This thesis seeks to analyse small parties within the Czech party system with the focus on the period of 1996 - 2010. The Attention is paid to those small parties that succeeded in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies. A theoretical framework of the small parties is presented in the first chapter. It is also necessary to outline a development of the small parties before the examined era (i.e. 1989-1996). There is a need to ask whether the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia could be seen as a small party or not. The main part of the work concentrates on years following the election in 1996 till last one in 2010 because it is recognised that circa since that time the Czech party system has begun to stabilise. It is structured in a chronological order from one election to another. Here 3 aspects that are related to the activities of the small parties, according to the author are studied: 1. results of the parties in elections to the Chamber of Deputies. 2. parties' influence at the time of creating a national government. 3. a position of the parties within a defined election period. In the last chapter the author placed results of one part of his research that was based on interviewing mainly former small parties MPs. The second part (inquiry via e-mail correspondence) is offered in the appendix.

It also deals with differencies of this alliance on the state, regional and local level, and searches any cleveages of this alliance on the state, regional or local level. This work also searches the answer for the question, what the perspectives of this alliance in the future are. The first agreement about the alliance was confirmed in 2009. The second agreement was confirmed in 2013. This agreement enables free relationship between TOP 09 and STAN on the regional and local levels.

Political parties in the Czech Republic have a dominant position in decision-making and nomination of public representatives. At the same time they must deal with complex problems, such as pension reform. I suppose therefore that they need an expert opinions for building their decision-making. Therefore, I would like to figure out my research how to deal with this, how they are able to generate the requisite expertise and how that expertise is used in the final decision. I wonder how institutional arrangements of political parties affects the process of creating professional views on public policy, namely to focus on the reform of the Czech pension system. Where and how exactly are formed the expert views on the functioning of the pension system in different political parties? I would like to reveal the basic criteria that determine who is considered an expert, and how this person is related to the organization of political party. I also focus on mainstreaming expertise during the subsequent political decisions. The basic methods of research will document analysis, interviews and observations.

The master thesis "Development of the Czech party system between 2010-2013" focuses on an analysis of the state of the Czech party system with an emphasis on political developments over the past few years as well as the last two Czech Parliamentary elections in 2010 and 2013. The results of the elections deviate from the long term developments in the country since the 1990s and the fall of the communist regime. The goal of this work is to define phases which capture the essential developments of the Czech party system and what trends it currently demonstrates using quantitative methods which will help us to calculate things such as the index of the effective number of parties in the party system. The main question that this work will try to answer is whether or not we can consider the Czech party system to be consolidated.

This thesis deals with the success of the two newly formed parties ANO 2011 and Úsvit přímé demokracie Tomia Okamury in the elections to the House of Commons in the Czech Republic in 2013. These two parties gained a substantial percentage of votes and became part of the government despite the fact, that they were established shortly before the elections. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the formation and success of new parties abroad and in the Czech Republic is analysed. The main focus are the voters voting these parties, so there is an extended part dealing with voting behavior in the Czech Republic. Secondary analysis is the research method used in this thesis; its advantages are discussed in the methodological part. Secondary analysis of multiple high quality data sets is used to compare the voters of the new parties and the voters of other established parties. It turns out there are significant differences between these two groups in the areas of sociodemography, political views and experiences and even outlooks on life. The trend of new parties, which started already in the 2010 elections, is obviously continuing and it seems that it is even broadening.

The goal of this dissertation is to find out how the ideological position of the British Labour party has changed between 2010 and 2015. This is achieved by content analysis of electoral manifestos for the House of Commons elections of 2010 and 2015. The results are achieved via the MARPOR RILE method. The result of this research serves to verify a theory created by Danish authors Martin Bækgaard and Carsten Jensen who claim that in political systems dominated by two large parties, these big parties react to electoral losses by moving the party from the median voter position towards their party base. This paper implies that the Labour Party has moved to the left on the left-right axis between 2010 and 2015 which means it has moved towards its party base. This means the aforementioned theory has been strengthened. Apart from the empirical result, this work also provides an overview of the party's policies in both points in time. These policies are divided into individual thematic categories.

