O presente trabalho busca identificar a definição de sucesso para mulheres que atingiram o topo da carreira, nas principais empresas de auditoria no Brasil e no mundo conhecidas como \'Big Four\', ocupando a posição de sócias nessas empresas. A revisão de literatura apresenta uma revisão sobre os principais estudos de gênero, feminismo e feminismo na contabilidade sob um paradigma pós-estruturalista. A pesquisa foi conduzida por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada com seis sócias das \'Big Four\'. O conteúdo obtido nas entrevistas foi transcrito e para análise foram utilizadas as técnicas de análises de conteúdo e análise de discurso. Buscando relacionar a fala das entrevistadas com os aspectos que mais se destacam na literatura abordada como \'role model\', \'glass ceiling\' e \'work-life-balance\', tendo como suporte os trabalhos de Haynes (2006; 2008; 2012), Hoskinks (2010), e Eagly e Carli (2007). A análise de discurso foi aplicada para identificar a definição de sucesso a partir da fala das profissionais entrevistadas. Como resultado da pesquisa a definição obtida por meio da interpretação das entrevistas com as sócias, foi baseada principalmente na carreira e no resultado do esforço para vencer as etapas profissionais e alcançar o topo. Sucesso para as sócias entrevistadas, é o resultado do esforço, do preparo e da dedicação que elas tiveram para conquistar a posição de sócia numa \'Big Four\'. / This study aims to identify the definition of success for women who have reached the top of the career in the major audit firms in Brazil and in the world known as \'Big Four\', occupying the position of members in these companies. The literature review presents a review of major studies of gender, feminism and feminism in accounting under a post-structuralist paradigm. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with six members of the \'Big Four\'. The contents obtained in the interviews was transcribed and analysed, using the techniques of content analysis and discourse analysis. Trying to relate the speech of the interviewees with the aspects that stand out in the literature addressed as \'role model\', \'glass ceiling\' and \'work-life-balance\', supported the work of Haynes (2006; 2008; 2012), Hoskinks (2010) and Eagly and Carli (2007). The discourse analysis was applied to identify the definition of success from the speech of the professionals interviewed. As a result of research the definition obtained by interpretation of the interviews with the members, was based mainly on the career and the result of their effort to win the professional steps and reach the top. Success for members interviewed, is the result of effort, preparation and dedication that they had to acquire to the partner position in a \'Big Four\'.

It addresses four interrelated themes: women, work, education and gender. Among the several authors, the following stand out: Hirata (1999), Lobo (1987), Motta (2003), Perrot (2005), Priore (2013), Saffioti (2013), Scott (1995) and Touraine (2010). The dissertation text is arranged in three chapters: in the first one, a brief overview is presented on the different concepts of work, the latter being a central category, discussing the relationship between women, work and gender, and economics. Recognition of their occupation. In the second chapter, the space where the woman collector is inserted is presented, becoming a historical retreat until the Antiquity. The aim is to situate research, starting with the contextualization of recyclable materials, through the barriers of the new National Solid Waste Policy, ending this chapter with the demands of better public policies. In the third chapter, the education of these women is the focus of the discussion, with the educational narratives, which are brought to the fore, giving the analysis of the interviewees' statements. A dialogue is made with the public policies of inclusion of this category of workers and their contradictions, as well as their implementations, in the city, São Luís, capital of the State of Maranhão. The results showed that the educational trajectories of women collectors are marked not only by schooling but also by family issues, which prevented them from continuing their schooling, which led mainly to the universe of recyclable materials. In the familiar questions appear the male domination in the figure of the father. / A pesquisa intitulada “As invisíveis necessárias: trabalho e educação das mulheres catadoras de materiais recicláveis em São Luís” refere-se à análise do trabalho das mulheres catadoras de materiais recicláveis em São Luís e suas relações com a educação e gênero, com base em seus relatos. Aborda-se neste estudo quatro temáticas interligadas: mulheres, trabalho, educação e gênero. Dentre vários autores estudados destacam-se : Hirata (1999), Lobo (1987), Motta (2003), Perrot (2005), Priore (2013), Saffioti (2013), Scott (1995), Touraine (2010). O texto dissertativo está disposto em três capítulos: no primeiro, traça-se um breve panorama sobre os diversos conceitos de trabalho, tendo este como categoria central, discutindo-se sobre a mulher nas relações entre trabalho, gênero e economia finalizando-se com o reconhecimento da sua ocupação. No segundo capítulo, apresenta-se o espaço onde a mulher catadora está inserida, fazendo-se um recuo histórico até a Antiguidade. Busca-se, então, situar a pesquisa, iniciando a pela contextualização dos materiais recicláveis, passando pelos entraves da nova Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, finalizando este capítulo com as reivindicações constantes de melhores políticas públicas. No terceiro capítulo, a educação dessas mulheres é o centro da discussão, com as narrativas educacionais, que são trazidas à baila, ensejando a análise dos depoimentos das entrevistadas. Faz-se diálogo com as políticas públicas de inclusão desta categoria de trabalhadoras e suas contradições, bem como suas implementações, na cidade, São Luís, capital do Estado do Maranhão. Os resultados demonstraram que as trajetórias educacionais das mulheres catadoras são marcadas não somente pela pouca escolaridade, mas também por questões familiares, que as impediram de continuar a sua escolarização, o que acarretou principalmente a ida para o universo da catação de materiais recicláveis. Nas questões familiares aparecem a dominação masculina na figura do pai.

