Diploma thesis is the project of a six-storey multifunctional building in Brno. The building is designed for commercial and housing. In the basement is a garage for residents with a technical room, first floor are commercial spaces such as cafes, bike shop, newspaper shop, bakery, then there is the entrance to do the apartments which are located in the remaining upper floors. Each residential floor has 6 apartments, 4 three-room and 2 four-room apartments. There is a total of 24 apartments. Housing has green flat roof, above the underground is operational flat roof with a parking area. This project is developed with a computer software AutoCAD, 3D models are developed with ArchiCAD and renders are developed with rendering software Lumion. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

Grönytans betydelse i Sundbybergs stad : ur ett planerarperspektiv och ett invånarperspektiv

Beckman, Lisa January 2020 (has links)
The densification of cities in Sweden often result in loss of green space and puts the beneficial values of urban green space under risk. Especially affected are the inhabitants residing in the city core. Through a qualitative case study of Sundbyberg city, this study aims to explore which features of green spaces that becomes important for residents in a city undergoing fast densification. As well as how the needs are answered from a planning perspective. In order to illustrate both perspectives, the study consists of interviews with planners and residents. The results of the study show that the few green spaces in the city core in large have been compensated with small spaces working as multifunctional places. One example of a multifunctional place is a pocket park. This, planners and residents show both a positive and negative view on. The benefits are simply about that it is needed. The disadvantages raised are mainly about the feelings of those places as private and closed space for some people, although these places origins as open space. The study shows that many similarities prevail between the planners and residents views on the different importance’s of the city’s green spaces. It also shows that there is a discrepancy between the residents experienced needs of green spaces and the planner’s vision of the citys future development. While the residents seem to want more quiet places and places for spontaneous activities, especially to meet the needs of elderly and young. The planner’s visions of the citys development seem to go more towards creating small, to some extent green, safe places which connects different parts of the city.

Společensko-kulturní centrum s radnicí v Kohoutovicích / Socio-cultural centre with townhall for the district Brno-Kohoutovice

Ieromenko, Alina January 2016 (has links)
The area is located in Kohoutovice on Libušina trida street. The location of socio-cultural center with townhall is at the site of the largest concentration of people and intensive traffic in the area. The concept is based on the attempt to create an architecture blending into the surrounding landscape , respecting the context of space and favorably affect the environment. The building consists of two spaces and its dispositions forms a clearly defined exterior space - the new square. The main entrance and the main pedestrian axis are oriented to the square. Externally, the timber building is distinguished by the interplay of wood cladding and vertical louvres, variable light and shadow.

Optimalizace testu digitálního obvodu multifunkčními prvky / Digital circuits test optimization by multifunctional components

Stareček, Lukáš January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with the possibilities of digital circuit test optimization using multifunctional logic gates. The most important part of this thesis is the explanation of the optimization principle, which is also described by a formal mathematical apparatus. Based on this apparatus, the work presents several options. The optimization of testability analogous to inserting test points and  simple methodology based on SCOAP is shown. The focus of work is a methodology created to optimize circuit tests. It was implemented in the form of software tools. Presented in this work are the results of using these tools to reduce the test vectors volume while maintaining fault coverage on various circuits, including circuits from the ISCAS 85 test set. Part of the work is devoted to the various principles and technology of creating multifunctional logic gates. Some selected gates of these technologies are subject to simulations of electronic properties in SPICE. Based on the principles of presented methodology and results of multifunctional gates simulations, analysis of various problems such as validity of the modified circuit test and the suitability of each multifunctional gate technology for the methodology was also made. The results of analysis and experiments confirm it is possible for the multifunctional logic gate to optimize circuit diagnostic properties in such a way that has achieved the required circuit test parameter modification with minimum impact on the quality and credibility of these tests.

Hranice – redefinice městské struktury / Hranice – redefinition of urban structure

Stibůrková, Nikola January 2019 (has links)
This diploma project deals with a proposal for a new movie theater in the city of Hranice. The aim of this project is to explore the possibilities of cinema architecture, emphasizing the variability of the design solution. The cinema is viewed not as an object with one set function, but as a variable cultural space that plays important part in the cultural life of not only smaller towns. Important part of the design is also the scale - scale of the different events, the town itself as well as its society. There has been a broader redefinition of the urban structure and study of the surrounding development that preceded the cinema design itself, with emphasis on the 1. máje street and proposed linear park. New building of the movie theater corresponds with the proposed regulatives of the future development and cooperates with the newly proposed library, with which it creater new culturaly- educational center of the town.
