The moving activity is an important part of human life, especially nowadays with the life style. The point of the work is to get knowledges of motivation to moving activities of younger children according to children and their parents. Based on this surveys to compare motivation to moving activities of pupils in the 1st and 4th classroom in town's and village's schools in region. I want to get imagination of children doing sport regularly and irregularly and find out what motivate them to move. What motivation do the parents use to support their children in moving activity. Find out if there is a different motivation of parents to pupil in the 1st a 4th classroom in the town and in the village. Motivační faktory ovlivňující práci ředitelů ZUŠ / Motivational factors influencing the work of the primary art schools' principals

This work focuses on the motivation of the primary art schools' principals in the Region of Karlovy Vary, with the aim of establishing which specific factors influence it. First of all, I defined the factors that, based on expert literature and other research, influence people's motivation. Afterwards I studied how the individual factors motivate the primary art schools' principals in the Region of Karlovy Vary through questions in a survey. All principals in the region were surveyed. The data obtained was analyzed with the use of statistical methods and interpreted afterwards. On the basis of the obtained data analysis, I established for the individual factors how much they influence the motivation of the principals surveyed. There was significant or highly significant impact established for a total of 35 factors. These results were also compared with other research studying similar issues. The results mostly corresponded with four studies, and they differed from one. The results of this work extend the empirical knowledge in this field. They can be used as groundwork for further research or by the bodies establishing the primary art schools or other institutions that step into the work of the primary art schools' principals to increase their motivation.

The thesis deals with the motivation of teaching and external DDM personnel from the perspective of motivational theories. The theoretical part contains the definition of motivation and concepts related to it. It mainly deals with theories of motivation with an emphasis on Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The practical part deals with the motivation of workers and DDM search needs that motivate workers to work DDM. Motivation in terms of motivating teachers rated the theory of free time and outside workers. DDM Prachatice, DDM Vimperk, DDM Netolice and DDM Volary. Needs have been identified (in terms of Maslow's hierarchy of needs) that motivate employees to work free time teacher in the DDM. Among the major needs motivating to work in DDM include the need for certainty, the need for personal growth, the need for positive relations with DDM. For educators consider essential in responding to their needs fulfillment, ie, self-fulfillment, self-improvement, confidence and respect.

Title: Achievement motivation in cycling Aims: Main aim of this thesis was find out what motivates cyclists in achieving. I have used questionnaire LMI (Achievement motivation questionnaire) for cyclist on different level. Next step was comparing the results between all cyclists groups and describing main differences in motivation. Methods: For gaining all the data I used a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were spread in written form as well as in electronic form. I cooperated with the directors of amateur competitons in the Czech Republic, Czech Cycling Federation and other cyclistic unions. Respondent's answers were elaborated descriptively and analyticly by standardized statistics methods in software SPSS 17. Results: In the research were compared three cycling groups: Amateurs, Professionals and Hobby cyclists. In four of ten dimensions was confirmed different results in motivational structure. Results interpretation has shown that profesionals tend to trust in their success and dispose by biggest competition and ambition. The only dimension where amateur cyclists achieved significantly higher values opposite to professionals was in internality. My thesis deals with the motivation of younger school aged pupils. The theoretical part contains explanation of the term of motivation, characteristics of a child younger school age, specifics of motivation in education and possible ways of application in teaching. Here I also mention pros and cons of the use of rewards and punishments and typology of the child, which has an impact on the ways and means of motivating pupils. Finally in this part I devote to the motivation (pupils) to movement activities. The empirical part of my thesis is based on theoretical knowledge. I find out performance motivation of pupils using questionnaires for pupils in fifth classes. I used the method of interview to collect data of the frequency and ways of use class teacher motivation during the class. These data I gave in perspective, to find out how teachers' motivation affects performance motivation of pupils.

This diploma thesis analyses the level of enthusiasm of the residents of Varnsdorf in recycling and the level of participation in waste management between 2006 - 2009. The level of enthusiasm is influenced by legal and economic incentives as well as programmes and strategies focused on supporting environmental awareness. The legislation of Czech Republic and the main educational programme - the State Programme of Environmental Education, Upbringing and Enlightenment in the Czech Republic was developed over three years and was implemented via my case study. The case study explored the change of the resident's habits in recycling. The reasons of their change is increased public awareness and compliance with new regulations. Finally there are a few recommendations to increase the level of participation of residents.
