Tisk mládeže v letech 1945-1948 / Youth press in 1945-1948

Neradová, Alžběta January 2013 (has links)
The diploma thesis "Youth press in 1945 - 1948" focuses on the historical context of the time period after the WWII, the political parties of the National front and a brief description of press focusing on the youth organizations within political parties and the SČM (Union of Czech youth) titles. After the WWII young people have spontaneously created SČM, which was meant to be non-partisan base for all young people, regardless of political or religious beliefs. But SČM was often the cause of conflicts between the political parties of the National front. Young people were an important group of voters for all parties and thus, with the exception of the Communists, who liked the idea of a one united association, sooner or later all the political parties started to fight for their own youth unions. An important role in this struggle played their youth press: Mladý socialista (social democratic youth), Mladé proudy (national socialistic youth), Vývoj (Christian democratic youth) and as the opposite Mladá fronta (journal of the Union of Czech youth). In the individual titles can be watched ideological struggle and escalating rivalry not only between parties, but especially between the parties and the SČM, which was slowly becoming the organization in the hands of the Communists.

Opylování rostliny Clusia blattophila: kvalitativní a kvantitativní parametry vztahu mezi rostlinou a opylovači / Pollination of Clusia blattophila: Quality and quantity components of the plant-pollinator system

Pinc, Jan January 2015 (has links)
This work discusses the pollination system of Clusia blattophila on the Nouragues inselberg in the central part of French Guiana. The pollination system is unique, because one of the pollinators is probably a cockroach species, Amazonina platystylata. It is the third, and the last known case of cockroach pollination. Flowers are also visited by crickets (Gryllidae), flies (Diptera) belonging to the families Hybotidae, Cecidomyiidae, Dolichopodidae, and some other arthropods. This work deals with the effectiveness of the pollination system and its two components. The quantitative component of the pollination effectiveness is characterized by the number of visits and visit duration. A qualitative characteristic of pollination is characterized by the number of pollen transferred by individual pollinator. To determine quantitative characteristics, ca. 450 hours of recordings were taken. From the recordings, it is apparent that cockroaches and dipterans occur on flowers more frequently, and also that cockroaches and crickets spends on flowers more time. To determine the quantitative characteristics, pollen load on stigma and insect was determined and an exclusion experiment was performed when only some floral visitors were allowed to touch the flowers. All experiments confirm that cockroach Amazonina...

Vliv kulturních specifik na mezinárodní obchodní jednání. Čínské obchodní jednání / The Influence of Cultural Specifics on International Business Negotiation. Chinese Business Negotiation.

Odehnalová, Jitka January 2005 (has links)
Since the People's Republic of China opened its market to the rest of the world, an enormous necessity to negotiate with Chinese business partners has arisen. Businessmen from the Czech Republic as well as those from all over the world face Chinese counterparts more and more often. Business relations are becoming deeper and negotiating skills play one of the key roles in the successful process of entering the Chinese market. Good interpersonal relations with Chinese business partners seem to be of great importance for creating and maintaining long-term business relations. This work mainly focuses on fundamental cultural determinants which influence the Chinese business behaviour. The goal of this thesis is to identify the core cultural factors which might cause misunderstandings or even conflicts in cooperation within any Czech-Chinese business negotiation. Through critical interviewing existing relevant literature the author studied specifics of Chinese business behaviour and defined areas requiring further research. According to the analysis of methods being used in managerial research and the aim of the thesis the author designed her own research to explore the above mentioned areas in detail (to identify the key problematic aspects of Czech-Chinese business negotiation process). Qualitative data was collected through semi-structured interviews with Czech businessmen and analyzed by using grounded theory. The work provides models of Chinese business negotiation behaviour, points out its specifics and concludes by designing a Czech-Chinese cross-cultural training.

Due to the wide range of tasks, I focused on the assessment its monetary policy as its most important business. The implementation of monetary policy is based on the ability to choose the level of interest rates that will keep inflation at a low but stable level and there will be no unnecessary slowdown or acceleration of the growth rate of the economy. The aim of the CNB's transmission mechanism is to keep the overall inflation in the narrow corridor at 1-3 %. By comparing the real development of the average quarterly inflation rate and the forecast of monetary policy-relevant inflation for the period from 3.Q 2008 to 2.Q 2019, it can be concluded that the caused fluctuations could be hardly...

Zahraničně politická dimenze postoje Dánska k imigrantům / Danish attitude to immigration and its impact on foreign policy

Novotná, Markéta January 2011 (has links)
The freedom of movement is a human right concept that has always been confronted with some form of state regulation. I will focus on the international dimension of migration, especially immigration, which will be analyzed first on a general level and then on the example of Denmark. As this small European state is a typical activist in the field of human rights and a frequent participant in the humanitarian missions, one would say the Danish immigration policy can serve as an ideal example. However, this may not be true. My aim is to analyze the membership of Denmark in various international organizations dealing with immigration, EU in particular. Then, the relationship between the immigrants and Danish foreign policy with focus on Muslims will be considered. My research shows that the tendency of Denmark to restrict her immigration policy is a result of global development and has deep historical roots.
