Influence of Lime and Micronutrient Amendments on Growth of Containerized Landscape Trees Grown in Pine Bark

Growing landscape trees in containers is a common practice in the nursery industry. In the southeastern United States, pine bark is often used as a container substrate, and two common amendments to pine bark are lime and micronutrients. In this study, three experiments were conducted to determine the effect of these amendments on the growth of a wide range of landscape tree species grown in pine bark. In the first experiment, nine species of landscape trees [Acer palmatum (Japanese maple), Acer saccharum (sugar maple), Cercis canadensis (redbud), Cornus florida (flowering dogwood), Cornus kousa (kousa dogwood), Koelreuteria paniculata (golden-rain tree), Magnolia x soulangiana (magnolia), Nyssa sylvatica (blackgum), and Quercus palustris (pin oak)] were grown from seed in two pine barks: pH 4.7 (low) and 5.1 (high). Preplant amendment treatments to each pine bark (Pinus taeda) were: with or without dolomitic limestone (3.57 kg.m-3) and with or without micronutrients (0.9 kg.m-3, Micromax™). The same experiment was repeated using Koelreuteria paniculata and Quercus palustris, the same lime and micronutrient treatments, and two pine barks: pH 5.1 (low) and 5.8 (high). In both experiments, micronutrients increased shoot dry mass and height for all species, while lime decreased shoot dry mass and height for all species. Effect of bark type in the first experiment was variable, while shoot dry mass and height were highest in the low pH bark when the experiment was repeated. Substrate solution element concentrations increased when micronutrients were added, decreased when lime was added, and in general, concentrations were higher in low pH bark than in high pH bark. In the third experiment, Koelreuteria paniculata was grown from seed in pine bark amended with 0, 1.2, 2.4, or 3.6 kg.m-3 dolomitic limestone and 0 or 0.9 kg.m-3 micronutrients (Micromax™). Initial pH for each lime rate was 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, and 5.5, respectively. Adding micronutrients increased shoot dry mass and height. Lime increased growth only at the 1.2 kg.m-3 rate. In general, substrate solution element concentrations increased when micronutrients were added and decreased when lime was added. In all three experiments, adding micronutrients was necessary regardless of pine bark pH, while adding lime was not necessary. / Master of Science

The main goal of the thesis is to research development of Tabor's nursery schools. The thesis is divided into ten chapters. These concerns with the history and characteristic of the town Tabor, preschool institutions and its development in Bohemia, school system in Tabor, nursery schools in Tabor till 1945 and after 1945, history of four oldest nursery schools in Tabor, criteria of public holidays and children's healthcare in four oldest nursery schools in Tabor and comparison on base of chronicles. The thesis is a historical study and analysis ensuing from primary sources. There is used a historical method and primary documents and comparative methods in the thesis. The issue is research of the nursery school development in Tabor between 1948 and 2010.

