Denna uppsats behandlar en undersökning som gjordes efter det att en gymnasieskola i Örebro migrerat från Microsoft Office till Open Office. I studien undersöktes vilka för och nackdelar som lärare upplevde efter migrationen samt vilka problem som uppstod då öppen mjukvara används i en miljö som är dominerad av proprietär mjukvara. Det tillvägagångssätt vi valt är en metodtriangulering där vi samlat in data med hjälp av tre olika insamlingsmetoder, en litteraturstudie, kvalitativa intervjuer och en kvantitativ enkät. Dessa insamlingsmetoder utformades så att litteraturstudien var av bredare karaktär och leder till att intervjuerna blir av mer specifik karaktär som i sin tur ger oss kvantitativa frågor till enkäten. Det vi funnit under arbetets gång är att migrationen lett till interoperabilitetsproblem med existerande proprietära system och även att filer tolkats olika av de båda kontorspaketen. Lärarna såg större skillnader mellan de båda kontorspaketen är vad skolan och kommunen förutsett och tyckte att de mer avancerade funktionerna är svårare att använda i Open Office vi har även sett en efterfrågan utbildning.

Цель работы – разработка программного модуля «Онлайн-запись» по методологии «Scrum» как инструмента повышения уровня лояльности клиентской базы студии AlisaMakeUp.
Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи:
- анализ существующих решений повышения лояльности и обоснование необходимости разработки и внедрения модуля;
- обзор методологии, выявление преимуществ;
- формирование требования к модулю;
- разработка технического задания;
- разработка рабочей документации на модуль и ее части;
- описание проекта;
- подготовка модуля к вводу в действие;
- описание процесса разработки;
- верификация гипотезы о влиянии программного модуля на лояльность.
Для решения поставленных задач были проанализированы различные источники литературы, построены модели бизнес-процессов в приложении BPwin, произведены временные и ресурсные расчеты с использованием Microsoft Office Project 2010.
Получены следующие результаты – выполнен обзор существующих решений, сформулирована и верифицирована гипотеза о влиянии программного модуля на лояльность клиентской базы, описана методология и проект разработки, рассмотрена деятельность студии AlisaMakeUp, разработан и внедрен программный модуль «Онлайн-запись» и модель лояльности. / Work purpose – development of software module "Online record" on "Scrum" methodology as instrument of increase in level of loyalty of a client basis of "AlisaMakeUp" studio.
For achievement of a goal it is necessary to solve the following problems:
- analysis of the existing solutions of increase in loyalty and reasons for need of development and deployment of module;
- review of methodology, detection of advantages;
- formation of requirement to the module;
- development of the specification;
- development of working documentation on the module and its parts;
- project description;
- preparation of the module for commissioning;
- development process description;
- verification of a hypothesis of influence of software module on loyalty.
For solution of objectives different sources of literature were analyzed, business process models in "BPwin" application are constructed, temporal and resource calculations with use of "Microsoft Office Project 2010" are made.
Following results are received – review of the existing decisions is executed, the hypothesis of influence of software module on loyalty of a client basis is formulated and verified, methodology and project of development are described, activities of "AlisaMakeUp" studio are considered, software module "Online record" and model of loyalty is developed and implemented.

The thesis Teaching Microsoft Office using multimedia assesses the possibilities of creating multimedia teaching materials for Microsoft Office software suite. The partial goals include publication on YouTube.com, creation of text support materials, analyzing the availability of educational video materials for Microsoft Office in Czech Republic and abroad, and theoretical analysis of software used in practical part. One of the most interesting results from theoretical part is the amount of online content that exists in video format. Currently it makes up more than 50% of the consumed content and by 2019 it should be up to 80%. Currently, the average user in Czech Republic spends almost 30 hours each month consuming content from YouTube. In the practical part, the author selected the methodology and correct hardware and software equipment for creation of video materials. It was also necessary to create screenplay to ensure the required quality of the final product. Finally, it was necessary to edit created materials in a nonlinear editing program. For this purpose, the author chose Adobe Premiere Pro 2015.1. Next step was to create the appropriate YouTube channel called Abeceda Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office Alphabet) and upload video to it. After that, the author performed pilot tests on a sample of high school students.

This may lead to a certain mutual inconsistency of the data within the system, as well as to the decrease of orientation and efficiency among the employees, that are in charge of the quality of the developed applications. There is approximately 200 employees in the IT department who focus on the development of the software. The biggest percentage has, though, the position of the tester. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the situation and the testing process in the selected bank company. Simultaneously, we would like to reach certain possibilities to unify the process of testing.
