In der Broschüre werden die in Sachsen etablierten 2.045 Arten mit Unterarten aufgelistet und bewertet. Die Rote Liste informiert über die Gefährdungssituation der Arten und Lebensräume und stellt eine Grundlage für die Fachplanung im Naturschutz dar. Die Arten sind mit den wissenschaftlichen Namen, ihren Synonymen und auch mit den volkstümlichen Namen aufgeführt. Eine Rote Liste für Farn- und Samenpflanzen in Sachsen erschien zuletzt 1999.

This diploma thesis is dealing with the theme of use of the Botanic Garden in Teplice to teach Science - especially Botany at lower-secondary school. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part I'm dealing with mapping of botanic gardens in the Czech republic - mainly focusing on the Botanic Garden in Teplice. In the second part I'm searching for theoretic information to create my own worksheets, and explanation of the teaching method - excursion according to the available specialized didactic literature. In the third part I'm dealing with the analysis of questionnaire and according to the availably gained information with the creation of my own worksheets. After the questionnaire there were nine worksheets with the concrete teaching methodology of botany and methodological worksheets. Afterwards the worksheet called ¨Excursion itself¨ was verified. Altogether nine worksheets with the methodological outcomes were created. The pupils were filling in the worksheets during the excursion and then the pupils' questionnaire was made to gain the feedback. The Health Sector at the state of Kuwait is facing many challenges. One of which is public expectations in health are high, and thus, the Ministry of Health (MOH) in Kuwait has amplified the health expenditure by 86% since 2007. And since the medicine budget represents half of the total MOH budget, it is proposed that the development in health policy might be a suitable tool to control the inflation within the health budget. This thesis examines the opportunities and challenges of introducing an EML in Kuwait and the factors influencing its effectiveness. A mixed-methodology approach has been used to enhance and validate the data, in the form of interviews, comparative studies and questionnaires. One major limitation to the research was the lack of previous data relating to this work, and the information should be gathered in person in the form of hard copies, and later, the data was analysed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. It has been attained that, the EML might be a valuable tool if adopted and implemented appropriately, EML adjustment to country health situation is crucial for successful utilisation and fulfilling the concept objectives. Standard Treatment Guidelines are fundamental part of EM selection process, in Kuwait there were lack in the uniformity of the local STG, but fortunately, there is an eagerness to innovate, and the medicine situation might benefit from a type of organisation, overall, if the EML implemented efficiently in Kuwait, it might help in improving the general health and control the inflation in MOH budget.

Cette thèse traite de la coloration de graphe, de la coloration par liste,d'ensembles indépendants de poids maximum et de la théorie structurelle des graphes.Dans un premier temps, nous fournissons un algorithme s'exécutant en temps polynomial pour le problème de la 4-coloration dans des sous-classes de graphe sans $P_6$. Ces algorithmes se basent sur une compréhension précise de la structure de ces classes de graphes, pour laquelle nous donnons une description complète.Deuxièmement, nous étudions une conjecture portant sur la coloration par liste et prouvons que pour tout graphe parfait sans griffe dont la taille de la plus grande clique est bornée par 4, le nombre chromatique est égal au nombre chromatique par liste. Ce résultat est obtenu en utilisant un théorème de décomposition des graphes parfaits sans griffe, une description structurelle des graphes de base de cette décomposition et le célèbre théorème de Galvin.Ensuite, en utilisant la description structurelle élaborée dans le premier chapitre et en renforçant certains aspects de celle-ci, nous fournissons un algorithme s'exécutant en temps polynomial pour le problème d'indépendant de poids maximum dans des sous-classes de graphe sans $P_6$ et sans $P_7$. Dans le dernier chapitre de ce manuscrit, nous infirmons une conjecture datant de 1999 de De Simone et K"orner sur les graphes normaux. Notre preuve est probabiliste et est obtenue en utilisant les graphes aléatoires. / This thesis deals with graph coloring, list-coloring, maximum weightstable set (shortened as MWSS) and structural graph theory.First, we provide polynomial-time algorithms for the 4-coloring problem insubclasses of $P_6$-free graphs. These algorithms rely on a preciseunderstanding of the structure of these classes of graphs for which we give afull description.Secondly, we study the list-coloring conjecture and prove that for anyclaw-free perfect graph with clique number bounded by 4, the chromatic numberand the choice number are equal. This result is obtained by using adecomposition theorem for claw-free perfect graphs, a structural description ofthe basic graphs of this decomposition and by using Galvin's famous theorem.Next by using the structural description given in the first chapter andstrengthening other aspects of this structure, we provide polynomial-timealgorithms for the MWSS problem in subclasses of $P_6$-free and $P_7$-freegraphs.In the last chapter of the manuscript, we disprove a conjecture of De Simoneand K"orner made in 1999 related to normal graphs. Our proof is probabilisticand is obtained by the use of random graphs.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to create educational presentation for grammar school students according to the inquiry-based education principles and used in the classroom for teaching the thematic unit Water regime of plants, its application in teaching process and inclusion of inquiry-based education into plant physiology lessons at grammar school. A comparative survey which included 90 students was carried out in three first grade parallel classes. The level of students´knowledge was compared on a basis of the achievement test some students attended lessons including educational presentation completed with a worksheet, other students attended lessons providing the same topic in a way of frontal teaching and without the presentation. The goal of this research was to find out if inquiry-based education affects the level of acquired knowledge and if it leads to its permanent preservation. The results were statistically evaluated and clearly classified into tables and graphs.