Tendo como premissas básicas que em espaços educacionais coletivos, nas interações adulto-criança, o papel do parceiro mais experiente (neste caso, o professor) é norteado pelas concepções e percepções do grupo cultural ao qual pertence, que por sua vez direcionam o olhar sobre a criança, suas formas peculiares de compreender e dar significados ao seu entorno (físico e social), defini como eixo articulador da discussão o entendimento de que os sentidos, valores e crenças que movem as ações/práticas pedagógicas dos profissionais que atuam neste espaço precisam ser “descortinados”. Assim, delimitei como objetivos centrais de investigação apreender como a instituição creche vem desempenhando seu papel de ser espaço de promoção do desenvolvimento humano, buscando entender como os profissionais compreendem o seu papel social e o da creche, adotando como princípio que esta se configura como uma forma privilegiada de perceber, não a totalidade do fenômeno creche, tendo em vista sua amplitude, mas, um dos pontos nodais de sua dinâmica de funcionamento, partindo da percepção pessoal de que cabe aos profissionais “dar o tom” ou “manter o rumo” do trabalho cotidiano das instituições coletivas de educação. Têm-se ainda como objetivos específicos: compreender como os profissionais da educação infantil percebem o ambiente da creche, como vêem e valoram este espaço e sua função social; esquadrinhar as formas de entendimento dos profissionais da creche (em formação e em diferentes momentos da atuação) sobre formação, saberes e ações necessários à pratica educativa com crianças pequeninas; discutir as interferências (positivas e negativas) dos entendimentos e crenças (e, consequentemente das ações) dos profissionais no processo de formação humana e aprendizagens das crianças. Para tanto, a investigação, inserida no campo qualitativo da pesquisa em educação, com caráter exploratório, teve como participantes cinco sujeitos, com perfis distintos, e como procedimento para coleta dos dados o uso do que denominei ‘relatos da prática’, um instrumento híbrido que traz elementos da entrevista e da narrativa em sua constituição. A análise dos dados, realizada usando como método básico a análise do discurso da vertente bakhtiniana e sua proposta de leitura responsiva ativa, permitiu ratificar o entendimento de que a creche se apresenta como espaço polissêmico e polifônico; são múltiplas as representações, percepções, concepções, crenças, valores, ideias, reflexões, discursos, e consequentemente práticas, que compõem o que se tem materializado como instituição educativa da primeiríssima infância que, em grande medida, carece de rupturas e transformações em diferentes aspectos, tais como relações interpessoais (entre adultos e crianças) mais qualificadas; organização pedagógica cotidiana calcada em interações lúdicas e nos interesses infantis; articulação efetiva das práticas de cuidar e educar de forma indissociada, no valor dado a formação em cursos específicos, mas também dos saberes construídos cotidianamente, entre outros. Foi possível ainda entender que a docência neste nível de ensino (mas não só nele) se edifica num emaranhado de possibilidades mescladas que se dão ao longo de sua trajetória (pessoal e profissional) e que ocorrem por muitas vias. Há muitos resquícios de interpretações pautadas em antigas (mas, muito presentes) concepções de criança, de infância e de creche, do papel do professor que precisam ser superados, dando lugar à compreensão de educação para as crianças bem pequenas em espaços coletivos com funções sociais e educacionais específicas, e principalmente, como um direito das crianças que precisa ser respeitado e mais eficazmente fomentado; um desafio que se apresenta aos cursos de formação, mas também para todos os segmentos envolvidos com as causas da educação da primeiríssima infância. / This paper was developed linked to the line of research "Childhood and Education", and aims to present the results of research that had as study object the educational nursery environment - understood as a learning space (adults and children) to share and product a new knowledge and to live in the early childhood. According with the basic assumptions that in collective educational spaces, into the adult-child interactions, the role of the more experienced partner (in this case the teacher) is guided by the views and perceptions of the cultural group to which it belongs, which, in turn, direct the look on the child, its particular ways to understand and give meaning to its surroundings (physical and social), I defined as the central theme of this discussion the understanding that the meanings, values and beliefs that drive the pedagogical actions/practices of professionals who working in this space need to be “unveiled”. So I had delimited as the main objectives of this research to learn how the nursery institution has been performed its role to be a space for the promotion of human development, seeking to understand how professionals understand their own social role and the nursery’s role, adopting the principle that these both are configured as a privileged way of view, not as the entire nursery phenomenon, according its breadth, but one of the nodal points of its dynamic operation, based on the personal perception that it’s a responsibility of the professionals to “set the tone” or “stay the course” in the daily work of collective education