The semestral thesis deals with the analysis of the modern open-source NIDPS tools for monitoring and analyzing the network traffic. The work rates these instruments in terms of their network location and functions. Also refers about more detailed analysis of detecting and alerting mechanisms. Further analyzes the possibilities of detection of anomalies, especially in terms of statistical analysis and shows the basics of other approaches, such as approaches based on data mining and machine learning. The last section presents specific open-source tools, deals with comparison of their activities and the proposal allowing monitoring and traffic analysis, classification, detection of anomalies and (D)DoS attacks.

Čičmancová A. Application of the User Experience principles for purposes of de-signing the career web. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. This thesis focuses on creation of design and subsequent implementation of career web. Thesis contents collection of data using the user research and its analysis. Based on this analysis, the thesis documents creation of sketches, wireframes and prototypes. The web is created using the WordPress tool, based on the prototypes. Subsequently the methods of user testing are described. In the conclusion, the the-sis focuses on stating the suitability of chosen user testing methods and application of UX principles.

This thesis aims to describe the algorithms used in a sophisticated and mathematically correct way, while re- maining comprehensible. The description of these algorithms is not the only objective of this thesis; the reason they were chosen and potential improvements or substitutions are also discussed. The background of iris recognition, its use in cryptosystems, and the application of error-correcting codes are investigated as well.

Crimes under International Law in the Rome Statute of the ICC and Their Prosecution Abstract This diploma thesis deals with crimes under international law in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and their prosecution, with a special focus on the issues of applicability of senior state officials' international immunity when it comes down to the proceedings before this court. The first part of the thesis outlines the meaning of the term crimes under international law and explains the difference between this term and the terms international crimes and transnational crimes. Next, the prosecution of these crimes under international law is set within its historical context with a special focus on the period after the start of World War I. The second part discusses the International Criminal Court's jurisdiction and, mainly, each individual crime under international law and its definition in the Rome Statute. The second part ends with a chapter concerning mental elements of these crimes and particularly the institute of command responsibility. The third part describes the procedural provisions of the Rome Statute and it guides the reader all the way from the initiation of the proceedings to the enforcement of the court's decision. Goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze calculations and their managing in Friall s. r. o. At first the costs are examined from the global angle -- their structure and evidence is described. The rest of thesis is connected with calculations. It analyzes present calculation system and draws up remaining two calculations method that are recommended in the latest theoretical sources. At the end of the thesis some modifications that follow from the done computation are suggested.

The relationship between religion and reproductive behavior in demographic perspective Abstract The aim of this thesis is to provide a deeper discussion of the relationship of religion to reproductive behavior at the theoretical, methodological and practical level. The secondary objective is to introduce a recently formed branch called religious demography. The main part of the thesis is of a theoretical and methodological character, and is built on the comprehensive elaboration of the foreign literature, which is dealing with the theme of religion and reproductive behavior. In the first chapter, the latest processes and changes that occur on the religious scene and difficulties associated just with the research in this area are described. The second chapter is dealing with general methodological problems, which are mainly related to the operationalization of religion and the availability of data needed to examine the relationship of religion to reproductive behavior. The third chapter then presents two demographic prospects, which reveal two different ways of relationships, showing how to deal with the religion and the demographic reproduction. - Sexual violence on women in armed conflicts - the role of the international criminal courts The main purpose of the thesis is to analyse the role of international criminal courts notably the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. It will analyse the process of the development of the international individual criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of sexual violence on women in the course of war. Sexual violence on women played an almost integral part of every armed conflict since the beginning of warfare. Despite this fact, the topic of sexual violence on women has been, until recently, generally ignored by politicians, historians and lawyers. The relevant treaties of the international humanitarian law also either ommited or trivialized rape and other crimes of a sexual nature. Not until the worst atrocities were committed in the armed conflict in the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda at the beginning of the nineties was the sexual violence recognized as a serious crime which causes great suffering to victims, both physically and mentoly, and has to be properly investigated and prosecuted. Recently the role of marketing strategy for a company has significantly increased. Marketing strategy -- as a main plan which not only includes product, promotion, distribution, and pricing approach, but also determines the choice of market segment, positioning, and allocation of resources -- has become vital for a company. The main goal of the thesis will be to analyze and assess presently used marketing strategy of Philips Lighting in the Czech Republic in business to business market. Therefore, analyses that should be conducted before formulating a marketing strategy will be clarified. Since a wide variety of approaches to the categorization of marketing strategy exists, it will not be the goal of the author to deliver a complete enumeration of marketing strategies. With regards to the subject, classification reflecting company's position in the market, product life cycle period and market situation will be explained. Consequently, having acquired knowledge of marketing strategy categorization, and based mainly on the SWOT and Porter's industry analysis, recommendations and correcting measurements of Philips Lighting marketing strategy will be suggested.
