El presente trabajo de investigación desarrolla una idea de negocio creada por el equipo de trabajo ante la percepción de un problema latente en la sociedad peruana, y ante la coyuntura actual. Se identificó que muchas personas, responsables de la comida en su hogar, presentaban problemas en organizar sus compras de alimentos, y, por ende, perdían dinero por gastos de más o tiempo por no tener claros los insumos a adquirir. Asimismo, se encontró que muchos tenían problemas para decidir qué cocinar. Es por este motivo que, se decidió crear un aplicativo móvil que permita mejorar la organización de las compras a través de una selección fácil y rápida de los platillos a cocinar durante la semana, y de la presentación de una lista de compras específicas para que no se compren ingredientes de más ni falte alguno. Para poder validarlo, se realizaron diversos experimentos desarrollados a lo largo del trabajo. Asimismo, se realizaron experimentos que permitieron darle validez al modelo de negocio planteado en su totalidad, así como al interés de compra por parte de los usuarios potenciales. Finalmente se realizó un plan financiero que permitió valorizar el proyecto obteniendo flujos de caja positivos, dando como resultado un valor actual neto positivo también. Y adicionalmente, se escogió entre dos estilos de financiamientos que resultaron beneficios para el proyecto del aplicativo móvil. / This research work develops a business idea created by the team in response to the perception of a latent problem in Peruvian society and the current situation. It was identified that many people, responsible for the food in their homes, had problems in organizing their food purchases, and therefore, they lost money due to extra expenses or time because they were not clear about the supplies to be purchased. It was also found that many had problems in deciding what to cook. For this reason, it was decided to create a mobile application to improve the organization of purchases through an easy and quick selection of the dishes to cook during the week, and the presentation of a list of specific purchases to avoid over purchasing or missing ingredients.  In order to validate it, several experiments were carried out throughout the work. Likewise, experiments were carried out to validate the business model as a whole, as well as the purchase interest of potential users. Finally, a financial plan was developed that allowed valuing the project by obtaining positive cash flows, resulting in a positive net present value as well. The subject of the diploma thesis “External risks of a Critical Infrastructure Entity from the Public Sector” is the analysis and evaluation of the external risks of the Office for Government Representation in in Property Affairs (OGRPA), with emphasis on the continuity of its function and the formulation of recommendations for the existing risks. The first part of the thesis deals with essential concepts and theoretical knowledge. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the OGRPA risk management system, the risk analysis, the evaluation and the proposal of the solution for the current OGRPA risks management system.

The thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of company with using selected indicators of financial analysis. The first part introduce the company ANA-AQUALINE Ltd. over the period 2007-2009. In the second part is explained the financial analysis from a theoretical point of view and in the next part is implemented theory in practice. This master’s thesis deals with the determination of conditions and the proposal of appropriate instruments within the World Class Manufacturing system (WCM), mainly its pillars Professional Maintenance (PM), in order to remove, with the assistance of subsequent analysis, all the waste which occurs in the enterprise and consequently to appropriately optimise the activities of staff, especially the specialized engineers.

The aim of this thesis is the design and implementation of mobile application for time management on Android. It is based on First Things First philosophy by Stephen Covey. The main effort is to design application for various devices like mobile phones, tablets and smart watches. Modification of the design, bugfixes and new functions are based on user's monitoring, which is part of this thesis.

This thesis deals with cultural studies and their role in language lessons. It describes both the history of cultural studies teaching and contemporary tendencies in this field. A sample of textbooks of Czech for foreigners illustrates what kind of information in which quality is presented to the students of Czech language. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the cultural studies in the analysed textbooks meet the requirements imposed on them, which information are according to the authors important and relevant. At the same time the inadequacies and incompleteness should be shown.

It focuses on the Sun, wind and hydrogen as energy resources.The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical explanation to these resources and is followed by a practical part with the aim to explain this issue to students by using experiments included in worksheets. The theoretical part is focused on the minimal knowledge that is needed for completing the worksheets. This part also describes suitability of these resources in the context of the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis is exclusively experimental. It describes educational kits that can be used to demonstrate renewable resources of energy. It also includes instructions to create worksheets. The attachment, which is part of the thesis, contains a set of worksheets and a CD which, among others, contains other worksheets filled in by students.