institutions. There are also specific objectives: to understand how early childhood professionals realize the nursery environment, how they see and value this space and its social function; searching the ways of understanding the professional nursery (at training and at different times of action) on training, the knowledge and necessary actions for educational practice with little children; to discuss about interference (positive and negative) of understandings and beliefs (and hence actions) of professionals in the process of human development and children’s learning. Therefore, the research, inserted within the qualitative field of educational research, with exploratory character, had five subjects participants with different profiles, with the procedure for data collection using what I have called ‘the practice reports’, a hybrid instrument which brings elements of the interview and narrative in its constitution. The data analysis, performed using as its basic method the discourse analysis of Bakhtin’s ideology and his active responsive reading proposal, allowed me to ratify the understanding that the nursery is presented as polysemic and polyphonic space; there are multiple representations, perceptions, ideas, beliefs, values, thoughts, speeches and consequently practices, which make up what has materialized as an educational institution of the early childhood that, largely, lacks ruptures and changes in different aspects such as interpersonal relationships (between adults and children) more qualified; daily pedagogical organization grounded in play interactions and children's interests; effective articulation between the inseparable practices of care and educate, the value of training in specific courses, but also the daily built knowledge, among others. It was also possible to understand that teaching in this level of education (but not only in it) is built in a tangle of mixed possibilities that occurs along its trajectory (personal and professional), occurring in many ways. There are many remnants of interpretations ruled in ancient conceptions (but also very recent) about the child, childhood, kindergarten and teacher's role that must be overcome, giving way to an education understanding for younger children in collective spaces with social functions and specific educational, and, mainly, as a children right to be respected and promoted more effectively, a challenge presented to the training courses, but also for all segments involved in the causes of the early childhood education.

Les invariants dans les Nursery Rhymes / Invariants in Nursery Rhymes

La recherche d'invariants phonétiques ou phonologiques dans un corpus tel que les nursery rhymes nous a amené à les collecter, à les contraster et à les analyser. La collecte finale se fit grâce au dictionnaire des nursery rhymes, compilé par les folkloristes anglais, Peter et Iona Opie, une anthologie étymologique de référence. Ils passèrent de nombreuses années à répertorier toutes sortes de nursery rhymes, anciennes et récentes, populaires et inconnues. Le but de la collecte de ce corpus était de la faire de façon globale et neutre sans apport initial d'enfants. La deuxième étape fut une réflexion sur leur identité et leur forme ce qui aboutit au constat qu'une comptine n'en était une que si elle continuait à exister. Faisant partie de la tradition orale, la nursery rhyme doit être récitée, scandée régulièrement par un public précis pour qu'elle se transmette et continue son parcours intergénérationnel . Un sondage fut mis en place auprès d'une centaine d'enfants anglophones qui contrastèrent le corpus global en deux entités. Le résultat fit apparaître un corpus de comptine toujours connues et récitables par les sondés et un autre corpus de comptines oubliées. A partir de ces deux nouveaux corpus, une analyse phonétique fut entreprise pour dégager un ou des invariants inhérents à la condition de nursery rhyme. En couplant le premier et le dernier son-consonne accentué de chaque vers de chaque comptine et en prenant la place de l'articulation comme mesure de référence, il se dégage deux mouvements majoritaires dans leur énonciation, un mouvement d'arrière en avant pour les comptines populaires et un mouvement d'avant en arrière pour celles qui sont oubliées. / The search for phonetic or phonological invariants in nursery rhymes made us collect them globally, contrast them through a survey and analyse them. The Opies, British folklorists, published an Oxford Dictionary of Nursery Rhymes which became our primary source of material as their precious collection of rhymes had the advantage of being global and objective. Once the corpus established, it became obvious that these nursery rhymes had different statuses as to their popularity among children. The need to contrast them was necessary. A survey was set up and presented to more than a hundred English-speaking children. It resulted in 2 sub-corpuses, popular nursery rhymes (PNR) and forgotten ones (FNR). The question was what made them belong to one or the other? A phonetic analysis was ploughed through the corpuses. By pairing the first and the last stressed consonant-sound of every verse of every nursery rhyme and taking the place of articulation as reference, 2 major opposite enunciative movements arose, a back-to-front movement (B2F) for popular nursery rhymes and a front-to-back movement (F2B) for the forgotten ones.