Detivemos o nosso olhar nesse mundo do trabalho, pois nesses espaços fabris têxteis ocorreram as experiências e vivências das mulhe res trabalhadoras, razão deste estudo. Para realizar nosso trabalho, fizemos uso principalmente da metodologia da História Oral, obtendo relatos de memórias de mulheres, exoperárias das fábricas. Contamos as histórias das mulheres trabalhadoras enfocando especialmente três eixos: o palco onde se desenrolou essas histórias, ou seja, a cidade de Campina Grande onde viveram e as fábricas têxteis onde trabalharam; suas experiências do lado de dentro da fábrica (relações e condições de trabalho, acidentes de trabalho, conflitos) e suas vivências do lado de fora da fábrica (lar, lazer e diversão, afetos e instrução). Buscamos assim apreender as especificidades, as singularidades, as práticas cotidianas dessas mulheres nos seus momentos de trabalho, como também nos seus momentos de lazer. Pensamos que, ao estudar as práticas cotidianas de trabalho dessas ex-operárias com suas singularidades e especificidades, estamos contribuindo para a compreensão das questões concernentes ao cotidiano do trabalho das mulheres populares nas fábricas têxteis, não somente na nossa cidade, mas na Paraíba e no Brasil. / In the mid-twentieth century the city of Campina Grande, the so-called Capital of Labor, invested in industrialization and behaved many factories, but, in this study, we will focus on only the processing factories, spinning and weaving. We arrested our attention in the world of work, because in these textiles manufacturing spaces occurred experiences and experiences of women workers, reason of this study. To carry out our work, we mainly use the methodology of oral history, getting reports of women's memoirs, former workers of the factories. We Told the stories of women workers especially focusing on three areas: the place where these stories occurred, that is, the city of Campina Grande where they lived and where the textile factories worked; ; their experiences inside the factory (relations and working conditions, industrial accidents, conflicts) and the outside factory experiences (home, leisure and entertainment, affection and education). So we seek to apprehend the specificities, singularities, the daily practices of these women in their moments of work, and in hers leisure time. We think that, by studying the everyday working practices of these former workers with their singularities and specificities, we are contributing to understand the issues of pertaining to the daily work of the popular women in textile mills, not only in our city but in Paraíba and Brazil.

Inicialmente o objetivo era desenvolver um aplicativo que possibilitasse a coleta de dados online, para que perfis participantes de grupos de redes sociais digitais pudessem deliberar sobre temas de políticas públicas, notadamente na área educacional. Durante o trabalho de pesquisa, os cenários políticos e econômicos indicaram mudanças sociais que refletiram nas possibilidades de coletas dos dados. Algumas noções sobre liberdade de expressão, censura, autocensura e novas epistemologias, aqui denominadas educomunicativas, guiaram as decisões sobre observação das conversações digitais e o resultado para a elaboração de políticas públicas. Concluímos com a indicação de formatos para design de ferramentas online para deliberação pública nas redes sociais digitais, e observamos que esses espaços não aumentam ou diminuem a democracia, mas somente são um recurso a mais para aquelas pessoas que acreditam na importância da participação cívica e política. / At the end of the PhD, the research was proposed as an action-participant research, aiming at the constitution of methodological items for empirical research in online deliberation in digital social network groups. Initially, the objective was to develop an application that would allow the collection of data online, so that profiles from digital social networking groups could deliberate on public policy issues, especially in the educational area. During the research work, the political and economic scenarios indicated social changes that reflected in the possibilities of collecting the data. Some notions about freedom of expression, censorship, self-censorship and new epistemologies, here denominated educomunicativas, guided the decisions about observation of the digital conversations and the result for the elaboration of public policies. We conclude with the indication of formats for designing online tools for public deliberation in digital social networks, and we note that these spaces do not increase or decrease democratic spaces, but they are only an additional resource for those who believe in the importance of civic participation and policy.
