However, not always, they can attend the migratory demands. Recently, Nova Parnamirim that is situated in the municipal district of Parnamirim - RN, due to proximity with Natal, it is passing for an intensive and accelerated occupation process impelled by the urban politics that created and they determined new diversities, leaning in the growth of the modern tertiary. In this context, Nova Parnamirim is suffering, along the time, substantial transformations in your espace, so much of nature social as environmental, that are affecting in the quality of your residents' life. This fact is mainly linked in the absence of an appropriate urban planning that have to be considered as an instrument norteador of the development of the city in its constant construction process. The study has as objective to analyze the social-space dynamics of the area and their implications, identifying the principal agents that promote and they benefit of that urbanization process. For the ccomplishment of this research it was executed bibliographical readings that turn of theoretical studies about the urban subjects and enviroments, besides field activities for the rising of the data investigated in the methodological approach / As pol?ticas p?blicas e privadas implementadas em Natal t?m atra?do grande contingente de pessoas em busca de empregos. Contudo, nem sempre, essas pol?ticas podem atender as demandas migrat?rias. Recentemente, Nova Parnamirim, situada no munic?pio de Parnamirim - RN, aliada ? proximidade com Natal, est? passando por um processo de ocupa??o intensivo e acelerado impulsionado pelas pol?ticas urbanas que criaram e determinaram novas diversidades, apoiadas no crescimento do terci?rio moderno. Nesse contexto, Nova Parnamirim vem sofrendo, ao longo do tempo, transforma??es substanciais no seu espa?o, tanto de natureza social quanto ambiental, que est?o se refletindo na qualidade de vida de seus moradores. Nesse sentido, a disserta??o em tela investigou e discutiu sobre os protestantes Batistas em Parnamirim-RN. Procurando interpretar e descrever esse grupo religioso e sua din?mica espacial, bem como perceber os caminhos de sua hist?ria, din?mica, territorialidade, gest?o, sistema, c?digo, rede, identidade e sonoridade, elementos estes que o grupo utiliza na constru??o de sua dimens?o espacial citadina. Com o intuito de atingir esse objetivo maior, procuramos compreender as estrat?gias territoriais, fazendo uma an?lise de sua dimens?o, sistema, uso de c?digos e elementos simb?licos apropriados pelo grupo religioso em Parnamirim-RN; bem como apresentar a suas rela??es de identidade, percep??o e sonoridade, acarretando estes novos elementos investigados em uma dimens?o espacial dos protestantes Batistas com formas materiais e imateriais. Para tanto, neste trabalho optou-se por uma pesquisa participante, historiogr?fica, na qual distintas estrat?gias investigativas foram adotadas na coleta de materiais, discursos, imagens, letras musicais analisadas, favorecendo o entendimento da problem?tica. Isso implicou na participa??o em cultos, eventos com v?rios registros fotogr?ficos, produ??o de mapas, gr?ficos, organogramas a respeito dos protestantes Batistas na afirma??o de sua dimens?o espacial. Sendo assim, o resultado indica que as pr?ticas dos protestantes Batistas no territ?rio apresenta a??es repletas de diversas estrat?gias fazendo com que se torne poss?vel desvendar as trajet?rias e dimens?es espaciais dos protestantes Batistas na cidade de Parnamirim-RN. / This dissertation was the challenge and desire to develop a product arising from readings, dialogues, research and observations regarding the relationship between religion and geographical science, in the figure of the Baptist Protestant and churches in Parnamirim-RN, in understanding their spatial dimension. In this sense, the screen in research investigated and discussed Baptists Protestants in Parnamirim-RN. Looking interpret and describe this religious group and its spatial dynamics and understand the paths of its history, dynamics, territoriality, management, system, code, network, identity and sound, elements which the group uses to build its spatial dimension city . In order to achieve this greater goal, we seek to understand the territorial strategies by making an analysis of its size, system, use of codes and symbolic elements appropriated by religious group in Parnamirim-RN, as well as present their identity relations, perception and sound, bringing these new elements investigated in a spatial dimension of Baptists Protestants with tangible and intangible forms. Therefore, this work was chosen by a participant research, historiography, in which various investigative strategies were adopted in collecting materials, speeches, images, analyzed musical letters, favoring the understanding of the problem. This involved participation in cults, events with various photographic records, production of maps, graphs, charts about the Baptists Protestants in affirmation of their spatial dimension. Thus, the result indicates that the practices of Baptists Protestants in the territory presents actions filled with various strategies making make it possible to unravel the paths and spatial dimensions of Baptists Protestants in the city of Parnamirim-RN.

