Metodika projektů zajištění kvality a testování datových migrací Deloitte ČR / Data migration and quality assurance and testing projects methodology of Deloitte CZ

Pospíšil, Marek January 2011 (has links)
The main purpose of the thesis is to introduce a method for data migration quality assurance or completeness and accuracy testing of migrated data. Method will become part of the knowledge base of Deloitte Czech Republic for projects in the Enterprise Risk Services department. Data migration quality assurance projects carried by Deloitte in the Czech Republic have its own specifics. Although there exists methodology "Systems Development Playbook" which also includes a data migration methodology, the problem especially of the Prague branch is the fact that the procedures and methods for consulting projects in the area of data migration are not described in current methodological documentations including specifics of the Czech and Slovak projects. This represents a risk of inconsistencies in the implementation of this type of consulting projects in case of key employees leaving. Improving procedures and optimization of human resources engagement in data migration projects can't be measurably compared among projects, if there don't exists a basic methodology against which specific projects can be measured. The objectives of the work are achieved by consolidating experience from past projects involving data migration within Deloitte Czech Republic and designing improvement of existing processes by integrating information from external sources and internal sources of the global Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Stanovení početnosti volně žijících živočichů jako základ mysliveckého a lesnického hospodaření

Plhal, Radim January 2015 (has links)
The results of several studies whose theme was population density of game and the possibility of its estimation were summarized in this paper. Population density is one of the most important characteristics of animal population, especially in relation to the proper sustainable wildlife management. The first study dealt with verification technology of the Game Management Plan for selected ungulate species in the Czech Rep. Further work compared four different methods of counting and the appropriateness of using on the example of wild boar in the forest environment. The following two papers tested the possibility of using the method of dung counting for estimating the numbers of wild boar in the forest environment. Recent work has dealt with the study of the distribution of faeces of wild boar, depending on the different hunting management within two neighbouring hunting grounds. The first study found that the hunting planning in the Czech Republic is not suitable for all ungulate game species. Photo traps could be used to estimate the abundance of wild boar only in combination with other independent methods. Dung counting is a suitable method for estimating the numbers of wild boar. Dung counting could be also used to specify the spatial activity of wild boar in the forest environment.

Možné ovlivnění českého venkova současnou mezinárodní migrací

Trčková, Marie January 2016 (has links)
Migration is a global trend not only of the current population. However, it bears many controversial questions that are not easy to answer. Currently, opinions regarding the arrival of Syrian refugees into Czech Republic are dividing our society across generations and social status. This diploma thesis is mainly focused on the possible influence of Czech countryside by this migrant wave exhibiting totally different cultural behaviour. Moreover, the differences among Syrian culture and global Islamic religion as well as the Vietnamese traditions, we live in the Czech Republic alongside for decades, are discussed. A survey was conducted to determine the public perception among people living on rural areas with respect to a hypothetical arrival of refugees to their village. The main feature of the questionnaire was identified as the scepticism of respondents concerning the refugees integration process, whereby the vast majority was afraid of arrival of war refugees into Czech country. Additional analysis is attempting to identify possible sources of the negative attitude of the population. Finally, the work was enriched by view of a leading Czech expert on geomigration, assoc. Prof. Dr. Dušan Drbohlav.
