The diploma thesis analyses the influence of specific motivational program intended to strengthen sales in specific Business to Business segment. The analysis deals with three motivational programs intended to strengthen sales in corporate segment of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. in a period of one and a half of the year. The diploma thesis evaluates and compares basic elements of the programs, feedback of the Account managers and Sales managers and analyses the impacts of each motivational program on the sales indicators and activity of Account managers.

This thesis presented the theoretical basis of evaluation of employees. It continued with analysis of evaluation system in a selected company and summarised the opinions of employees through the questionnaire. This thesis tested the effectiveness of company's evaluation system. The analysis and the questionnaire showed that the evaluation system of a company was ineffective. Final deficiencies of the system were presented together with corrective actions.

The second part is based on research in the field of increasing work efficiency, especially motivation of different bank institutions. Finally, it offers sugesstions how to enhance work efficiency in the banking sector.

The aim of this diploma thesis is implementation of a cafeteria system in the examined company. The proposal was based on the analysis of the cafeteria system, and analysis of the possibility of implementation of a cafeteria system cost and effectiveness. The final proposal was prepared using information from own research, consisting of personal interviews and survey. The first part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical summary of employee benefits, their basic structure and description of the cafeteria system. In the second part, the examined company with its current range of benefits is introduced, as well as the results of own research and practical functionality of an on-line cafeteria system application mojeBenefity.cz. The last chapter is devoted to the final proposal of the cafeteria system in the examined company, using the results of research and other valuable information.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the corporate culture, its application and the possible influence caused by economy crises. Two companies from IKEA Group has been chosen, IKEA Hanim s.r.o. and IKEA Česká republika s.r.o. represented by Prague store IKEA Zličín. The related questionnaire has been created and used for mapping of the implementation and use of the corporate culture in these organizations. Different internal materials and interviews with employees has been analyzed and proceed. It has been shown that both companies are facing much higher pressure to achieve the result than before the outset of the economic crises. Also the contact with the management is insufficient in both organizations. The differencies has been discovered in the area of sharing the own opinion. In comparasion with the employees at the store the employees of IKEA Hanim s.r.o. feel that they can express freely. The employees of IKEA Hanim s.r.o. consider IKEA as a good employer. 42% of store employees do not agree with this statement.

The practical part of the thesis consists of the questionnaire development, distribution and processing, with an emphasis on the practical application of the acquired data by the relevant cultural entities.

Rozvoj algoritmického myšlení u žáků druhého stupně základní školy / The Development of Algorithmic Thinking among the Pupils of Lower Secondary Schools

The diploma thesis deals with the development of algorithmic thinking among the lower-secondary students as one of their digital competences. It is based on the principle of algorithmic thinking related to the concept of computational thinking and it searches for the ways how to develop it in pupils. The theoretical part is supported by Skinner's concept of programmed learning and with the help of gamification proposes the research based on the students' observation in one school year in which the competence is developed. The raised issue is solved by setting a complex set of teaching materials and learning activities (both in the digital environment and unplugged activities) and their partial transfer into the teaching to a virtual, algorithmic environment of the specially designed application called Prográmko. The goal of the thesis is the analysis of the possibilities of how to include the gamification and the programmed learning into the practice of the development of algorithmic thinking taught at the lower-secondary schools. The research also evaluates the applicability of the application Prográmko and the proposed set of materials provided with methodological guidelines in the practice.

Působení individualizované výuky na vybrané aspekty kognice a motivace / The Effect of individualized teaching on selected aspects of cognition and motivation

The aim of this thesis is to examine the effects of indvidualized teaching on selected aspects of cognition and motivation. Research issues focus on changes in cognitive and executive functions, clients' attitude to tutored subjects, the difference between the attitude of clients to tutoring and school education and changes in length of clients' preparation for school lessons and changes in school results. The research sample consisted of 8 clients aged 14-18 who were involved in the individual tutoring programme. The applied methods were interview and the CAS2, assessment battery. The most important findings of the research include improvement in the performance of executive functions and increased perceived entertainment of school subjects. Compared to school education, tutoring was considered more useful, especially the individual and friendly approach of lecturers was evaluated more positively than teachers' approach. School results improved by at least one grade for all clients in at least one tutored subject.