Realizou-se uma revisão teórica, abordando questões administrativas no contexto do trabalho da enfermagem, a liderança nas inter-relações de trabalho nas organizações, bem como aspectos relevantes do processo saúde-doença-cuidado e os processos de trabalho em saúde e enfermagem, com ênfase na Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE), além dos fundamentos teóricos e etapas do PE preconizado por Wanda de Aguiar Horta. Este estudo descreve a construção de um modelo de PE. Teve como objetivo desencadear junto à equipe de enfermagem o processo de construção, implantação e implementação do PE para pacientes de cirurgia cardíaca. Este instrumento contribui para o enfermeiro administrar o trabalho e liderar a equipe de enfermagem. Para tanto, foram desenvolvidas as seguintes etapas: coleta de dados, com vistas a identificar problemas e estabelecer os diagnósticos de enfermagem; elaboração dos protocolos de cuidados de enfermagem para diagnósticos específicos de pacientes em pré e pós-operatório de cirurgias cardíacas; cadastramento e inclusão dos protocolos elaborados no software do sistema de intranet institucional para a geração da Prescrição de Enfermagem Informatizada (PEI) para pacientes internados em Unidades de Internação do Hospital de Cardiologia e Oncologia Dr. Pedro Bertoni. A abordagem metodológica utilizada foi a pesquisa convergente-assistencial proposta por Trentini e Paim. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo preliminar de adequação do PE com as enfermeiras envolvidas, quando, então, foram elaborados os protocolos de cuidados de enfermagem para os principais diagnósticos de enfermagem presentes no paciente cardíaco cirúrgico, durante o pré e pós-operatório mediato, no intuito de subsidiar o planejamento do cuidado nestes períodos, os quais foram testados durante os meses de maio a setembro e validados. Estes protocolos constituem o conteúdo que alimenta o software, o qual foi construído pelo Setor de Informática da Instituição, que permite acessar o prontuário dos pacientes internados e, com base nos diagnósticos presentes, selecionar os protocolos de cuidados necessários, que foram cadastrados e padronizados no sistema de intranet, gerando a PEI, como forma de orientar o trabalho assistencial e registrar e documentar os cuidados de enfermagem implementados. Também, realizaram-se entrevistas com as enfermeiras que participaram do processo de construção, implantação e implementação do PE, analisando a sua percepção em relação à SAE, ao PE, à PEI como recursos ao exercício e desempenho de aptidões pessoais e profissionais do enfermeiro para administrar o trabalho e liderar a equipe de enfermagem na organização, realização e avaliação do trabalho da enfermagem. O processo de análise permitiu evidenciar que o enfermeiro é o protagonista da equipe e o líder na organização do trabalho. Os resultados deste estudo mostram que a SAE desenvolvida pelas enfermeiras, implantada e implementada é uma ferramenta de trabalho que unifica a linguagem e as ações de enfermagem e cuidados prestados, dando maior valorização ao serviço de enfermagem, pois torna visível o trabalho da equipe de enfermagem, quantifica suas ações e qualifica o atendimento. / The caring process is the work essence and the nursery knowledge and the Nursery Process (NP) is a methodological instrument that makes possible the nurse inserts the scientific/technical knowledge that is characteristic of their professional practicing. It was made a theorical revision, taking administrative questions in the nursery work context, the leadership in the work inter-relationships in organizations, as well relevant aspects of the health/sickness/care process and the wok processes in health and nursery, with emphasis on the Nursery Assistance Systematization (NAS), besides theorical fundaments and NP’s steps recognized by Wanda de Aguiar Horta. This present study describes a NP model construction. Together with the nursery team, it had as its goal, to have the construction, NP implantation to patients who needed a cardiac surgery, during their time in the hospital, as an instrument to the nurse administrates the work and lead the nursery team. The next steps were developed for that: data picking, visits to identify problems and to establish nursery diagnostics; nursery care protocol elaboration to patients’ specific diagnostics before and after cardiac surgery, electing and inclusion of elaborated protocols in the institutional intranet system software to form the Technological Nursery Prescription (TNP) to integrated patients in Units of Doctor Pedro Bertoni Oncology and Cardiology Internal Hospital. The methodological collection which was used was the convergent-assistance research proposed by Trentini e Paim. It was made a preliminary study of NP collocation with the involved nurses, when, then, were elaborated the nursery care protocols to the mains nursery diagnostics present in the cardiac surgery patient, before and