This diploma thesis deals with a draft of a complex land adjustment within a chosen cadastral municipality. After choosing the specific cadastral municipality, a local survey and a subsequent description of a current condition of the area followed. On the basis of this information, an analysis of current problems and shortages was carried out. These problems were solved by a draft of required measures within a plan of common facilities. An assessment of land adjustment area had to precede the draft preparation itself. The last operation was to deal with demands of three chosen owners for whom a draft of new land arrangement was created.

This thesis is dedicated to educational programs in Bečov Botanic Garden. The aim of this thesis was to extend the current offer to other botanical themes. Dendrological themes were selected for new educational programs. In total, three new educational programs were created. The first one is dealing with conifers, the second with cones of conifers and the third with broad-leaved species. All new programs include worksheets and methodological instruction for lectures and teachers. Tutorial tools (determination key, scale, educational box) were also created for the cone educational program.

As demandas de saúde pública do Rio Grande do Sul (RS) e do Ministério da Saúde, o conhecimento do consumo de medicamentos e dos principais agravos em saúde mental devem contribuir para o planejamento da produção pública do Laboratório Farmacêutico do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (LAFERGS). Com este objetivo, foram avaliadas as aquisições de medicamentos nas áreas de saúde mental na Assistência Farmacêutica Básica e de Especiais e Excepcionais no Estado do RS. Como instrumento de coleta de dados foi aplicado questionário, em dez municípios do RS, para verificar o consumo e os valores despendidos em medicamentos utilizados nas doenças do Sistema Nervoso Central e Periférico (SNCP), nos anos de 2006 ou de 2007 e os gastos com aquisições de medicamentos especiais e excepcionais, no ano de 2006. A curva ABC e a Matriz de Priorização foram utilizadas na avaliação dos dados. A depressão foi o agravo com maior ocorrência entre as doenças do SNCP. Os maiores gastos financeiros ocorreram na aquisição de medicamentos anticonvulsivantes e para o tratamento do transtorno bipolar de humor. Para os medicamentos apresentados nas formas sólidas, líquidas e semi-sólidas o gasto maior foi com os imunossupressores, seguido por medicamentos para tratamento da saúde mental. O elenco proposto contempla os medicamentos carbamazepina comprimidos 200 mg e solução 20 mg/mL, carbonato de lítio comprimidos 300 mg, amitriptilina comprimidos 25 mg, clorpromazina comprimidos 100 mg, fenobarbital comprimidos 100 mg da AFB e solução de morfina 1 % e clozapina comprimidos 100 mg dos Excepcionais. O estudo sugere o detalhamento das questões de consumo de medicamentos em outras áreas da AFB, a revisão da pactuacão intergestores, para garantia da aquisição da produção e de novos investimentos em planta industrial e em tecnologia para diversificar a capacidade fabril do LAFERGS. / The public health demands from the State of Rio Grande do Sul and from the Ministry of Health, the knowledge about drug consumption and the main mental health disorders must contribute to the planning of the public production by Pharmaceutical Laboratory from the State of Rio Grande do Sul (LAFERGS). The purchase profile of medications for the mental health area at AFB (Basic Pharmaceutical Assistance) and of Special and Exceptional drug programs in the State of Rio Grande do Sul was evaluated. A questionnaire was applied as a data sampling tool in ten municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul in order to verify medication consumption and the expenditure on drugs used for Central and Peripheral Nervous System (CPNS) diseases in the years 2006 or 2007 and the expenses on the purchase of special and exceptional medications in the year 2006. The ABC curve and the Prioritization Matrix were used for data evaluation. Depression was the disorder with greatest occurrence among CPNS diseases. The highest financial expenses took place with the purchase of anticonvulsants and for treatment of bipolar disorder. For drugs solid, liquid or semi-liquid forms, the highest expenditure in both programs was on immunosuppressive agents, followed by drugs for treating mental health. The proposed list comprises the drugs 200 mg tablets and 20 mg solution carbamazepine, 300 mg tablets lithium carbonate, 25 mg tablets amitriptyline, 100 mg tablets chlorpromazine, 100 mg tablets phenobarbital from AFB and a 1 % morphine solution and 100 mg tablets clozapine among Exceptional medications. The study suggests an in-depth look at issues regarding drug consumption in other AFB areas, review of the agreement between managers, for ensuring the acquisition of the production, and new investments in an industrial plant and in technologies to diversify the LAFERGS manufacturing capacity.
