Previous issue date: 2008-12-19 / This dissertation investigated the process of training of teachers in the initial grades of
elementary school in Goiás, from a public policy driven by neoliberal guidelines
recommended by the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education LDB-1996 and Law
of Fundef, carried out by the State University of Goiás-UEG, called the Emergency Program
for Graduate Full-LPP split in the field of education in the town of Ceres - Goiás, in the
period between the years 2000 to 2006. This policy ran the existence of a significant portion
of lay teachers in the public system state of Goiás, then outside the legal requirements
advocated by the new political-educational. It was a qualitative study of nature provided
theoretical and methodological in historical and dialectical materialism. Eleven teachers who
work in the municipal system of education in the township of Ceres are the subjects of this
study; all of them are concluding the course of Pedagogy of this type of training. Analyzing
the project curriculum of the course, the subject matter taught and the knowledge and skills
specified in legal documents, two theoretical guidelines spell out the project of education: the
problem of pedagogy and reflective teacher, both from the perspective that neoliberal such
conceptualizations of fit views of contemporary educational trends. From a wide range of
information derived from depth interviews with the subjects, from the comments made in
class, from the schedules and from the students notebooks, the readings of many legal
documents and evaluation of the UEG / emphasis on the university unit of Ceres, could lift
five categories of analysis on the possibilities of explanation and its conclusions: of reflective
practice, theoretical fundamentation, magister s professional , the role of school family and
the learning the pupils.
novo ordenamento político-educacional. Tratou-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa,
aportado teórica e metodologicamente no materialismo histórico e dialético. Onze professores

A curricular reform of Universidade Federal de Pernambuco's Letras (Language Arts) Teacher License's undergraduate courses was implemented in 2010. A panel of Language Arts professors were in charge of restructuring the aforementioned courses. This study aims to analyze the perspectives on social representations, resulting from the aforementioned undergraduate course. This study is based on Serge Moscovici's and Jodelet's Social Representation Theories. By means of the aforementioned authors' perspectives, we conceive Social Representations as a product of common sense resulted from relationships between societies and institutions. We have also used Sacristán's contributions in discussions and data analysis, and by means of whose publications we perceive curricula as a cultural construct which can be changed by not only curricular reforms but also curricular restructuration. Hence, nine professors of UFPE‟s Language Arts Department had agreed to be featured in this research, two of which are Literature professors, one professor of Latin language, one professor of Portuguese language, one professor of Linguistics, in addition to one professor who teaches both Latin and Portuguese languages. We have also interviewed three professors who were members of the Commission in charge of the curricular reform. One of them is a former coordinator of UFPE‟s Language Arts curricular reform. In order to understand social representations, we used semi structured interview method and document analysis. Data interpretation was based on Bardin‟s Content Analysis. According to each of the interviewees, UFPE‟s Language Arts curricular reform was a process in which changes were made content-wise and also credit hours-wise. For the professors, the reform was anchored on the importance of undergraduates‟ pedagogical formation in detriment of specific formation. It was also discovered that exists polarity between the pedagogical formation and the specific formation. The latter being in charge of providing students with mastering contents to teach, and the former being responsible for developing both teaching methods and techniques. Furthermore, results revealed that the existence of a relation of conflict and separation of UFPE‟s Language Arts Department and Center of Education‟s departments, both of which were responsible for the graduating students who majored in Portuguese. The majority of professors revealed having minor or few changes in regards to their teaching procedures. Therefore, despite Brazil‟s National Curricular Guidelines impact on the systematization and composition of the credit hours required in undergraduate courses, effective changes in both teaching and learning processes at the undergraduate level have not been initiated.

TECIDO COMPLEXO FORMATIVO DOCENTE: REPERCUSSÕES DOS CONHECIMENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DAS ÁREAS NOS PROCESSOS FORMATIVOS DAS LICENCIATURAS / TEACHER S FORMATIVE COMPLEX TISSUE: REPERCUTIONS OF FIELD SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGES IN LICENCIATE S FORMATIVE PROCESSESScremin, Greice 24 June 2014 (has links)
Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This study is a doctorate s thesis and was performed in the research line 1 formation.
Knowledges and profisional development, from Education Post Graduation Program of
Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Southern Brazil. This study arises from debates
of in CNPq Reseach Group trajectories of Formation GTFORMA, concerned with
formative way (personals and professionals) experienced by high level teachers. The
general aim of this study was to analyse how specific knowledges repercute in teacher s
formative processes. Paradigm of complexity under a case study research and following a
qualitative methodology was used to give direction to this study, in which the investigations
instruments were official documents (education laws and Licenciate Pedagogical Projects)
and narrative interviewing carried out with teachers of UFSM Licenciate courses.
Theoretical elements inrolled in this study were aligned to types of knowledges and
competencies to be developed by teachers inicial courses, in order to promote a reflexion
on veral reality aspects of these courses at UFSM context. Complex interpretative Analysis
concept is presented as way of results analysis oriented by complexity principles and
Morin s tetragram. It was possible to get to a complex comprehension about formative
processes in licenciate courses based on referred analysis. A conceptual term, Teacher
Formative Complex Tissue, was coined for getting to this understanding, evidencing that
teacher formation needs to be conceived in its complexity at licenciate domains. Tissue is
network intertwined by tree complex nets (Specific area net, Teacher s formative net, and
Operative-formative net). In this study, interpretation presented has got involved through
inter relacional dynamics among tree nets, rebuilded in each interaction. Complexity based
on systemic thinking redirect the look to the analyzed reality for making possible the
proposition of a new signification and to highlight the importance of rethinking this reality in
a more integrated mode. Therephore, the Teacher Formative Complex Tissue is
characterized by the incoherence between how teacher formation would be ideally and how
efectivelly it is revealed by the study. So, comprehending two important dimensions of this
process (official documents and teacher s discourse) in this study, allowed to show the way
how the teacher formative process was understood from studied reality.
licenciaturas.
interpretação apresentada nesse trabalho envolveu a dinâmica inter-relacional entre as três
Redes, reconstruídas a cada interação. A complexidade fundamentada no pensamento
pesquisa. Desse modo, abarcar duas dimensões importantes desse processo de formação
(documentos e discursos docentes), permitiu evidenciar o modo como o processo
formativo docente foi entendido na realidade estudada.
