The diploma thesis is devoted to problems of recruitment and selection of employees and is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and it explains the topics of recruitment and selection of employees, including the methods and procedures by scientific literature and articles. In the second part the reader is introduced to a group Czech Aeroholding and ways, methods, and procedures of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. Information is obtained through personal interviews with a specialist recruitment group Czech Aeroholding. The practical part continues with questionnaire survey aimed to find out if the company Czech Aeroholding is an attractive and important employer for the public. The aim of this thesis is a description and analysis of methods of recruitment and selection of employees in Czech Aeroholding group and determine the relationship of candidates to the company as an employer.

Titel: Mellanchefers upplevda personalarbete - En kvalitativ studie om hur mellanchefer upplever personalarbete i relation till stress Syfte: Studiens övergripande syfte är att öka förståelsen för hur personalarbetet upplevs för mellanchefer i relation till stress. Metod: En induktiv studie med en kvalitativ forskningsansats användes för att skapa en ökad förståelse för fenomenet. Data har samlats in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex mellanchefer. Slutsats: Studien har kunnat visa en större förståelse för hur mellanchefer upplever sitt personalarbete. Det vi har kommit fram till och kunnat dra slutsatser kring är vikten av balans mellan faktorerna krav, kontroll och stöd i mellanchefernas arbete. Vi har även kunnat konstatera att mellancheferna har en hög arbetsbelastning gällande sina arbetsuppgifter och att stress upplevs i perioder. Vidare har vi kunnat fastställa att tack vare den goda balansen mellan de tre faktorerna, där möjligheten till att ha kontroll och stöd är de utmärkande faktorerna, upplevs personalarbetet i relation till stress som till stor del god. The goal of this thesis will be to analyze ethical tools in organizations and the breadth of application of ethical codes in personnel work. First, attention will be paid to ethics, morality and law, then to professional ethics and the anti-discrimination law. The work will further deal with ethics in the context of organizational culture, standards of conduct, codes of ethics and ethical aspects of individual personnel activities. The diploma thesis will include a quantitative survey, which will be carried out in the form of online questionnaires. The respondents will be HR professionals working in approximately thirty selected large organizations in the Czech Republic. The aim of the survey will be to analyze the application of codes of ethics in these organizations, ie the use of codes of ethics governing the activities of personnel departments, the existence of professional codes of ethics for HR professionals, the influence of organizational culture on the use of ethical tools. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.

The subject of the study is personnel procedures with the heads of organizations of general education. In the final qualifying work, the essence of competency, process and system approaches is considered; analyzes the activities of the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region in terms of personnel work with the heads of organizations of general education based on the application of a professional standard; factors affecting the implementation and application processes in personnel work and personnel procedures of the professional standard of the head of the organization of general education are considered. / Цель исследования, результаты которого представлены в диссертации, это совершенствование кадровой работы с руководителями организаций общего образования на основе внедрения и применения профессиональных стандартов, а также разработка проекта. Объект исследования – кадровая работа исполнительных органов государственной власти в сфере образования по внедрению и применению профессиональных стандартов руководителей организаций общего образования. Предмет исследования – кадровые процедуры с руководителями организаций общего образования. В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматривается сущность компетентностного, процессного и системного подходов; проводится анализ деятельности Министерства образования и молодежной политики Свердловской области в части кадровой работы с руководителями организаций общего образования на основе применения профессионального стандарта; рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на процессы внедрения и применения в кадровой работе и кадровых процедурах профессионального стандарта руководителя организации общего образования. Результатом проведенного исследования стала разработка проекта, который послужил основой для рекомендаций в адрес Министерства образования и молодежной политики Свердловской области для совершенствования кадровой работы с руководителями общеобразовательных организаций.

The thesis titled Development of Lecturers of Lifelong Learning for Healthcare Professionals examines the impact of development and education of workers in an organisation on the factors influencing professional behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms pertinent to the personnel-related activities of each organisation in the field of human resource management and is focused particularly on development and education. It analyses the specifics of this field regarding educators and more detailed attention is paid to the specific selected group of lecturers engaged in educating eye care professionals in contactology. The research part of the thesis concentrates on verifying the research assumption, which is the favourable impact of development and education of workers on their professional results and on the factors influencing their behaviour. This part of the thesis contains a quantitative survey carried out using the questionnaire method and semi-structured interviews with the lecturers and executives of selected organisations. The aim of this thesis is to map one of the activity- personnel training and development of teaching staff in educational institutions, particularly in kindergartens. Theoretically define the concepts of learning and development. The theoretical part describes the personnel activity in general, the historical development of human resources work, focuses on human resources management in detail. The next section defines theoretical difference between education and development. Education and development phases are analyzed in detail. The work deals with the education and development in the context of teaching staff in the final part of the theoretical section. In the empirical part by questionnaires is described and analyzed the systém of education and development of teachers in kindergartens in Prague. As a supplementary method is, used an interview with the directors of nurseries on the education and development of teachers in kindergarten. The survey is further complemented by an analysis of the documents relating to the education and development of teachers. ACTIV's staff growing had significant impact to the decision making processes and organisation of the whole group including HR management.
