Unification des stratégies de contrôle de réseau embarqué temps-réel reconfigurable / Unified control strategies of embedded real-time reconfigurable network

Petit, Dorine 30 November 2018 (has links)
This thesis is part of a long-lasting relationship between the CRAN and the CNES since 10 years. This involves studying the pertinence of replacing the buses currently embedded in European’s launchers, by off-the-shelf switched standard Ethernet architecture. Previous works qualified Ethernet regarding two quality of service items: real time and reliability. We continue this work by validating these first results on a platform, true scale architecture reproduction which will be embedded in launchers. Then, we work on an original quality of service item, typical of the spatial requirements, called observability. The objective is to re-play the whole flight, afterwards, on ground, knowing that the launcher will not come back, and the architecture is segmented, conferring to the network the dimension of non synchronized multi-domains of observation. The synthesis of all the captures implies to guarantee that the order and the freshness of launcher control information are consistent with the specified applicative operation, and that what is observed is compliant to what really happened. Finally, we propose an over-sampling which is dynamically regulated in order to benefit from the available bandwidth without disturbing real time, reconfiguration and observability requirements

Análise de observabilidade e identificação de medidas críticas para sistemas de medição formados por medidas convencionais e fasoriais sincronizadas / Observability analysis and identification of critical measurements for metering systems formed by conventional and synchronized phasor measurements

Borges, Guilherme Pereira 04 May 2011 (has links)
This dissertation proposes a methodology for observability analysis (restoration and identification of observable islands) and identification of critical measurements for metering systems composed of both synchronized phasor and conventional measurements (power and voltage magnitude measurements). The methodology enables observability analysis and restoration via the triangular factorization of the jacobian matrix associated with metering systems formed by those two types of measurements. The identification of observable islands is carried out through the analysis of the path graphs associated with the factorization of the jacobian matrix. Critical measurements are identified via analysis of the structure of the H \'delta\' t matrix, which is obtained by the triangular factorization of the jacobian matrix. The methodology is simple, fast and easy to implement and does not require solutions of any algebraic equation. Consequently, it is useful for real-time operation. Small numerical examples, using a 4-bus test system, showing the application of the proposed methodology are presented. The IEEE 14, 30 and 57 bus systems with different measurement scenarios were used to evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology.

Input and State Observability of Linear Network Systems with Application to Security of Cyber Physical Systems / Observabilité états-entrées des systèmes linéaire en réseau avec application à la sécurité des systèmes cyber-physique

Gracy, Sebin 23 November 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with the notion of Input and State Observability (ISO) in linear network systems. One seeks graphical characterizations using the notion of structural (resp. s-structural) ISO. We first focus on linear time-invariant network systems ,represented by fixed graphs, and provide characterizations for strong structural ISO. Thereafter, we turn our attention to linear time-varying network systems wherein we first narrow our attention to the particular case of fixed graphs (i.e., the structure of the graph remains fixed; the weights along the edges are allowed to vary, thereby giving rise to time-varying dynamics). We show that, under suitable assumptions on the structure of input, output and feedthrough matrices, ISO of a system is equivalent to observability of a suitably defined subsystem. Subsequently, we exploit this equivalence to obtain graphical characterizations of structural (resp. s-structural) ISO.Thereafter, for the LTV setting, we consider the more general case of time-varying graphs and furthermore make no assumptions on the structure of system matrices. We introduce two suitable descriptions of the whole collection of graphs, which are named as dynamic graph and dynamic bipartite graph. Two equivalent characterizations of structural ISO are then stated in terms of existence of a linking and a matching of suitable size in the dynamic graph and in the dynamic bipartite graph, respectively. For strongly structural ISO, we provide a sufficient condition and a necessary condition, both concerning the existence of a uniquely restricted matching of suitable size in the dynamic bipartite graph and in a subgraph of it. When there is no direct feedthrough of the input on the measurements, the two conditions can be merged to give rise to a necessary and sufficient condition. Finally, we present an unbiased recursive algorithm that simultaneously estimates states and inputs. We focus on delay-$ell$ left invertible systems with intrinsic delay $ellgeq 1$, where the input reconstruction is possible only by using outputs up to $ell$ time steps later in the future. By showing an equivalence with a descriptor system, we state conditions under which the time-varying filter converges to a stationary stable filter, involving the solution of a discrete-time algebraic Riccati equation.

Observateurs grand gain pour des systèmes non linéaires à sorties échantillonnées et retardées / High gain observers for nonlinear systems with sampled and delayed outputs

Treangle, Clement 04 December 2018 (has links)
This manuscript deals with the synthesis of high gain observers for nonlinear systems with sampled and delayed outputs. Three contributions are proposed for consideration in this manuscript. The first contribution, for a class of Multi-input / Multi-output systems whose outputs are grouped into a single block, involves the problem of the acquisition process of output measurements (continuous, sampled, delayed or not) and proposes a common framework for all possible cases. The second contribution proposes a filtered high gain observer on this same class of systems in order to reduce the sensitivity to measurement noise, in the case where the output is continuous and then in the case where the latter is sampled. The last contribution aims to extend the standard high gain synthesis for a large class of uniformly observable Multi-input / Multi-output systems with continuous output measurements. For each of these contributions, it has been shown that the observation error of each of the proposed observers converges exponentially towards zero in the absence of uncertainties in the system. All these contributions have been illustrated through several examples from different fields of study.

