Detence a její role v mezinárodní migraci cizinců v Česku / Detention and its role in international migration of foreigners in the Czech Republic

Kubát, Jan January 2012 (has links)
Detention and its role in international migration of foreigners in the Czech Republic Aims of thesis are evaluation of detention, its influence and role in migration processes of foreigners in Czech Republic, as a restrictive action against irregular migration which is applied within common homecoming politics of EU countries, followed by analysis of conditions and informal structures which are related to irregular migration issues in Czech Republic. Individual aims are accomplished in two steps. At first is discussed present knowledge of detention, its part in migration processes, and theoretical definition of irregular migration's and detention's issues. In theoretical section of diploma project is considered mainly the detention's function in migration process from the point of view of migration concepts, negative impact of irregular migration, smuggling and trafficking, client system, EU migration politics' approach to irregular migration, migration politics' restrictive instrument and measures leading to criminalization, securitization and extraterritoriality of irregular migration, law regulation of detention and its application within detention facilities in Czech republic. The second step comprises survey aiming on detention's function and influence in migration processes of 42 foreigners...

Lokální disperse páskovce Cordulegaster boltonii / Local dispersal of Golden-ringed dragonfly Cordulegaster boltonii

Hančíková, Barbora January 2014 (has links)
We carried out a pilot study of local dispersion and patterns of movement of Golden- ringed dragonfly Cordulegaster boltonii (Odonata: Cordulegasteridae). Cordulegasteridae is a family with many primitive traits present and rather restricted geographical distribution ranges (at least among European species). Their migration seems to be limited despite the body size that predetermines them to high mobility over large spatial scale. Linear habitat (upper parts of narrow forest streams) specialisation along with behavioural ecology (peculiar premating habit of scanning streams for females) is a unique life history, which bring lot of questions. We collected mark-release-recapture data during two adult flight seasons in year 2010 and 2011. We were simultaneously capturing patrolling males along three separate streams (Dračice, Koštěnický and Struha) in total length of 9.9 km in, located in the Natural park Česká Kanada, in the Southern Czech Republic. We captured and marked 440 individuals and recorded 113 recapture events (26 % recapture rate) in year 2010 and 355 individuals were marked, 171 recapture events made (48 % recapture rate) in 2011. Our data suggested high level of stream fidelity (only 10 inter stream dispersal events, 2.8 % dispersal rate). What was as well reflected in a closeness of...

Role fibroblastového aktivačního proteinu v růstu a invazivitě gliomových buněk / Role fibroblastového aktivačního proteinu v růstu a invazivitě gliomových buněk

Fejfarová, Edita January 2012 (has links)
High grade astrocytomas are very progressive brain tumors. Glioblastoma multiforme is the most frequent and the most malignant type with very infiltrative phenotype of the tumor cells. Fibroblast activation protein FAP is a predominantly membrane bound prolyl peptidase bearing exo- and endopeptidase hydrolytic activities. FAP is known to play a role in wound healing, cell migration and invasion and its expression is linked to the pathogenesis of several malignancies. mRNA expression of FAP is upregulated in 48% of glioblastomas according to The Cancer Genome Atlas microarray data. The involvement of FAP in the pathogenesis of astrocytic tumors is largely unknown. The aims of this work are to analyse the expression of FAP in primary cell cultures derived from high grade gliomas and to analyse the influence of FAP on the growth, migration and invasion of glioma cells. Our ELISA and western blot results showed heterogenous expression of FAP in the studied glioma primary cell cultures and cell lines. Both enzymatic activities characteristic of FAP were detected in the primary glioma cell culture P11 with high expression of FAP. In these cells, FAP was present not only in the typical plasma membrane localization, but also in the cytoplasm as demonstrated by immunofluorescence staining. The P11 cells...

Etiopská migrace do Česka: genderové a integrační aspekty / Ethiopian migration to Czechia: gender and integration aspect

Lasáková, Martina January 2019 (has links)
The thesis examines the integration and gender aspect of Ethiopian migration to the Czech Republic. The emphasis is particularly put on the integration of Ethiopians in individual dimensions of integration and gender based differences of men and women within the migration process. For this purpose was used the qualitative research, namely structured interviews with open questions. The main aim is finding, if the Ethiopians are sufficiently integrated in the Czech Republic and if differences, which are allocated to them from the point of view of gender, influence their behaviour within migration process. Finally, two aspects are connected and it is possible to see if the Ethiopian men or Ethiopian women are more integrated within czech society. Keywords: Ethiopia, gender, integration, migration

České a mezinárodní cizinecké právo v evropských a širších souvislostech

Koukal, Jan January 2007 (has links)
Práce se zabývá významem a vývojem vízového styku v mezinárodních vztazích, včetně charakteristiky vízového styku České republiky s vybranými státy. Zobrazuje dopady vstupu ČR do EU na tuto oblast. Rovněž analyzuje aktuální situaci procesu integrace evropských zemích do Schengenského systému, azylovou politiku a vybrané otázky v oblasti migrace na území ČR. Použití statistických údajů z oblasti migrace dotváří realistický pohled.
