A b s t r a c t: CLIL is an innovative approach how to improve foreign language teaching. Thanks to the globalization, language education became one of the main priorities in most of the states, European countries, especially. However, foreign language education has been intensively discussed over the past two decades, there are still some important questions to answer. What is the best time to start with foreign language teaching? Which methods shall we use? When shall we start with the intensive foreign language teaching? Third grade, second grade or even earlier? I suggest CLIL and, particularly, language showers, could be a suitable solution how to prepare children for the future foreign language teaching. The main goal of my thesis is to find what kind of CLIL activities are suitable for the second grade where I actually teach. More specifically, I will carry out action research which will be based on videorecordings of three CLIL lessons. I will also try to analyse my linguistic and didactic mistakes. The analysis should help me to find solutions which will improve my CLIL teaching. Cette thèse propose une approche du mémoriel qui interroge la production de la mémoire dans son caractère processuel. Elle comporte trois caractéristiques principales. D’abord, elle met l’accent sur une pluralité des temps qui participe de la production de la mémoire (mais aussi de l’instauration de collectivités et de la production de leurs continuités). Elle place aussi les processus de représentation au cœur de ses questionnements – notamment, elle met l’accent sur les manières par lesquelles la mémoire est constituée par la représentation (au lieu d’examiner les manières par lesquelles la mémoire est représentée). Enfin, elle interroge les manières par lesquelles la production de la mémoire concourt à délimiter, entretenir et faire être des collectivités, et quelles formes de collectivisation sont à cet égard réalisées. Le premier chapitre expose cette approche de la mémoire en constraste avec une présentation de trois grandes familles d’approches – les approches de la mémoire collective, celles de la mémoire culturelle et les approches présentistes – qui appréhendent la mémoire comme un construit. Il explique aussi comment je mets le mémoriel à profit dans une analyse de surface qui appréhende la constitution des représentations par lesquelles l’ex-hockeyeur Maurice Richard et l’ex-animatrice et auteure Janette Bertrand sont établis comme personnalités publiques, par le biais de technologies et de figures d’individualité publique qui les font être de manières singulières. Dans cette optique, je réalise, dans le deuxième chapitre, une analyse de la constitution de Maurice Richard comme héros, et dans le troisième, un examen de la constitution de Janette Bertrand comme pionnière. Dans le quatrième et dernier chapitre, je constate notamment les effectivités respectives des technologies et des procédés de représentation par lesquels des personnalités publiques sont instaurées. Je mets aussi en lumière que ces technologies et les éléments qu’elles produisent, traversent et mettent en relation, s’appréhendent à chaque fois dans la singularité de leurs rencontres. Je conclus ensuite en mettant en lumière les manières par lesquelles mon approche du mémoriel contribue aux études de la mémoire, lesquelles sont l’objet d’une disciplinarisation croissante. / This thesis proposes an approach of the mémoriel which questions the production of memory in its processual character. It has three main features. First, it focuses on a plurality of times involved in the production of memory (but also the establishment of local communities and the production of their continuities). It also places the processes of representation at the heart of its questionings - in particular, it emphasizes the ways in which memory is constituted by representation (instead of examining the ways in which memory is represented). Finally, it questions the ways in which the production of memory contributes to circumscribe, to maintain and to make communities, and what forms of collectivization are realized in this respect. The first chapter outlines this approach to memory in contrast with a presentation of three major families of approaches - approaches to collective memory, approaches of cultural memory and presentist approaches – which apprehend memory as a construct. It also explains how I put the mémoriel to good use in a surface analysis which captures the constitution of representations by which the former hockey player Maurice Richard and the former host and television writer Janette Bertrand are established as public figures, through technologies and figures of public individuality which bring them into being in singular ways. In this perspective, I present, in the second chapter, an analysis of the constitution of Maurice Richard as a hero, and in the third, an analysis of the constitution of Janette Bertrand as a pioneer. In the fourth and final chapter, I notice in particular the effectiveness of the respective technologies and processes of representation by which these public personalities are established. I also bring to light that these technologies and the elements which they produce, run through and put into relation are constantly apprehensible in the singularity of their meetings. I then conclude by outlining the manner in which my approach of the mémoriel contributes to memory studies, a field which is the object of an increasing disciplinarization.

This dimploma thesis deals with the contemporary context of the social and cultural relations in Bohemia in the second half of 19th century and at the begining of 20th century. The thesis highlights essential personalities of those times as they were seen through the prism of musical life within the boundaries of leading musical institutions of those times. Furhtermore the thesis refers to relations of these giants with Josef Suk and focuses on Suk's piano compositions in detail within the context of his complete works.