after the late operation, with the goal of subside the care planning in these periods, which were tested and validated during the may and september months. These protocols build the content the feeds the software, which was build by Institution Technological Sector, that allows to access the internal patients’ form and, based on present diagnostics, to select the necessary care protocols, that was put and patterned in the intranet system, forming TNP, as a way to guide the assistance work and to register and to prove the implanted nursery cares. Also, interviews with the nurses who participate of the construction process, NP implantation were made, analyzing their perception towards NAS, NP and TNP as instruments to the exercise and the nurse professional and personal talents work to administrate the work and to lead the nursery team in the nursery work organization, realization and evaluation. The analysis process allowed to point that the nurse is the team protagonist and the leader in the work organization. The study results show that the NAS implanted and developed by the nurses is a work tool the unifies the language and nursery actions and given cares, with more valorization to the nursery service, because it makes the Nursery Team work visible, quantifies their actions and qualifies the assistance. / El proceso de cuidar es la esencia del trabajo y del saber de enfermería y el Proceso de Enfermería (PE) es un recurso metodológico que permite al enfermero aplicar los conocimientos técnico-científico que caracterizan su práctica profesional. Fue realizada una revisión teórica, abordando cuestiones administrativas en el contexto del trabajo de la enfermería, el liderazgo en las interrelaciones de trabajo en las organizaciones, así como los aspectos relevantes del proceso salud-enfermedad-cuidado y los procesos de trabajo en salud y enfermería, con énfasis en la Sistematización en la Asistencia de Enfermería (SAE), además de los fundamentos teóricos y las etapas del PE preconizado por Wanda de Aguiar Horta. Esto trabajo describe la construcción de un modelo de PE. Tuve como objetivo desencadenar junto con la equipo de enfermería el proceso de construcción, implementación y la aplicación de la PE para los pacientes de cirugía cardiaca durante la internación hospitalar, como una herramienta para el enfermero administrar el trabajo y liderar el equipo de enfermería. Para tanto, fueran desarrolladas las siguientes etapas: recogida de los datos, con fin de determinar los problemas y establecer el diagnóstico de enfermería; elaboración de los protocolos de la atención de enfermería para diagnósticos específicos de los pacientes en pre y postoperatorio de cirugía cardiaca; registro y la inclusión de los protocolos utilizados en el software del sistema de intranet para la generación de la Prescripción de Enfermería Informatizada (PEI) para los pacientes hospitalizados en las Unidades de Internación del Hospital de Cardiología y Oncología Dr. Pedro Bertoni. El abordaje metodológico utilizado fue la búsqueda convergente-asistencial propuesta por Trentini y Paim. Para tanto, fue utilizado un estudio preliminar de adecuación del PE con las Enfermeras participan, cuando entonces, fueran elaborados los protocolos de cuidado de enfermería para los principales diagnósticos de enfermería en el paciente en cirugía cardiaca, durante el pre y postoperatorio tardío, con fin de subsidiar la planificación del cuidado en esos períodos, los cuales fueran testados durante los meses del mayo a septiembre, y validados. Estos protocolos constituyen el contenido que alimenta el software, que fue construido por la División de Informática de la Institución, que permite el acceso a al prontuario de los pacientes internados y, con base nos diagnósticos presentes, seleccionar los protocolos del los cuidados necesarios, que fueran registrados y normalizados en el sistema de intranet, generando la PEI, como manera de orientar el trabajo asistencial y registrar y documentar los cuidados de enfermería implementados. También, fue realizado entrevistas con las enfermeras que participaron en el proceso de construcción, implementación y aplicación de la PE, analizando su percepción a respecto a la SAE, el PE, al PEI como recursos al ejercicio y el desempeño de las competencias personales y profesionales del enfermero para administrar y liderar el trabajo del equipo de enfermería en la organización, ejecución y evaluación del trabajo de la enfermería. El proceso de análisis permitió evidenciar que el enfermero es el protagonista del equipo y el líder en la organización del trabajo. Los resultados de este estudio muestran que la SAE desarrollada por las enfermeras, implantada e implementada es una herramienta de trabajo que unifica el lenguaje y las acciones de enfermería y de cuidados prestados, dando más valor al servicio en la enfermería, pues hace visible el trabajo del Equipo de Enfermería, cuantifica sus acciones y califica el servicio.

