Role ústavního soudu v ochraně životního prostředí. / The role of the Constitutional Court in the environmental protection.Domesová, Simona January 2017 (has links)
This thesis aims to find out what the role of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in environmental protection is. It should be found out through analysis of the case-law in this field. At first it follows up the characteristics and history of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. It continues by talking about sources of environmental law and the most important chapter contains analysis of the cases. The thesis discusses the right to the favorable environment, the right to environmental information, the EIA procedure, the Aarhus Convention and the collision of the right to a favorable environment with other rights and freedoms as the most important topics. The thesis showed that the Constitutional Court ruled several times during his practice significantly in favor of the environment. But the less positive conclusion of the thesis is that Czech Republic law does not fully comply with the Aarhus Convention despite it is our obligation. The Constitutional Court will surely deal with this topic again. And the praxes will show us whether we are able to move our legislation closer to public participation in the processess related to the environment. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Problematika ašwá'íját v současném Egyptě. Vznik, současný stav a perspektivy řešení. / The issue of ashwaiyat in contemporary Egypt. Beginning, present situation and possibilities of solution.Kučerová, Květa January 2011 (has links)
The ashwaiyat or informal areas in contemporary Egypt are vast residential areas built during the last several decades without any means of regulation or following principles of physical planning. They gradually came to existence because of the continuing migration from the countryside to cities and by natural population growth. The newcomers, who were not able to find adequate housing in accordance with their economic possibilities, started to build their houses on private agricultural land which was not intended for building purposes, or on state desert land, to which they had no legal tenure rights. Any infrastructure in such areas was constructed relying solely on self-help. Despite the fact that the ashwaiyat phenomenon has grown substantially, it has not been addressed nor treated officialy until recently. Firstly, the formation and growth of the informal settlements with a focus on Egypt's capital, Cairo, is discussed. Further analyses are made regarding the hardships and poverty endured by its inhabitants using tangible evidence to illustrate specifics and everyday reality in some of Egypt's ashwaiyat. It shows that the informal areas are not homogenous and that they represent various living conditions. The purpose of this paper, aside from summarizing the development, is to potentially...

Ekonomický význam rozdelenia Európskej menovej únie / The Economic Importance of Splitting the European Monetary UnionPeľak, Branislav January 2013 (has links)
From recent research on optimum currency areas it is clear that the European Monetary Union does not represent an optimum currency area. Since 2008 the countries of southern part of the eurozone have found themselves in a financial, economic and debt crisis. Therefore a question about the economic importance of splitting the European Monetary Union arises. The aim of this thesis is to give answer to the question of how to divide the eurozone so that the newly formed monetary unions could be considered optimum currency unions, alternatively, so that the newly formed monetary unions are more optimal than currently the eurozone is. Using the method of analysis and synthesis we have reached a decision to divide the eurozone into two parts. One part comprising the southern countries -- Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus and the other part comprising the rest of the eurozone.

Rozšíření metodiky MMSP v oblasti analýzy a návrhu testování / Extending the methodology MMSP in test analysis and designNovotný, Roman January 2015 (has links)
The thesis "Extending the methodology MMSP in test analysis and design" characterizes the discipline of test analysis and design carried out by its inclusion in the Methodology for small software projects (MMSP). The theoretical part defines the concept of discipline Test analysis and design and characterizes its role in the context of software testing and use in developing software products. It also analyzes attitude of commonly known models and methodologies of software development, certification, standards and norms in testing methodology including MMSP to the analytical activities in the field of testing. The practical part describes the methodology MMSP extension by discipline Test analysis and design, which allows the use of this discipline even on small projects developing uncritical IS/ICT solutions, which previously was not possible. Discipline Test analysis and design expands MMSP at considerable amount of analytical activities in the area of testing. Extending the methodology MMSP includes the introduction of new role Test analyst, modification of existing roles, the introduction of new products and descriptions of the recommended testing techniques and test design.

Model zralosti Green ICT jako východisko při zavádění Green ICT praktik v malých a středních podnicích / Green ICT maturity model as a starting point for the implementation of Green ICT practices in small and medium-sized enterprisesMlejnek, Petr January 2012 (has links)
The general topic of this thesis is Green ICT and its support. But specifically is this work focused on Green ICT maturity model, as a starting point for the implementation of Green ICT practices in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this thesis is therefore the definition of this maturity model. This definition primarily consists of defining the questions, possible responses and assigning weights for these responses from the perspective of Green ICT maturity. By answering these questions, Green ICT maturity of any small or medium-sized enterprise can be measured. To achieve the main goal, the areas of Green ICT and Green ICT maturity levels for small and medium-sized enterprises were defined. However, for making this maturity model a relevant result of the thesis, testing it in practice was necessary. For this purpose was therefore created an interactive website with self-assessment form, through which companies were able to evaluate their Green ICT. Than the results of this self-assessment, were analyzed. The personal benefit of this thesis is definition of the Green ICT maturity model with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises, including implementation and verification in practice. This part is considered as practical. For theoretical part I consider defining the areas of Green ICT for small and medium-sized enterprises, which is also seen as personal benefit.

Základy právního vědomí u žáků jako východisko pro výuku výchovy k občanství / Legal awareness among pupils as a starting point for civic educationDousková, Pavla January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the basics of legal awareness of pupils. Its aim is to examine children's conceptions of responsibility and the processes associated with it in pupils at the beginning of the secondary school, to identify gaps and misconceptions with which pupils come to teaching and to propose recommendations for teaching. The theoretical part introduces the concept of responsibility, especially from the point of view of law, the psychological foundations of children's concepts and research devoted to children's concepts in the field of law. The practical part consists of a probe into children's conceptions of responsibility. The probe is implemented on pupils before the transition to the secondary school and on pupils in the 6th grade. The probe is based on two situations, which pupils can meet in their daily lives. The situations take place in two familiar environments - school and park. We focused on these situations in semi-structured interviews, which were then qualitatively evaluated. Based on the probe, it was found that students at the beginning of the 2nd grade understand responsibility, but have difficulty identifying the rules according to which it is attributed and do not understand the relationships and powers of the institutions associated with responsibility. Also...

Ověřování věrohodnosti měřicí metody z oblasti modální analýzy / Modal analysis experimental method verificationPop, Miroslav January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of operational modal analysis, which is one of the newer areas of structural dynamics that makes it possible to estimate modal properties of structures directly during their operation. The aim of this work is to create theoretical basis of operational modal analysis, more specifically of Frequeny Domain Decomposition method. Furthermore, apply this method to a selected structure and verify the achieved results using computational modelling and experimental modal analysis. The technique of dividing the experiment to separate measurements using reference sensor was used. Evaluation of the operational modal analysis was performed using self-created function for the MATLAB software and using the commercial PULSE Operational Modal Analysis software. Obtained results were verified by computational modelling and experimental modal analysis.