This work is about the renewal of the Czech party system in period of 1943-1945. The introduction focuses on the liquidation of the party system in 1938, the party system of the Second Republic and contextualisation of the work to party systems theories. Another part deals with the formation of concepts of domestic and foreign Czechoslovak resistance on the future shape of the party system, in particular the cooperation of Moscow and London exile. The thesis describes the relationships and actions of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, based in the Soviet Union and their democratic competitors, who were headquartered in London, where the President Beneš and the State Council were seated. In particular, these relationships are the starting point for this work's research thesis: how the negotiations between the exile in London and Moscow influence and determined the post-war party constitution. The hypothesis that the activity of the Czechoslovak Communist Party in the Moscow exile was vital for the post-war party development will be confirmed or disproved in the conclusion. The final chapter focuses on initial period of the restoration of the organizational form and policy programs of the party system in the years 1944 - 1945 and the beginnings of activity of the parties within the National Front...

Byggbranschen växer i en otrolig fart och på grund av byggbranschens stora framgång växer även konkurrensen mellan företagen vilket leder till att dessa strävar efter en ökad produktivitet. Tidigare undersökningar visar att det finns stor potential till att effektivisera informationsflödet under projekteringsfasen eftersom all information inte passerar genom projektportalen då det fortfarande används mejl och muntliga avtal. Därför är syftet med fallstudien att kartlägga informationsflödet mellan discipliner under bygghandlingsfasen för att analysera och identifiera de problem som finns. Till problemen presenteras verifierade lösningsförslag. För att utföra arbetet besvarades frågorna på hur ser informationsflödet ut i bygghandlingsfasen för sjukhusprojekt, vilka filformat med tillhörande program krävs samt hur kan informationsflödet förbättras? För att samla in informationen till arbetet användes fallstudie, intervjuer och litteraturstudie. Litteraturstudie har använts för att komplettera fallstudien och informationen som gavs av intervjuerna. Intervjuerna genomfördes med discipliner som är aktiva under bygghandlingsfasen. Fallstudien genomfördes genom analysering av en loggbok från en projektportal för sjukhusprojekt.Genom att ta fram och analysera ett generaliserat informationsflöde av sjukhusprojekt har man kommit fram till att discipliner är väldigt beroende av varandras arbete. Vidare orsakar konverteringar till IFC i många fall förluster av information i form av geometrier och areor. Genom att studera informationsflödet mer grundligt kom man fram till att projektportalen används i stor utsträckning till alla filer i sjukhusprojekt. Dock är antalet filer som hanteras väldigt många till antalet vilket gör det svårt för disciplinerna att hantera. Vidare såg man också att BIM-manualen är ett styrande dokument i sjukhusprojekt men läses och följs ändå inte i vissa fall.Sammanfattningsvis kom man fram till att den absolut största orsaken till problem i informationsflödet är människan eftersom många av problemen uppstår när en aktör av misstag gör något fel. / With the construction industry's great success lately, competition between the companies is also growing, which means that these aim at increased productivity. Therefore, one of the most important decisions to make in a construction project is how the information will flow between all involved parties. The purpose of this case study was to analyse and map information flow between disciplines during the design phase. Identified problems were verified and suggestions for improvements were made. A case study was used to understand which files were used in hospital projects. Interviews were performed to get information from individual discipline’s perspectives regarding information flow. In order to use relevant facts in the work, a literature study was carried out. The study concluded that converting a file can result in information losses of geometries, drawing layers and intelligent connections between objects. Most used file formats were IFC, RVT and DWG. Also, the information flow and dependencies between disciplines has been illustrated. This can cause faults with usage of different coordinates. Furthermore, many files are being uploaded to the project portal which in many cases results in difficulties with file management.