No. of bitstreams: 1 flaviapivoto.pdf: 90044 bytes, checksum: ebe7beeb9a0977b177229c2aa6486227 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2008 / Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo de caráter exploratório e descritivo, com seu trajeto metodológico ancorado na metodologia convergente-assistencial, que objetivou elaborar em conjunto com as enfermeiras da Unidade Pós-Operatória Cardiológica de Tratamento Intensivo, uma proposta de Processo de Enfermagem aos pacientes em pós-operatória de cirurgia cardíaca. A proposta contempla as etapas de: histórico, diagnóstico, prescrição e evolução de enfermagem, e foi validada em cinco encontros que utilizaram a técnica de grupo de convergência, do qual participaram cinco enfermeiras envolvidas na assistência prestada na Unidade. Vale ressaltar que todas as questões éticas foram respeitadas no desenvolvimento do estudo. A primeira fase da proposta, incorporou o instrumento de coleta de dados para o histórico de enfermagem já elaborado na unidade, que foi utilizado como fonte dos dados que embasaram as etapas subseqüentes. Juntamente com as evoluções de enfermagem, contidas nos prontuários dos pacientes, as anotações do livro de ocorrências de enfermagem, nos quais se realizou pesquisa documental para levantamento de dados relevantes, que foram distribuídos em seis grupos conforme o dia de pós-operatório a que correspondiam os registros dos pacientes investigados e organizados em tabelas contendo a freqüência com que cada dado foi evidenciado em relação ao número de pacientes pesquisados. Consultou-se os registros referentes à 20 pacientes submetidos a cirurgias num intervalo de 30 dias. Os dados relevantes evidenciados passaram a constituir ou embasaram o estabelecimento das características definidoras e fatores relacionados dos enunciados diagnósticos. Estabeleceu-se 15 enunciados diagnósticos para o período pós-operatório de cirurgias cardíacas, baseados na taxonomia II da NANDA. Para tanto, foram planejadas prescrições de enfermagem correlatas, apoiadas na experiência profissional das participantes, bem como na literatura da área, visando a satisfazer as necessidades identificadas. Com o intuito de operacionalizar e agilizar a elaboração da prescrição de enfermagem, elaborou-se quatro modelos de prescrições com base nas prescrições correlatas aos diagnósticos e nos grupos de dados relevantes segundo o dia de pós-operatório. O primeiro modelo corresponde ao período pós-operatório imediato; o segundo, ao primeiro dia de internação; o terceiro ao segundo dia, e, o quarto modelo, do terceiro dia em diante. Surgiram, respectivamente, 37, 27, 25 e 19 intervenções de enfermagem adequadas às necessidades de cada período, sendo permitido o acréscimo ou a retirada de intervenções de acordo com a necessidade. A última etapa incorporou a metodologia de desenvolvimento da evolução de enfermagem da unidade de estudo, sendo desenvolvida diariamente, na transferência e/ ou óbito do paciente. A proposta desenvolvida parece retratar as necessidades de assistência de enfermagem ao paciente em pós-operatório de cirurgia cardíaca. Além de, viabilizar a demonstração e o registro de forma sistematizada e organizada das ações de enfermagem. A adoção de um método científico específico de organização, planejamento e execução das atividades de enfermagem com a implementação do Processo de Enfermagem na prática profissional representam estratégias à delimitação dos fazeres e saberes da enfermagem, à visibilidade e reconhecimento do trabalho realizado e à maior valorização profissional. / This is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study which is based on the convergent- assistance methodology that aimed to elaborate a Nursery Process proposal to patients who are in the pos-operatory period after they did a heart surgery. This proposal was elaborate with the nursery team of the Pos-operatory Cardiologic of Intensive Treatment Unit. The steps that follow were contemplated by the proposal: diagnoses, prescription and nursery evolution. The proposal was validated in five meetings that used the convergence group technique in which five nurses who attend in the Unit have participated. Every single ethical