ATT UPPNÅ DROGFRIHET, MEN PÅ VEMS VILLKOR? En kvalitativ litteraturöversikt

Wollin, Nina, Stumpf, Paula January 2019 (has links)
Bakgrund. Metod. I litteraturöversikten ingår enbart kvalitativa studier. Totalt inkluderades 8 studier i litteraturöversikten. Resultat. / Background. The background of the literature review provides information of the reforms implemented since the introduction of substitution treatment in Sweden and Denmark. These reforms have minimized the control of the users’ and influenced several of the criterias for being accepted to the program or declined from the program. Aim. The aim of said literature review was to describe users’ experiences of and about substitution treatment in Sweden and Denmark through collected quality checked qualitative studies.Method. The literature review only includes qualitative studies. The data collection is inspired by Östlundhs description for literature searching. The data collection was conducted through various search methods. The quality of the study material has been reviewed with the support of the review template provided by the SBU. A total of 8 studies were included in the literature review.Results. Three basic themes were identified based on the users' experiences of substitution treatment: The experience as well as the description of and about stigmatization, lifestyle change and normalization and perceived quality of life. All studies that were included in the literature review were deemed to be of funds for high study quality.Conclusion. Substitution treatment is in constant development and based on the users' described experiences, the treatment can be assumed to be complex and in need of more individualized solutions.