The possibility of usage of the OODC instrument is linked to the maximum utilization coefficient, determined to specific areas in accordance to existing infrastructure conditions, further taking into account the formal real estate market, expansion axis and crowding. Being an instrument which establishes values to be paid for a better use of land, it maintains a narrow relation to the real estate, incentivizing or discouraging the crowding in specific areas. The present study investigates the relationship between the criteria for the making of the Public Concession of Building Rights instrument and the dynamics of the formal real estate market. It takes as empiric universe Parnamirim (RN), part of the Natal Metropolitan Area (RN), focusing on the application of the OODC in the period of 2008-2010. It seeks to better understand the necessary basis for the formulation of the instrument, about how it works and its relation to the formal real estate market. It aims to depict the formal real estate market by presenting the production of urban space in Parnamirim in terms of intensity and nature of the real estate, furthermore identifying the licensed properties through the application of the municipality instrument. For the conclusion, it is discussed the criteria for the formation of OODC, its relationship to the dynamics of the formal real estate market and its influencing possibilities in the processes of usage and occupation of land in the context of urban planning / O instrumento Outorga Onerosa do Direito de Construir (OODC), institu?do pelo Estatuto da Cidade em 2001, tem como objetivo principal a recupera??o das mais-valias urbanas, buscando a justa distribui??o dos benef?cios da urbaniza??o. Essa penitenciária foi criada para ser um modelo de ressocialização, nos moldes préfigurados na Lei de Execuções Penais. A PEP configura-se como um universo heterogêneo, marcado por contradições e conflitos intersubjetivos das mais variadas ordens, cuja resolução se dá com base nos códigos normativos informais que regem as relações constituídas entre os reclusos, e entre estes e a equipe dirigente. No seu cotidiano encontramos relações de poder, fundadas em uma racionalidade instrumental, mas também encontramos relações sentimentais, assentadas em laços de afetividade, gratidão e reciprocidade. Para abordar os sentidos que o trabalho assume na PEP, realizamos uma breve incursão no processo de constituição da penitenciária na sociedade moderna, sem maior aprofundamento sobre este ponto, pois nessa incursão o nosso objetivo é o de situar o leitor em relação às raízes, a concepção e aos propósitos almejados pela moderna penitenciária. No mesmo sentido elaboramos um retrato do colapso em que se encontra o sistema penitenciário brasileiro para, em seguida, enveredarmos pelo sistema penitenciário do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte para, enfim, aportarmos na PEP a fim de investigar a dinâmica da combinação que permite a instituição dos lugares sociais, a definição de identidades e a vivência dos valores relativos à normalidade e à transgressão do comportamento. / The main goal of this work is to analyze the meaning that the work assumes in the prision context, having like reference to penitentiary Public Parnamirim, located in state in the Rio Grande do Norte. This penitentiary was going created to be a socialization model, in the molds written in the Penal Executions Law. PEP it configures as a heterogeneous universe, marked for contradictions and conflicts subjective of the varieder orders, that is solved with base in the informal normative codes that govern the relations constituted between recluse, and between these and the leading team. In your everyday find power relations, founded in an instrumental rationality, but we also find sentimental relations, support in affectivity liaisons, gratitude and reciprocity. To board the meaning yhat the work assumes in PEP, we accomplish a fast incursion in the penitentiary constitution process in the modern society, without deepning, because in this incursion our goal is just to situate the reader in relation regarding the modern penitentiary roots. In the same direction elaborate a collapse portrait where finds the penitentiary system Brazilian for, soon after, come in by Statet do Rio Grande do Norte's penitentiary system and, finally, come in in the PEP to investigate the combination dynamics that allows the social places institution, the identities definition and the relative values existence to the normality and the behavior transgression.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This study seeks to understand the landscape through the artisanal activity of lime in the Municipality of Parnamirim, located in the central wilderness of Pernambuco. The examination is focused on aspects of the daily life of the region that can be discussed from particularities of recent history. The intention is to analyze the landscape through the materiality and oral testimonies of the lime producers. The relations of people with things are focused to discuss notions of the limely activities and use of lime through social practices, in a context in which the importance of the incorporation of the studied landscape is emphasized. Through the subjectivity of the people involved in the documentation I look for the interpretation of the landscape that active subjects perceive, act and give meaning through a handmade production. In this way, I direct the research by gathering information about the lore, the materiality and memories present in the oral sources, the experience obtained by me in the field and my interpretation of scholars who discuss the landscape as a social environment. The perspective of active participation of the people is a central aspect of the discussion and involves directing the activities carried out in the region to the aspects of the individuals' permanence, which present ways of conceiving the landscape influenced by economic activities. This is a question captured by the way of understanding the landscape as an element inherent in the daily life of the local inhabitants. One of the arguments is that it is possible to know the social subjects surveyed on the basis of how they act in the landscape. It is an aspect of local socialization perceptible by the ways that those workers affirm their choice to remain in their place. / Este estudo busca a compreensão da paisagem através da atividade artesanal da cal no Município de Parnamirim, localizado no sertão central pernambucano. O exame é voltado aos aspectos do cotidiano da região que podem ser discutidos a partir de particularidades da história recente. A pretensão é analisar a paisagem através da materialidade e dos testemunhos orais dos produtores de cal. As relações das pessoas com as coisas são enfocadas para discutir noções das atividades caieiristas e uso da cal através das práticas sociais, em um contexto em que é ressaltada a importância da incorporação da paisagem estudada. Através da subjetividade das pessoas envolvidas na documentação busco a interpretação da paisagem que sujeitos ativos percebem, atuam e dão significado por meio de uma produção artesanal. Desta forma, direciono a pesquisa reunindo informações do saber fazer cal, da materialidade e de memórias presentes nas fontes orais, da experiência obtida por mim em campo e de minha interpretação dos estudiosos que discutem a paisagem como meio social. A perspectiva da participação ativa das pessoas é um aspecto central da discussão e envolve direcionar as atividades realizadas na região aos aspectos da permanência dos indivíduos, que apresentam formas de conceber a paisagem influenciada pelas atividades econômicas. Esta é uma questão captada pela maneira de entender a paisagem como um elemento inerente ao cotidiano dos habitantes locais. Um dos argumentos é que é possível conhecer os sujeitos sociais pesquisados com base na forma em que eles atuam na paisagem. É um aspecto da socialização local perceptível pelas maneiras que aqueles trabalhadores afirmam a sua escolha de permanecerem no seu lugar. / Laranjeiras
