Diploma thesis is focused on occupational risk management, safety and health protection at work. The aim of my diploma thesis was to review level of OHSAS 18001 requirement filfilment in a particular organisation. Inseparabily part of standard requirements is observing the state legislation. Since the firm chosen carry on business in SR, the teoretical part of the thesis compares czech and slovak state legislation with purpose of illustrating differences between czech and slovak legislative environment in field of occupational safety and health protection. Practical part of the thesis contains review of OHSAS 18001 requirements fulfilment in organization and evaluates the possibility of succesful certification.

My diploma thesis solves an extension of rehabilitation centre. The building technological project in this diploma thesis contains primarily technology procedure, model of the building site accessories, time schedule, check and test plan and budget for this extension. Specialization is drawn from the field of structural engineering - thermal and technical assessment of the building.

The object of this thesis is to implement the contruction of the apartment block in Prague's area Suchdol. This report contains the technical report for construction technological project, technical report of site facilities, technological regulation, budget, time management, project of machinery assembly, inspection and test plan, environmental plan, occupational safety, study of main technological stages and comparative study.

This master’s thesis deals with the constructive-technological project of storage hall. This thesis consists of a comprehensive elaborate project of implementation including the time schedule, financial plans, technology procedure for structural systém. Deals with design of main mechanisms, concept of building site and procedures needed for realization, quality control and test plan, risks of realization and resources.

This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preperation of administrative, commercial and residential complex in Prague – Quadrio. The object consists of 6 seperate buildings connected to each other. There is combined underground under buildings, consists of four basements. The first and second underground, ground floor and the first floor are used for shopping mall. On the other floors, there are offices. The D-object is residential. In combined underground is a subway exit and its technology. There are also parking places for cars, supplying and technical facilities of the building. The construction and technological preperation consists of technical report, technological instruction, resolution of the building organization, time binding, occupational healthy and safety etc.

The aim of this thesis is to reach a distinctive rationalization of the production and assembling plant of Cargo Van Brno company. In the project of new lay-out of the production area were all restrictions given by management of the company and by owner of the property strictly met. Technological changes of the process plan and investments suggestions are determined by the company's strategic plan.

The thesis aims to introduce the issue of health and safety in construction. The issue of safety at work is explained in the first part of the theoretical part. Problems of hygiene are explained in the second part. The practical part deals with the mapping of the situation in the construction industry and occupational health and safety plan.

Subject of this final thesis is the upper gross production technology of apartment building in Olomouc – Klášterní Hradisko. This work contain technical reports, site family house, device of construction site, technological provisions, overal results, timetable, machine set design, monitoring and test plan, occupational safety.

The thesis solves construction technological project of the Regional Centre of Advanced Technologies and Materials in Olomouc. The thesis contains a engineering report to the resolved issues, block plan and block plan drawing, technological regulation for CFA piles and testing plan for CFA piles. Other parts of the thesis are the schedule, itemized budget for the shell construction, calculation structures according THU, time and financial plan of the whole building, work safety in the implementation of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures, design of machine formation and solution organization of construction, which includes an engineering report site equipment and site equipment drawing.

El presente estudio de investigación implemento el programa de seguridad basado en el comportamiento orientado a lograr reducir los índices de accidentabilidad, aumentar los actos estándares y cambiar la cultura de seguridad de la empresa. Para ello, como primer antecedente se tuvo el estado actual del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SGSST) de la empresa, el diseño del programa, la implementación orientada a la observación y retroalimentación positiva y finalmente la evaluación de los resultados por un periodo de tres meses. Todo ello, implica estudiar y comprender la metodología para incluirlo dentro del Sistema Integrado de Gestión de prevención de riesgos, como propuesta de mejora continua. Asimismo, como parte del programa se analizarán las conductas y comportamientos; los cuales serán plasmados en un formulario de la empresa en estudio, para observar si son o no seguras y cuáles podrían ser las causas inmediatas y/o básicas del comportamiento del trabajador. / This research study implemented the behavior-based safety program aimed at reducing accident rates, increasing standard acts and changing the safety culture of the company. For this, as the first precedent, the current state of the company's occupational health and safety management system (SGSST) was used, the design of the program, the implementation oriented to observation and positive feedback and finally the evaluation of the results. for a period of three months. All of this implies studying and understanding the methodology to include it within the Integrated Risk Prevention Management System, as a proposal for continuous improvement. Likewise, as part of the program, behaviors and behaviors will be analyzed; which will be reflected in a form of the company under study, to observe whether or not they are safe and what could be the immediate and / or basic causes of the worker's behavior. / Tesis
