Title of the work : Motivation of the equitation Aim of the work: The goal of this work was to get to know the deep recognition of the motivation of people practising the equitation. We tried to find out not only what kind of people are interested in the equitation but also what are their reasons to take up this activity and finally an answer the question why it became their life philosophy forever. We can ask the question: " What is the real motivation of these people coming back every day to the stable to devote their entire energies to this physically and mentally demanded activity with a very uncertain result?" Methods of processing data : This work is based on the empirical methods of the scientific research as well as the content analysis of the relevant literature together with the officials Internet websites. I have chosen for my work the method of questionnaire investigation/examination/ combined with dialogues. The results were compiled in stats using Excel programme. 3 TITLE: Ways of creativity development in elementary mathematics education SUMMARY: This thesis deals with creativity - from a general concept to a more specific perspective - creativity in mathematics lessons and textbooks at elementary schools in relation to the curriculum method and transformation of a number of textbooks towards unique teaching methods. The aim of this thesis is to describe the current situation on a selected sample of experimental groups - elementary school classes (two of them second year and three of them fourth year) which specialize on integration of pupils with specific learning and behavioral disabilities as well as extraordinarily talented pupils and thus provide the broadest possible range of pupils, which enables to find possible links between the used methods and creative teaching approach including creating one's own teaching materials and consequently searching for possible ways to develop creativity of pupils in relation to used methods, textbooks, other materials and forms of work. This thesis uses the following research methods: quantitative and qualitative research, empirical methods - observation, description, analysis. Autotelické prožívání při překovánání lanových překážek / Autotelic experiences in overcoming ropes courses

Title: Autotelic experiences in overcoming ropes obstacles. Resource: The purpose of this study was to determine whether and to what extent people experience flow in overcoming ropes obstacles and how their flow is affected by their previous experiences from other sports. Methods: Polling had one hundred and fifty respondents who were regular visitors to the rope sling. Polling was carried out immediately after crossing the rope obstacles using a questionnaire-Flow Kurzskala (FCS). The data obtained were divided into individual files, depending on the hypotheses posed. Using the Student's distribution, it was determined if there is a statistically significant difference in mean values of the individual files and then the related hypothesis was accepted. Results: Carried out testing showed a statistically significant difference in the flow experience in the rope obstacles park in a group of adolescents and adults. Also showed a difference between sportsmen who are engaged in everyday life competition sports and sports oriented on performance, unlike sportsmen doing collective and individual sports where a statistically significant difference in mean values did not show. This thesis "The motivation for volunteering in the program of secondary prevention" is conceived as theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of thesis aims to identify the motives leading to the decision to participate in voluntary activities and what motivates volunteers in its execution. It deals with the basic concepts of volunteering, its historical background and with the analysis of the psychological aspects of motivation for voluntary activity, which is seen as a manifestation of altruism and prosocial behavior. It tries to find the reason that may cause underdevelopment of volunteering while offering possible solutions, which can help to overcome the outlined barriers. Consequently, acquaints readers with a preventive program Five P. Base of empirical part consists of empirical investigation. The aim is to find techniques to reveal the personality characteristics of volunteers in Five P program. In conclusion, author examines the use of acquired knowledge in practice. Title: Interpersonal communication of Holmes Place company Objectives: The main objective of this work is to observe errors in interpersonal communication at Holmes Place, to find the cause of these errors and propose effective solutions on how to avoid it and improve communication within the company. Methods: At this work I used the method of interview and questionnaire survey. The goal was to determine the sample surveyed, to create questionnaires and overall, to evaluate the results. I used interview method to obtain information about the possibilities and traffic of interpersonal communication within the company. Within respondent sample, I evaluate the level of interpersonal communication at Holmes Place. Results: I have found that interpersonal communication at Holmes Place is on a bad level. Correctly answered questions are on a very low-level - only slightly above the 50%. Regardless of senior management, middle management or subordinates, communication within the company is evaluated as insufficient. An important role in this case plays uneducated and untrained personnel. Keywords: Communication, verbal communication, nonverbal communication, distance communication, meetings, conferences, e-mail.
