This thesis deals with business development of company KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ, a.s. First part of the thesis is focused on theory, basic terms and methods used in business. Based on the theoretical basis, current status of the company and market environment will be analyzed. The major goal of the thesis is a proposal part including recommendations in order to gain new customers, strengthen relationships with the existing ones and maintain the current company’s market position.

This diploma thesis aims to offer a solution for selected company in the area of information systems. As a basis it uses analysis according to known models, which are being applied to the situation in selected company. Subsequently it aims to address the actual proposal, in which output the author tries to find an optimal solution, that could be used in the company.

The topic of the diploma thesis is proposal for improvement of Avanti hotel services. The thesis deals with evaluation of the hotel services and areas that relate to their providing. It contains proposal for staffing, improvement of accommodation services, improvement of technical support and financial evaluation of this proposal.

Its financial situation is evaluated using Kralicek Quick test. The conclusion is that there are suggestions of improving the current situation.

The Diploma thesis is concerned with analyse of risks for company that may happen during international trading. The aim of this thesis is suggestion appropriate measures to eliminate the risks. The first part contains teoretical knowledge about international trading and risk management. Next part is about exaluation the actual situation of company, internal and external environment analysis included. Based on these results, there is risk analysis of import and export of goods by RIPRAN TM method. The last part of diploma thesis is suggestion measures to eliminate the risks.

This Diploma´s thesis deals with complete analysis of company Vinařství LAHOFER, a.s. The thesis includes analyses of SLEPTE, Porter ´s five forces model, fundamental analysis, Kralicek ´s Quick test, chosen indexes of finance analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these analyses have been processed some suggested recommendations, which could improve the current situation of the company.

This Diploma thesis deals with the analysis of risks and benefits that may occur when trading in selected international markets. The aim of this thesis is to suggest appropriate measures to eliminate risks. In the theoretical part, problem of international trade is defined and important concepts of the risk management are explained. The practical part analysis the internal and external environment of the company and its market position compared to the competition. Furthermore, the situation on the market is evaluated in economic, political, legal and cultural perspective. Various economic and risk-management methods are beeing used for the evaluation. Based on the results of analysis the markets are ranked from the most suitable to the least suitable for international trade.

This diploma thesis analyzes the financial situation of the company ZEVOS Inc. and suggestions for its improvement. It is dividedin to three parts: theoretical, analytical and cystom designs. In this thesis are applied to financial analysis. On this basis, it made a proposal that leads to an improved financial situation.

While still using benchmarking methods, next phase of the thesis compares operational and financial indicators, services and products in offer, their quality, and implemented business strategies. Finally, the thesis suggests various measures to improve financial and business performance of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with proposals and measures aimed at enhancement of the competitiveness of the company Italská dlažba, which is engaged in import and subsequent sale of Italian pavement and tiles. The final proposals are underpinned by the results of the processed analyses, which are based on theoretical knowledge.