Contrôle robuste d'EDPs linéaires hyperboliques par méthodes de backstepping / Robust design of backstepping controllers for systems of linearhyperbolic PDEs

Auriol, Jean 04 July 2018 (has links)
Linear First-Order Hyperbolic Partial Differential Equations (LFOH PDEs) represent systems of conservation and balance law and are predominant in modeling of traffic flow, heat exchanger, open channel flow or multiphase flow. Different control approaches have been tackled for the stabilization or observation of such systems. Among them, the backstepping method consists to map the original system to a simpler system for which the control design is easier. The resulting controllers are explicit. In the first part of this thesis, we develop some general results in control theory. More precisely, we solve the problem of finite-time stabilization of a general class of LFOH PDEs using the backstepping methodology. The minimum stabilization time reachable may change depending on the number of available actuators. The corresponding boundary observers (crucial to envision industrial applications) are obtained through a dual approach. An important by-product of the proposed approach is to derive an explicit mapping from the space generated by the solutions of the considered LFOH PDEs to the space generated by the solutions of a general class of neutral systems with distributed delays. This mapping opens new prospects in terms of stability analysis for LFOH PDEs, extending the stability analysis methods developed for neutral systems. In the second part of the thesis, we prove the necessity of a change of strategy for robust control while considering industrial applications, for which the major limitation is known to be the robustness of the resulting control law to uncertainties in the parameters, delays in the loop, neglected dynamics or disturbances and noise acting on the system. In some situations, one may have to renounce to finite-time stabilization to ensure the existence of robustness margins. We propose some adjustments in the previously designed control laws by means of several degrees of freedom enabling trade-offs between performance and robustness. The robustness analysis is fulfilled using the explicit mapping between LFOH PDEs and neutral systems previously introduced.

Synthèse d'observateur pour systèmes non linéaires / Observer design for nonlinear systems

Bernard, Pauline 20 November 2017 (has links)
Unlike for linear systems, no systematic method exists for the design of observers for nonlinear systems. However, observer design may be more or less straightforward depending on the coordinates we choose to express the system dynamics. In particular, some specific structures, called canonical forms, have been identified for allowing a direct and easier observer construction. It follows that a common way of addressing the problem consists in looking for a reversible change of coordinates transforming the exression of the system dynamics into one of those canonical forms, design an observer in those coordinates, and finally deduce an estimate of the system state in the initial coordinates via inversion of the transformation. This thesis contributes to each of those three steps.First, we show the interest of a new triangular canonical form with continuous (non-Lipschitz) nonlinearities. Indeed, we have noticed that systems which are observable for any input but with an order of differential observability larger than the system dimension, may not be transformable into the standard Lipschitz triangular form, but rather into an "only continuous" triangular form. In this case, the famous high gain observer no longer is sufficient, and we propose to use homogeneous observers instead.Another canonical form of interest is the Hurwitz linear form which admits a trivial observer. The question of transforming a nonlinear system into such a form has only been addressed for autonomous systems with the so-called Lunberger or Kazantzis-Kravaris observers. This design consists in solving a PDE and we show here how it can be extended to time-varying/controlled systems. As for the inversion of the transformation, this step is far from trivial in practice, in particular when the domain and image spaces have different dimensions. When no explicit expression for a global inverse is available, numerical inversion usually relies on the resolution of a minimization problem with a heavy computational cost. That is why we develop a method to avoid the explicit inversion of the transformation by bringing the observer dynamics (expressed in the canonical form coordinates) back into the initial system coordinates. This is done by dynamic extension, i-e by adding some new coordinates to the system and augmenting an injective immersion into a surjective diffeomorphism. Finally, in a totally independent part, we also provide some results concerning the estimation of the rotor position of a permanent magnet synchronous motors without mechanical information (sensorless) and when some parameters such as the magnet flux or the resistance are unknown. We illustrate this with simulations on real data.

Estimação de estado em sistemas elétricos de potência: programa para análise e atualização das características qualitativas de conjunto de medidas / Power system state estimation: computer program for analysis and updating of measurement set qualitative characteristics

Moreira, Eduardo Marmo 23 October 2006 (has links)
To obtain a safe power system (PS) operation, becomes necessary a reliable state estimation (SE), since the real time control actions of a PS are based on the data obtained through the SE process. The first requirement for a successful SE process is the existence of a reliable measurement placement plan, that is, a measurement placement plan that guarantees system observability and the absence of both critical measurements and critical sets. However, considering that during the operation of a PS measurements can be lost decreasing the measurement-redundancy, one can say that although a reliable measurement placement plan is a necessary condition to guarantee a reliable state estimation, it is not sufficient. This dissertation presents a computer program that allows for a reliable SE, even in situations of problems causing loss of measurements. The proposed software allows, in a very fast way in terms of execution time, observability analysis and restoration, identification of critical measurements and critical sets, as well as the updating of these measurement set qualitative characteristics after loss of measurements. As a theoretical background for the development of the software, two algorithms were utilized allowing for the analysis of measurement set qualitative characteristics based on the triangular factorization of the Jacobian matrix, as well as sparsity techniques and techniques for the development of programs. To prove the efficiency of the proposed software, several tests were performed using the system of 6, 14 and 30 buses from IEEE and 121 buses from ELETROSUL.
