dos cursos de capacitação promovidos pela UFSM, sendo, posteriormente, aplicados questionários a Chefe do Núcleo de Educação e Desenvolvimento (NED) e a todos os servidores técnico-administrativos da UFSM, lotados no campus de Frederico Westphalen, visando, respectivamente, a obtenção de informações sobre o processo de treinamento da referida universidade e a percepção sobre os cursos de capacitação promovidos. Os dados obtidos foram analisados por meio dos softwares Excel e SPSS, utilizando-se como instrumentos de análise os cálculos da estatística descritiva (distribuição de freqüência, médias, medidas de dispersão), além da realização do teste de confiabilidade de consistência interna (Alpha de Cronbach). Os resultados desta pesquisa evidenciam que, apesar de a UFSM possuir um processo de treinamento estruturado, baseado principalmente no levantamento das necessidades de capacitação de seus servidores (LNC), outros fatores podem impactar na promoção dos cursos de capacitação, tais como: a disponibilidade ou não de instrutores, a distância entre as unidades universitárias descentralizadas e a sede, a variedade de setores e cargos que demandam capacitação, além da limitação de recursos orçamentários. Desse modo, foram identificados alguns aspectos dos cursos de capacitação promovidos pela UFSM que podem ser aperfeiçoados, como, por exemplo, o treinamento de integração e a promoção de cursos mais específicos, de forma que as informações transmitidas pelos referidos cursos possam efetivamente impactar positivamente nas atividades laborais dos servidores técnico-administrativos participantes dos mesmos. Por outro lado, ficou evidente a importância da ingerência das Chefias na capacitação de seus colaboradores, já que outras motivações também podem influenciá-los na escolha dos cursos de capacitação, como o aumento salarial ou interesse particular. Sendo assim, diante dos resultados obtidos, pode-se sugerir como proposta para o aperfeiçoamento dos cursos de capacitação promovidos pela UFSM, a maior utilização dos meios de tecnologia de informação, tais como os cursos por vídeo-conferência e na modalidade à distância, de forma que as capacitações atendam satisfatoriamente e de maneira homogênea todos os servidores técnico-administrativos, independentemente da localização da unidade universitária.

Le cas des adjoints en pastorale scolaire comme analyseur des métiers avec et pour autrui / The case of school pastoral assistants as analyser job with and for othersKerbrat, Yves 05 December 2016 (has links)
Depuis quelques années un métier émergent de l'éducatif se développe dans l'Enseignement Catholique , celui d'A.P.S. ou Adjoint en Pastorale Scolaire. A la croisée entre deux réalités institutionnelles, celle de l'éducation et celle de l'église catholique, ce métier se structure et se développe en tension entre une sur prescription à caractère discrétionnaire et le réel de l'activité des acteurs éducatifs dans leur contexte de travail. En nous appuyant sur la théorie de l'analyse de l'activité, notre intervention-recherche en collaboration avec cinq personnes en formation continue, a permis de mettre en évidence l'existence de plusieurs genres professionnels au sein d'un même métier qui peut être rattaché aux métiers "avec et pour autrui". Le dispositif expérimental a favorisé la constitution d'un collectif de travail, l'émergence de règles de métier, de compétences particulières , ainsi que le développement de l'activité des professionnels. Notre étude a joué le rôle d'analyseur des transformations des métiers qui consistent à agir "avec et pour autrui". Dans une perspectives d'évolution du système scolaire français, la réforme des collèges et la prise en compte des enjeux de société concernant la mixité sociale et culturelle, l'analyse de l'activité de ce métier émergent ouvre une réflexion sur les métiers de l'éducatif" avec et pour autrui" et la formation. / In recent years , a job as emerged from the education grows in Catholic teaching, the A.P.S. or school pastoral assistants. At the jonction between two institutional realities, that of Education and that of the Church, the profession has structured and developped stretching between a discretionary over prescription and the real activity of educational actors in heir work context. Based on the theory of activity analysis, our intervention research which has been conducted in collaboration with five people in in-house training as working, has highlighted the existence of several professionnal within' the same job which can be attached to trades that consist of acting with and for others. The experimental device has encouraged the formation of a collective work, the emergence of business rules, news skills, and the" development of the activity of professionals. Our study has also payed a role of the analyzer of business transformations "are to act for and whith another one".In an evlutionary perpective with the french school system reform in colleges an the inclusion of social issues concerning the social and cultural diversity, the analysis of the activity of emerging job has opened reflections on the job of education " for and with another one".