question was respected in the study developing. The proposal’s first stage used the data collect tool for the nursery historical made in the Unit that was used as the source of data that was in the subsequent steps. Together with the nursery evolutions in the patients’ records, there were the nursery occurrence book notes which were used to do a documental research to collect relevant data. The data was distributed among six groups according to the pos-operatory day that the patients’ registrations corresponded to. The patients were investigated and organized in tables that had the frequency of each data was discovered in relation to the number of interviewed patients. We researched in registrations referred to 20 patients submitted to 30 days interval surgeries. The presented relevant data constitute the definer characteristics establishment and the diagnoses related factors. The study established 15 diagnoses based on taxonomy II of NANDA for the pos-operatory period of heart surgery. For that, correlated nursery prescriptions were planned based on the participants’ professional experience and on the literature as well, aiming to satisfy the identified needs. Aiming to operate and make the nursery prescription elaboration faster, four prescription models were elaborated based on the prescriptions correlated to the diagnoses and in the relevant data groups according to the pos-operatory day. The first model corresponds to the immediately pos-operatory period; the second corresponds to the first day of admission; the third corresponds to the second day and the fourth model corresponds to the third day on. 37, 27, 25 and 19 interventions respectively came out. These were nursery interventions appropriated to the each period needs. The rising or decreases of interventions are allowed according to the need. The last step used the nursery evolution developing methodology of the study Unit. This methodology is daily developed in the patient’s transference or death. The developed proposal seems to show the needs of the nursery assistance to patients who are in the pos-operatory period. Besides, it makes possible the nursery actions’ demonstration and registration in a systematized and organized way. Adopting a specific scientific method to organize, plan and do the nursery activities together with the implementation of the Nursery Process on the professional practice represent strategies to the Nursery responsibilities and knowledge delimitation, to the visibility, the done work recognition and to a higher professional valorization. / Se trata de un estudio cualitativo de cuño exploratorio y descriptivo, con su trayecto metodológico anclado en la metodología convergente-asistencial, que objetiva elaborar en conjunto con las enfermeras de la Unidad Pos operatoria Cardiológica de Tratamiento Intensivo, una propuesta de Proceso de Enfermería a los pacientes en pos operatoria de cirugía cardiaca. La propuesta contempla las etapas de: histórico, diagnóstico, prescripción y evolución de enfermería, y fue validado en cinco encuentros en que se utilizó la técnica de grupo de convergencia, donde participaron cinco enfermeras envueltas en la asistencia prestada en la Unidad. Vale decir que todas las cuestiones éticas fueron respetadas en el desarrollo del estudio. La primera fase de la propuesta, incorporó el instrumento de coleta de datos para el histórico de enfermería ya elaborado en la unidad, que fue utilizado como fuente de los datos que basaran las etapas subsiguientes. Juntamente con las evoluciones de enfermería, contenidas en los prontuarios de los pacientes, las anotaciones del libro de ocurrencias de enfermería, en los cuales se realizó pesquisa documental para levantamiento de datos relevantes, que fueron distribuidos en seis grupos conforme el día de pos operatorio a que correspondían los registros de los pacientes investigados y organizados en tablas conteniendo la frecuencia en la cual cada dato fue evidenciado en relación al número de pacientes pesquisados. Fue hecha una consulta en los registros referentes a los 20 pacientes sometidos a cirugías en un intervalo de 30 días. Los datos relevantes evidenciados pasaron a constituir o basaran el establecimiento