This thesis named: "Effective methods of employees motivation" deals with the level of current employees motivation in Library of Jiřího Mahena . Analysis is focusing through the use of questionnaire on employee’s content in organization and moreover management motivation tools. Design measure leading to improvement in work capacity, based on employees demand.

Purpose of my thesis is suggestion of suitable stimulative tools for a particular company. The next part of the thesis is engaged with an analysis of existing situation in the company and identification of employees’ needs. A part of this is also an analysis of disagreement between benefits which a firm gives to employees and benefits which employees really want. Suggestion of problem solving includes final structure of stimulative tools, which will be most useful for employees and stop further employees’ leaving, will increase their satisfaction, efficiency and will motivate new employees to work in this company.

This thesis “Proposal for an Employee Assessment System“ deals with a proposal for workers` evaluation including rewards and workers` professional development. The assessment and reward system is a very efficient motivation factor. Hence this system needs to be just and absolutely clear to the workers. Based on an analysis of a current state in the company described in the practical part of this thesis, I shall propose a new and more efficient assessment system.

The goal of the graduation thesis: “Motivation and stimulation of enterpriser” is to examine motivation of enterprisers program in a concrete company and to create a suggestion that will improve it. The thesis is divided into two parts. First of them is concentrated on determination of elementary terms, development of a motivation theories and influence of a motivation on a job performance. The second part describes, examines and analyses e situation in a concrete company. The inquiry is realized through the use of questionnaire. There are given suggestions to improve motivation of enterprisers in the last part.

Via a series of surveys, it analyses the current motivation scheme in a company. Based on the results of the analysis, the thesis suggests measures for improving ways to increase staff motivation to work, their satisfaction at work and the effeciency of the company.

The subject of the Master’s thesis "Design development incentive program selected company" is to analyze the current state of employee motivation in insurance company Česká pojišťovna a.s. This analysis via questionnaire focuses on the satisfaction of respondents in company and motivational tools used by the company management. Based on the identification of the needs of employees proposes measures to improve the performance and efficiency of labor in company.

My thesis is focused on an employee satisfaction research in the company with respect of divisions. The motivation system will be designed on a base of employee satisfaction research. Theory of employee motivation and fundamentals about personnel management is explained in theoretical part. Next, I introduce company and nowadays systém of motivation and evaluation of employees in practical part. Proposals possible solutions to existing problems will be also involved in practical part.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and it is divided into two main parts. The theoretical background part and the practical part. The goal of the thesis is to first analyze existing incentive system to streamline the work of employees in the manufacturing plant and then propose its improvements in line with the achieving higher efficiency of employees work. In the theoretical background chapter, author aims at explanation of basics concepts connected with this problematic. The practical part deals with the existing incentive system and after finding the results author will recommend maybe any modification of existing system or just completely new one.

TICHÁ, Michaela. Work motivation in social services. Prague, Faculty of Humanities, Department of Management and Supervision in Social and Health Organisations, Charles University, 2012, 97 pp., Master Degree Thesis. This diploma thesis is concerned with the work motivation in social services and its potential for improvement in Czech Republic. A valid data was collected by questionnaire survey reflecting the needs of managers arising from their daily work. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the motivating factors , the relationship of man to work, and specifics of work in social services. The empirical part deals with the survey among managers of social services. I compiled ranking of most common and missed motivators. In the discussion and conclusion, I compared the instruments used with the expectations of employees. The main outcome of this thesis has become a practical and distributed recommendation. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definition of classification of mental disabilities, education of pupils with mental disabilities and motivation for education for pupils with mental disabilities. The practical part examines, through semi-structured interview, observation and questionnaire, importance of motivation of pupils with mental disabilities, if there are differences between motivated and not motivated pupils. Which motivational elements are functional and whether pupils with mental disabilities have a need to achieve success and avoid failure.