This thesis is focused on the history of the parishes of Třebíč up to the 20th century. It describes the events and the life of the parishes in Třebíč in that time period. The first five chapters report on the history and the religious, cultural and economic life in Třebíč. The sixth chapter is devoted to the era of the First World War. The seventh chapter introduces the personalities of Třebíč who were persecuted by the political regime of that time. A pictorial inset, which complements the study, is a part of this thesis.

The first chapter of this degree work presents some personalities of Henry´s age. These personalities influenced him. Apprises there with Machiavelli´s The Prince, More´s Utopia a some Luther´s works. At the second chapter we learn something of lifes of Henry and Luther and of their important works, Luther´s On the babylonish captivity of the church and Henry´s Defence of the Seven Sacraments. This work finishes with summary of reformation in England.

Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) are introduced in large parts of the world and are commonly farmed for consumption as well as a valued sport fish. Many species of salmonids show large intraspecific variation in pigmentation, which has been shown to correlate with stress response and several other behavioral traits. In this study, the behavior and stress response of rainbow trout linked to pigmentation is investigated, depending on previous sport fishing experience. Through data from a previous study on rainbow trout in semi-natural ponds, locomotor activity was measured as a proxy of stress, under three different sport fishing treatments. From previous photos, the pigment spots of each rainbow trout are counted to test the correlation with locomotor activity. In addition, it is tested whether different previous experience of sport fishing means a higher stress response when re-exposed to fishing. No significant relationship between pigment spots and locomotor activity could be obtained for the three treatment groups. However, significant differences in locomotor activity due to angling experience between treatment groups upon re-exposure to fishing were found, with fish that were inexperienced in angling having higher locomotor activity compared to previously caught fish. Sport fishing and catch-and-release had the effect of reducing locomotor activity in rainbow trout, which can be interpreted as fishing could both stress them and trigger the fish's feeding response, depending on previous experience. Fishing is believed to create a passivation due to the negative association of being caught, while fish not previously caught were activated by sport fishing. The study's missing correlation between pigment spots and stress has been both confirmed and denied in other studies and may depend on the origin and the degree of domestication, which means that the correlation within other species of salmonids or fish with different origins would be relevant to investigate. / Regnbåge (Oncorhynchus mykiss) förekommer introducerade i stora delar av världen och är vanliga att odlas för konsumtion samt en uppskattad sportfisk. Många arter av salmonider visar stor intraspecifik variation i pigmentering, vilket visats korrelera med stressrespons och flera andra beteendemässiga karaktärsdrag. I denna studie undersöks regnbågarnas beteende och stressrespons kopplat till pigmentering, beroende på tidigare erfarenhet av sportfiske. Genom data från en tidigare studie på regnbåge i semi-naturliga dammar mäts rörelseaktivitet som indirektmått på stress, under tre olika sportfiskebehandlingar. Från tidigare foton räknas varje regnbåges pigmentfläckar för att testa korrelationen med rörelseaktivitet. Därtill testas om olika tidigare erfarenhet av sportfiske, innebär högre stressrespons vid återexponering för fiske. Inget signifikant samband mellan pigmentfläckar och rörelseaktivitet kunde erhållas för de tre behandlingsgrupperna. Signifikanta skillnader i rörelseaktivitet på grund av erfarenheten av sportfiske mellan behandlingsgrupperna vid återexponering för fiske fanns dock, där fisk som var oerfaren sportfiske hade högre rörelseaktivitet jämfört med fisk som fångats tidigare. Sportfiske och catch-and-release hade effekten att minska rörelseaktiviteten hos regnbågar, vilket kan tolkas som att fisket både kunde stressa och trigga fiskens födorespons, beroende på tidigare erfarenhet. Fisket tros skapa en passivisering på grund av den negativa associationen att bli fångad, medan fisk som inte fångats tidigare aktiverades av sportfisket. Studiens uteblivna samband mellan pigmentfläckar och stress har både bekräftats och dementerats i andra studier och kan bero på ursprung och graden av domesticering, vilket gör att sambandet inom andra arter av salmonider eller fisk med olika ursprung vore aktuellt att undersöka.

The thesis deals with the School of Zlatá Koruna and its visual didactical application of basic education. First part is orientated on a pedagogical efficiency in the use of instruments and didactical pictures in the structure of teaching. The main part contains the digitizing of pictures from Zlatá Koruna with the encryption of hidden details. The conclusion of the thesis is engaged in the possible utilization of artafacts from Zlatá Koruna in current education.
