This thesis deals with the decline in decrease of traffic to the website at their redesign or significant intervention into their content, in terms of optimizing websites for search engines. This issue is known acronym for SEO - Search Engine Optimization. The search part focuses on the functioning of the search engine algorithms, factors affecting traffic to sites and their success in the search results. It also describes the appropriate procedures for the planned redesign, a significant interference with the content of sites that always leads to a decrease traffic from organic search. These procedures should eliminate a decrease in traffic to a minimum. The practical part shows the functionality of the procedures described in the theoretical part of the work on real cases of websites of various sectors and the difficulties of those sites that have ignored these recommendations or not incorporated them correctly.

Assess the capital structure of the company, including influencing factors. Further evaluate various concepts cost of capital, cost of analyzing individual components of equity in a particular company and assess their impact on business performance.

This dissertation is aimed at the income and expense amendment at a contributory organization in Hradec Králové region. In the theoretical part there are basic facts about contributory organizations, the founder, the foundation document, the dividing into main and by work or their budget. Following by the characterization of the incomes and selected expenses which can be often found in a contributory organization accountancy. The last part brings a closer view of conducting of accountancy in the selected accounting units including accounting documentary evidence and financial analysis. The last chapter shows theoretical possibilities of income and expense amendment at a contributory organization. At the beginning of the working part there is shown the certain contributory organization Gymnázium Broumov (grammar school Broumov) following by the detailed analysis of its profits and selected costs. This part also describes the economization of the school individual funds and then the way of conducting of accountancy in this contributory organization. Other chapters of this dissertation pay attention to the financial analysis of economization and factual project of income and expense amendment at the grammar school. In the chapter 4.7 you can find the possibilities of the incomes increase. It is conected with the taking advantage of appropriation projects given by the organizer, the Ministry of Education or the EU, the closure of new agreements for lease of school not flat space or establishing of complementary educational activities. The expenses can be amended by lowering the power consumption thanks to the project EPC or using central purchase of power and some services within the framework of the HK region. The saving can be reached by correct utilization of substitute quota with the purchase of products and services or by optimum drawing of wage means. The conclusion contains the evaluation of the amendment results. Thanks to the amendment the incomes are risen up to 750,000 Czech crowns more than 80% of it are the incomes from appropriation projects. It brings to school better study conditions for students, possibilities of further education for teachers or getting new teaching aids. The incomes from the lease of school not flat space have to be, according to the foundation document, used for repairs and maintenance of the school building at the same calendar year. The establishing of complementary educational activities is more both administratively and organizationaly demanding than possibilities of income amendment so it might be set up in Sept.2017. The Grammar School Broumov can get up to 300,000 Czech crowns a year thanks to the expense amendment. The saving made by lowering total power, service and material expenses can be used without any restrictions for example for purchase of new modern technology, interactive boards or for school environment innovation. The grammar school management can use the saving made by optimum drawing of wage means as a motivation for the teachers via bonuses or personal extra pays.

The purpose of the diploma thesis was to design a system of management of internal material and related information flows in a selected manufacturing company with focus on the settings of logistics processes for optimized production supply using appropriate logistics methods and technologies.

This master´s thesis is focused on aerodynamic analysis of 3D configuration of aircraft TL – 4000 and designing shape modifications to improve flight performances. Modifications are focused on wing – fuselage junction and junction between tail units. In continuation are analyzed the shapes of air intakes to cooling engine. Based on aerodynamic analysis of aircraft TL – 4000 are chosen convenient positions for pitot-static tube and inlets for ventilation of cabin.

The main goal of this diploma thesis was optimization of the logistic system in company dealing with distribution of plants and products for garden. At first I had to analyze the logistic system about flow of information and goods, after that describe critical factors who can disrupt continuity and efficieny of the logistics system and finally find the way how make the system better and how reduce logistics costs. I found these critical factors: 1)Information system used by copany does not support all processes between Ferencik s.r.o copany and their supplier. This makes the system slower and inexact. 2) Only three members from ?association of gardeners? are using the information system. This waken strong possition of assotion. 3) Too small place of warehouse and store is not comfortable for employee and customers. Recommendations are these. Company has to find the way, how connect their system with supplier system. Also prepare course for ?association of gardeners? and show them the information systém. Build new bigger store with large warehouse.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the current activities of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region and find weaknesses that could be improved. The integral part of the work is the position of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region in the system of crisis management in the Czech Republic and a description of its development in time. There were used analyzes to identify sub-optimally operated activities - excessive processing of documentary materials, to ensure trouble-free operation of used information technologies, minimizing the number of used information systems, the distribution of individual workers in the area and optimization of their number. Activities were examined with emphasis on their contribution to the final work of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region. There is a layout of information flows and documents and there are listed activities that need to be executed with each document. The thesis proposes measures leading to more efficient use of workers and machinery in the above-mentioned areas - document management, mostly in electronic form (except for the key documents) and the consequent security of document repository (physical and data). Conversion of connection plans to electronic form, using the system of the Contacts for Regional Office for South Bohemia, facilitates activity in searching contacts of interest persons and entities and management of their contact details. To improve the member activity of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region it is designed to minimize the number of used information systems, implement rules of risk communication and accomplish groups' relocation to isolated areas.

This thesis is based on the needs of effective management of restaurants. This topic is very comprehensive and consists of issues stemming mainly from theories of management, economics and psychology. On the basis of needs, the thesis deals with optimization of management process in a selected organization. The main objective of this thesis is analysis of products and management methods in the restaurant Beer factory in comparison with competing products of restaurants and clubs followed by recommendations to optimize business interactions and proposals for the development of the product based on surveys and structured interviews. To achieve the main goal, three partial objectives were established. These goals are directed to the understanding and evaluation of the current situation of activities in three areas: the management of human resources, inventory management, and quality management.

Aim of this thesis is optimisation of system of managing stocks in Viscofan CZ s. r. o. and suggestion of measure to reduce lock capital in stocks with increase of customer service level. On the base of ABC analyse was chosen skinless and fibrous products. Skinless is main product, on the other hand fibrous is minor. Chosen casing was analysed to turnover of stock, lock capital and structure of stock in the respect of time of storage. On the base of these results was found out that approximately in the skinless is locked about 69 mil. Kč. In the fibrous it is more than 12 mil. Kč. Necessary to say, the outdate stocks of skinless form 18 % of whole stock that represent 12,5 mil. Kč. In case of fibrous form 46 % that mean 5,56 mil. Kč. Old stocks arise because of refusal of acceptance goods by customers. From this situation result need of optimization of system of managing stocks to lower lock capital. Two types of optimisation were suggested. First type tries to minimize amount of new outdate stock. First I suggest to start analysing of customer service level. This remedy could lead to reduce new outdate stock about 50 % that means saving almost 5,7 mil. Kč. Important benefit could be higher reliability of company for customers. With this optimization is connected another that suggest implementation of participation of sales representatives on income from sold product with reflection to reliability of their customers. The more reliable customer the higher commission. Second type of optimization is way of reduce current old stocks. One possibility is to compensate new orders by outdate stocks. This could lead to provide lock capital, mostly 20 mil. Kč. Second possibility is to sale with discount. All suggested optimizations start from current needs of company. Combination of optimization could bring higher benefits than individual implementation.
