Title: The attitude of the elementary school pupils in Benešov to PE and sport activities Aim of the thesis: The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is, firstly, to determine through a questionnaire the attitudes of pupils from primary schools in Benešov to physical education and sporting activity and later, based on the results obtained, make comparisons and propose certain changes with the intention of increasing the pupils' interest in sport. Methodology: All the data was obtained through a non-standard questionnaire, which was prepared for the purpose of this thesis. It predominantly contained closed and semi-closed questions. Only one question was open. The questionnaire was intended for pupils in the second grade of primary school. In addition, an oral interview, supplementing the written questionnaire, was undertaken. The data obtained were represented graphically and evaluated in writing. Results: The results from individual schools were mutually compared. From them it was determined that the attitudes to physical education and sporting activity are more or less the same for pupils from all three schools. Title: COMEBACK AFTER INJURY ASSOCIATED WITH MOTIVATION ISSUES OF ELITE TENNIS PLAYERS The goal of thesis: The aim of this study was to describe comeback to competition after injury associated with motivation issues of elite tennis players. To meet the objective there were some scientific questions created. Scientific questions: In total there were three scientific questions created. For the concrete answers there was an anonymous questionnaire, which help us to get answers on our goal. These scientific questions follow: How did players feel, react and what they were interested in during convalescence? How did players doubt themselves during comeback period? How did players come up to psychological conditions during comeback? Methods: In the thesis, method of questioning was applied. There was an anonymous questionnaire composed of 18 questions created. The sample was 48 players older than 15 years, ranked up to 200th place of national ranking in the Czech Republic. The questionnaire was created largely based on a personal experience gained by the author and also based on professional expertise. The aims of this study were to examine the relationship between symptoms of ADHD (Attention deficit/Hyperactivity disorder) and motivation for change, to explore their role in the prediction of treatment completion and to identify domains in psycho-social characteristics which can affect the motivation. The sample was composed of 250 illicit-subsatnce users, treated in therapeutic communities for drug addicts. Motivation for change was assessed with the Change Questionnaire, the presence of ADHD symptoms was assessed with DIVA2.0 (Diagnostic interview for Adult ADHD). Respondents indicated strong motivation to change the problematic behavior, but the study struggled with high rate of premature dropping out of the treatment, so the hypothesis about the effect of measured motivation for successful completing of the tretment could not be confirmed or disconfirmed. The relationship between ADHD and motivation could not be confirmed as well. The most important finding is probably the positive correlation between rate of psychopathology and ADHD, and it's negative influence on motivation. Title: Motivation of players of beach volleyball Objectives: The aim of this master thesis is to assess the self-determination, motivational orientation, and the factors influencing the self confidence of beach volleyball players by means of questionnaires and to recommend practical applications based on obtained results (data). Methods: The study was conducted using a quantitative questionnaire, which was compiled of three standardized questionnaires in their Czech versions, used in psychology. To measure self-determination of male and female players of beach volleyball, the Sport Motivation Scale - 6 questionnaire was used. Goal Orientation was measured using the Perception of Success Questionnaire; the Sources of Sport Confidence questionnaire was used to deal with the topic of self confidence. Results: The obtained results regarding the players' self-determination confirm the general presumption of high levels of intrinsic motivation and very low levels of amotivation in individuals practicing sports. The highest values were measured with respect to integrated regulation, the most autonomous form of extrinsic motivation. The aim of the thesis was an analysis of job satisfaction of employees in a construction company. As a theoretical foundation of a work the issue of satisfaction, staff motivation and stimulation was preceded. The analysis was performed by written survey of the company. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the organization and work content, working environment, interpersonal relations, boss, conditions of education and personal development and satisfaction with the evaluating and rewarding. The relationship to the company and the level of motivation were also studied. Based on the results of the analysis were presented proposals and recommendations whose implementation should contribute to greater employee satisfaction.

The main aim of the thesis is to explain the essence and benefits of using a marketing approach, tools and means for the area of human resources and analyze the content and interdependence of two parts of HR marketing, external and internal. Thesis has also the ambition to apply the theory of brand building on the specific case of employer brand. Part of the thesis forms research on FMCG company Nutricia, which should show what the company does for its HR marketing and how it is perceived as an employer both on the internal and external labor market. The principal methods of work includes analysis of Czech and foreign literature and papers on the theme. Materials provided by Nutricia and written questionaires were analyzed in the practical part of the research. The conclusion sums up the benefits of marketing aproach to HR, its coherence within the general framework of marketing mix and current actual state.

In the theoretical part basic concepts are explained with an emphasis on personality and motivation. Specifics of the non-profit sector and a voluntary question are clarified and in conclusion selected nonprofit organization -- Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic is presented. The practical part is an empirical research. In its framework, results of a survey are evaluated, validity of the defined hypotheses is tested and a motivation program is proposed with the aim of workers'satisfaction and motivation increase.

The thesis deals with the issue of employees' satisfaction with individual areas of their work. The theoretical part describes the reasons for opinion ascertaining and factors influencing employee satisfaction and motivation. There are also listed the methods of employee satisfaction surveys and the approaches to statistical analysis of data from questionnaire surveys. The practical part is focused on the social climate analysis in the specific manufacturing company in areas such as remuneration, communication, work organization, teamwork, career growth, learning and development and other. The data analysis is based on categorial data analysis including detection of dependence in between individual answers and classification of employees, mainly by sex, age, department and position. For each area, there is a recommendation for the company management.
