The theme of this thesis is the Swedish immigration policy in the context of EU immigration policy. The aim of thesis is to analyze Swedish immigration and integration policies and identify their key characteristics. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of migration policy, basic concepts of migration and integration models. European immigration policy is built up on the theoretical basis from which comes out the setting of Swedish immigration policy. . The second chapter focuses on the integration of immigrants into the Swedish society and is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the development and setting of Swedish integration policy, the second part focuses on the integration of immigrants into the labour market. In the third chapter is the main focus on the problems and prospects of the Swedish migration policy. The three subchapters concentrate on the problems associated with the current European migration crisis, the international dimension of migration policy in Sweden and its priorities in this field and the last part attempts to evaluate the success of integration measures in Sweden.

The content of this study is the issue of labor force immigration and employment of immigrants in Czech Republic. Thesis is based on economic theory and description of current legislation including the expected development, which are supported by analyses based on data from the Czech statistic agency and respective ministries. The main goal of the thesis is to refute the prejudices of negative consequences of immigration, especially economic migration, and to assess the situation of employment of immigrants in terms of all stakeholders, ie state as the creator of the legislative environment within which labor contract can be concluded, employers, both in terms of legal obligations concerning employment of immigrants as well as possibilities of employment of such group and at last, but not least, the thesis focuses on immigrants themselves, who are undoubtedly the most vulnerable group.

This thesis follows up two views on the data migration project. First of all there is a basic description of data migration within MBI model. This model is created by information technology department on the University of Economy in Prague. The thesis fills in this model data migration task and related objects as task roles or documents. In the next part the thesis focus on concrete project of implementation of core banking system. More detail is dedicated to the data migration part of this project. First there are described principles of work in data migration and next the thesis aims on data model of data migration which is used as a documentary tool. This model is evaluated from the benefits and risks view for data migration and next there are described creation and updating of it. These activities are provided mostly by macros in VBA script language, which are created here for these purposes. In the end some options of model extension are designed and evaluated.

The thesis provides a glimpse into lives of the Czechs working in the EU institutions. Accent is on the theory of transnationalism as contemporary approach to international migration. The paper focuses on group of migrants for which mobility and high qualification is characteristical as important elements within the current knowledge based society. It deals with migrants who are living their lives in two or more countries at once and who stay in close touch with the country of their origin. Focus of the work is aimed at the concept of temporarity as a key dimension that has influence on strategy, lifestyle and values of the Czech transnational migrants in Brussels. Conclusions are based on qualitative research composed of longterm participant observation, formal semi-structured and informal interviews. The aim of the work is to show the dimenson of temporarity by using material culture as a method on strategies of living and consumation and also how are the Czechs in Brussels biased by a specific environment of the EU institutions. Further to find out whether it is possible to consider Czech migrants as transnational migrants with regards to the definition of transnational migration and following the relationship to the Czech Republic and Belgium, contacts with home. Contemporary anthropological research looks at the heterogeneous composition of the Vietnamese minority in the Czech Republic and observes different ways of integration of the various generations of Vietnamese migrants (Martínková, 2008). Contrary to the 1st generation, the children are intensely confronted by Czech culture and society, which leads to different negotiating strategies. This contributes to cultural dualism, especially in the case of children forming identities which differentiate them from their parents (Kušniráková Tran Vu, Plačková, 2013; Vasiljev, 1999). The acculturation gap between children and parents can lead to a transgenerational conflict (Janská, Průšvicová, Čermák, 2011). Gender relationships and roles within the family are the key aspect of contemporary changes (George, 2005, Erel, 2009). Through the perspective and analytical category of gender this ethnographic research studies how Vietnamese mothers and their daughters negotiate mutual transgenerational relationships. The research focuses on the narrative understanding of maternal practices of bringing up children that are used by Vietnamese mothers to control the agency of their daughters, their gender roles, sexuality and morality, while also looking at how they attempt to build a sense of belonging. The diploma thesis deals with the asylum policy of the Christian Social Union in Bavaria (CSU) in the period of two migration crises, i.e., in 1990-1993 and 2015-2017. Since the 1980s, the party has profiled itself as a major advocate of national interests in an effort to limit the high influx of immigrants and refugees, arguing not only by the enormous financial burden and frequent abuses of asylum law for the economic benefit of refugees. In response to these arguments, CSU made an asylum compromise in the early 1990s, an amendment to the Basic Law that defined the conditions under which a politically persecuted person can invoke the right to asylum, which is still part of German asylum law. However, since 2013, the German media has begun to pay attention to the CSU's friendlier rhetoric in the areas of migration and asylum, especially regarding the statements of the new Bavarian Minister of Labour, Social Affairs, Family and Integration, Emilia Müller. Diploma thesis "The Language integration of foreigners" deals with the disadvantage faced by foreigners who do not speak the language of the majority. Language incompetence keeps immigrants in socially marginalized surroundings and often helps to create their social segregation. Language barriers have negative impacts for foreigners not only in social but also in economic fields. Without language knowledge immigrants are not able to use their qualifications in the Czech work market and usually are forced to carry out jobs with little or no qualifications. I consider managing the language of the majority to be the most essential element of integration in their host country. Without language knowledge no person can become a part of the society. Poor knowledge of the langue of the majority ties them and does not let them to live a decent life. This may seem as an individual handicap however it could become a problem of the whole society. That is why it is important to discuss this issue and find right solutions, which would motivate immigrants to learn the language of the majority and help them to integrate in to society.

Diploma thesis "Vạn Xuân" - Ten thousand springs: Vietnamese journal in Czech republic deals not only with the magazine itself, but also with the Vietnamese press in Czech Republic in general. It is impossible to study Vietnamese press in Czech Republic without historical knowledge about this community on Czech territory. Hence, in the first part of this paper, the Vietnamese migration is fully explained. The aim of this work is to find out, how magazine Vạn Xuân reflects parallel Words in which it works - in Czech majority and Vietnamese minor. It is also important to know the range of information from Vietnam that the journal brings. Since most of Vietnamese do not speak Czech well and can not obtain information from Czech media, Vietnamese magazines are their primary, sometimes the only information source that they have. Thereby, Vietnamese press in Czech Republic has an important role in shaping knowledge and maybe even opinion of its community. The diploma thesis deals with an analysis and detailed description of a particular IT company's project lifecycle, its evaluation and an improvement plan implementation. Theoretical part of the thesis contains methods of the project management which are further used in the planning part of the thesis. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of the technical facilities of the customer's company, and a market analysis of the company. The main part of this thesis is focused on describing the solution for migration of existing terminal farms of the customer to the cloud datacenters of the new provider of terminal services, using appropriate methods and tools of project management. The project's benefits for the company are listed in the conclusion.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze process of migration data within the scope of SAP systems. Based on this analysis suitably desing and implement migration framework that will be used for migration of data between SAP systems. Entire migration framework and migration proces is built on technological platform SAP NetWeaver and is implemented in programming language ABAP. Functionality of the framework is presented by the case study that is represented by proper data set.