de las características definidoras y factores relacionados de los enunciados diagnósticos. Se estableció 15 enunciados diagnósticos para el período pos operatorio de cirugías cardiacas, basados en la taxonomía II de la NANDA. Para eso, fueron planeadas prescripciones de enfermería correlativas, apoyadas en la experiencia profesional de las participantes, bien como en la literatura del área, visando a satisfacer a las necesidades identificadas. Con el intuito de operar y agilizar la elaboración de la prescripción de enfermería, se elaboró cuatro modelos de prescripciones con base en las prescripciones correlativas a los diagnósticos y en los grupos de datos relevantes segundo el día de pos operatorio. El primero modelo, corresponde al periodo pos operatorio inmediato; el segundo, al primero día de internación; el tercero al según día, y, el cuarto modelo, del tercero día enfrente. Surgieron, respectivamente, 37, 27, 25 y 19 intervenciones de enfermería adecuadas a las necesidades de cada periodo, sendo permitido añadir o retirar intervenciones de acuerdo con la necesidad. La última etapa incorporó la metodología de desarrollo de la evolución de enfermería de la Unidad de estudio, sendo desarrollada diariamente, en la trasferencia y/ o óbito del paciente. La propuesta desarrollada parece retratar las necesidades de asistencia de enfermería al paciente en pos operatorio de cirugía cardiaca. Además, promover la demostración y el registro de forma sistematizada y organizada de las acciones de enfermería. El adopción de un método científico específico de organización, planeamiento y ejecución de las actividades de enfermería con la implementación del Proceso de Enfermería en la práctica profesional representan estrategias a la delimitación de los “haceres” y “saberes” de la enfermería, a la visibilidad e reconocimiento del trabajo realizado y a una mayor valoración profesional.

Analýza herní interakce dítěte batolecího věku v jeselském zařízení / The analysis of playing interactions of a child at toddler age in a nursery

This diploma thesis The analysis of palying interactions of a child at toddler age in a nursery is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of a child at toddler age. The individual stages of child development are described here. The second chapter focuses on the child's play activities and the third characterises nursery care in the Czech Republic and abroad. The fourth chapter contains summary of the theoretical part. The survey presented in the empirical part of the thesis consists of an analysis of play interaction between two and three-year old children and their teacher in a nursery facility. The following actions of children were monitored: vocalisation, eye contact with other people and expression of emotions, motor activity, toy preference and mutual physical contact between the teacher and a child. Video records were analysed using applications V.I.P. (Video Interactive Procesor) and MS Excel. I compared not only the data of all children, but I also focused on a comparison between the boys and girls in terms of different gender. Excess in both demand and supply occur in any given year. The cost of maintaining a plant beyond its ideal ‘sell-by-date’ erodes profit and after time, results in complete wastage. The seedling nursery industry cannot afford to throw away large quantities of surplus seedlings or those that have become root-bound. The size of the wastage problem was unknown. It was believed that a website for trading surplus stock of seedlings might be the answer to the oversupply experienced by individual nurseries. The foundation of the thesis is based on the results of the research of different stages in professional career of primary school managers in the Czech Republic which enabled to reveal the characteristic features. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the existing knowledge of the particular phases of professional career of school managers both in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. It also focuses on their needs and the difficulties they face; in the meantime it treats the issue of managers of independent legal subjects - nursery schools in the Czech Republic.
