Na realidade, o que temos observado na contemporaneidade poderia ser definido como um caso de reconfiguração religiosa de características próprias, um processo de reenquadramento. Dentre as mais diversas e significativas mudanças no cenário religioso brasileiro dos últimos anos destaca-se a desinstitucionalização cristã, sobretudo evangélica. Os desigrejados, termo usado para designar os que se encontram nesse processo, estão inseridos numa variável crescente. A presente dissertação busca levantar as características de tal grupo, bem como estudar a relação entre o seu crescimento vinculado aos aspectos próprios da modernidade radicalizada nele reverberados. Para tanto, toma a comunidade Caminho da Graça, liderada por Caio Fábio D’Araújo Filho, como principal caso de campo a ser observado. / Contrary to the classical thesis of secularization, the religious field did not lower. In fact, what we have observed in contemporaneity could be defined as a case of religious reconfiguration of its own characteristics, a process of reframing. Among the most diverse and significant changes in the Brazilian religious scene of the last few years, it is worth mentioning the christian deinstitutionalization, above all evangelical. The desigrejados, portuguese term used to refer to those who are within this process, are inserted in an increasing variable. The present work seeks to analyze the characteristics of such a group, as well as to study the relationship between their growth linked to the aspects of radicalized modernity reverberated therein. To do so, it takes the Caminho da Graça community, led by Caio Fábio D'Araújo Filho, as the main field case to be observed.

Partimos da hipótese de que as organizações mudam para se adaptar a esse novo contexto, buscando novas estratégias (estruturais e gerenciais) e novos referenciais. Diante desse cenário, temos como objetivos principais verificar o cenário do tempo atual, que chamaremos de modernidade radicalizada que circunda as organizações e compreender por que as organizações mudam e como elas se reformulam perante as transformações do mundo contemporâneo. Para isso alguns modelos organizacionais e mudanças ocorridas no mundo do trabalho serão analisados, procurando demonstrar as rupturas geradas nos modelos organizacionais tradicionais (burocrático, taylorista-fordista) ocasionadas pelas novas formas de estruturação do capitalismo e da globalização que exigem flexibilidade, velocidade e abertura a mudanças. A partir do referencial bibliográfico utilizado, testaremos a hipótese dessa pesquisa num estudo de caso que analisará a Embraer e o seu Programa de Excelência Empresarial Embraer, mais conhecido como P3E para verificar como os conceitos e noções de modernidade radicalizada, globalização, acirramento da concorrência e mercado são abordados no discurso da empresa. / This thesis aims to study the organizational world before the changes in the political, economic and cultural scene caused by globalization and radicalization of modernity. Our hypothesis is that organizations change to adapt themselves to this new context, seeking new strategies (structural and management) and new references. Given this scenario, we have as main objectives verify the current time, that we'll call radicalized modernity, that surrounds organizations and understand why organizations change and how they reshape before the transformations of the contemporary world. For that some organizational models and changes in the labor market will be analyzed, trying to demonstrate the disruptions generated by traditional organizational models (bureaucratic, Taylor-Ford) caused by new forms of development of capitalism and globalization that require flexibility, speed and openness to changes. From the bibliographic reference used, we’ll test the hypothesis of this research through a case study that will analyze Embraer and its Embraer Enterprise Excellence Program, better known as P3E, to see how the concepts and radicalized notions of modernity, globalization, increased competition and market are discussed in the company's speech.

O que são o desenvolvimento sustentável, seus desdobramentos teóricos e suas implicações, pode não suscitar muitas dúvidas ao investigador da academia, mas sua aplicação real vem provocando intensos debates nas muitas ciências, em razão dos temas que o cercam: quase tudo pertinente ao sistema social, para não dizer tudo. A extensão de qualquer enfrentamento a tal tema não permite grandes concessões e exceções das diversas áreas do conhecimento, sob pena de incompletude de observação, esta por si naturalmente limitada ao seu ponto cego. Assim, alguns pontos latentes para o desenvolvimento sustentável foram alinhados nos respectivos capítulos, de maneira que, no último, o somatório de revisões redunda num representativo avanço. A iniciar, e por meio do resgate histórico crítico, buscou-se a melhor definição para o desenvolvimento sustentável na contemporaneidade. Esta é observada em veias reflexivas na sequência, para contextualização do leitor nesta modernidade avançada. O processo produtivo de consumo, com ênfase para este último, detém toda a atenção a seguir, permitindo o conhecimento das engrenagens econômicas motivacionais. Dando continuação, aborda-se o desenvolvimento sustentável sob o prisma do sistema jurídico brasileiro, no qual a matriz do direito entra em discussão. The extension of any confronting of such a theme does not allow great concessions and exceptions of several areas of knowledge, under penalty of observation uncompleted, this for itself limited naturally to its blind point. Like this, some latent points for the maintainable development were aligned in the respective chapters, so that, in the last, the sum of revisions is redundant in a representative progress. In the first chapter, through the critical historical rescue, the best definition was looked for the maintainable development in the contemporaneousness. This is observed in reflexive veins in the second chapter, for contextualization of the reader in this advanced modernity. The productive process of consumption, with emphasis for this last one, stops all the attention in the chapter third, allowing the knowledge of the gears economical motivations. In the four there is an approach of the maintainable development under the prim of the brazilian legal system, in which the head office of the right enters in discussion. In the fifth and last, it is made a meticulous revision of the main movements and environmental currents and social environments, being rendered for revision of the maintainable development, now synergic.
