Vliv změn v pórové struktuře betonu na aktuální trvanlivost ŽB a předpjatých konstrukcí / Influence of changes in concrerte pore structure on actually durability of reinforced and pre-stressed structures.

Kovalčíková, Hana January 2012 (has links)
This master thesis deals with a durability of concrete, which has become the centre of the interests of international scientific insitutes during the last years. The resistence of reinforced concrete depends on the covercrete which the aggresive liquids and gases penetrate through from the environment to reinforcement. According to the ability of the covercrete to penetrate degradative species is possible to tell the durability of concrete constructions. In experimental part we look for the actual state of covercrete, ordinary and high strength, by combination of various experiments. We can find here the test´s results of water and gas permeability and absorbability and sorption of concrete which complete the permeability tests. In final part the impact of different concrete types on durability of reinforced concrete is discussed.

Vývoj netradičních kompozitních systémů ETICS nové generace na bázi druhotných surovin. / Development of innovative composite systems ETICS on the basis of a new generation of secondary raw materials

Kováč, Michal January 2013 (has links)
This master’s thesis applies utilization of alternative raw materials in thermal insulation system of the ETICS of new generation for houses. The theoretical part dealt with the explanation of the ETICS and the selection of suitable raw material for his innovating. In the following practical part were used selected materials to create a new thermal insulation made of straw and binding materials of cement, casein glue, bicomponent fibers and mushroom mycelium. At the end have been applied the variants of base coat of clay and mineral screed on new thermal insulation, from which was selected the optimal variant. From optimal thermal insulation and suitable base coat was conducted proposal of final version of new ETICS.

Upravitelnost povrchových vod / Treatibility of surface water

Fuks, Josef January 2013 (has links)
The aim of the master´s thesis is the topic of the treatability of surface water with the focus on the process of suspension formation. For this work I took water samples from five different places around the Brno Dam which has contended with water quality deterioration for a long period. With these water samples, the series of jar coagulation tests were done with the application of three different commonly used coagulants. In the theoretical part of the master´s thesis I deal with the composition and attributes of surface water and the technology of its treatment. Each process of treatment is briefly described here with the emphasis on the process of suspension formation. The experimental part of the master´s thesis summarizes and presents the results gained through the coagulation tests in the laboratory. I evaluate the influence of different parameters on final effectiveness of water treatment and I try to find an optimal amount of coagulant, pH and speed of fast or slow mixing. Finally I compare the suitability of each coagulant and the influence of the sampling site on the effectiveness of water treatment.

Vady a jejich příčiny při barvení eloxovaných povrchů / Defects and their causes in dyeing of anodized surfaces

Šulc, František January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with the anodic oxidation of aluminum and its alloys. The work consists of two parts. The first one is focused on more detail description of anodic oxidation process itself and theoretical description of the technological process anodic oxidation. The second part is more practically oriented. It compares two different lines for anodizing, and examines factors that affect the final appearance of the surface layer during anodizing welded joints.

Selektivní růst GaN nanostruktur na křemíkových substrátech / Selective growth of GaN nanostructures on silicon substrates

Knotek, Miroslav January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with deposition of gallium nitride thin films on silicon substrates covered by negative HSQ rezist. Rezist was patterned via electron beam lithography to create masks, where the selective growth of crystals was achieved. Growth of GaN layers was carried out by MBE method. For achievement of desired selective growth, the various deposition conditions were studied.

Pohyb kapky po nakloněné rovině / The droplet motion on the inclined plane

Habr, Martin January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals on the theory of partial wetting of a wall, whereby a relation between the velocity of a droplet moving along an inclined plane and time is derived. There are explained basic definitions coherent to the theory of partial wetting. According to divergence of a normal vector of the droplet surface, there is developed a technique for mathematical evaluation of the component of dynamic adhesive force. Within the scope of diploma paper, there was an experimental measurement performed, whereat a velocities of droplets of various volumes and at different inclination angles on four analyzed surfaces were determined. By using non-linear regression, unknown parameters such as the adhesion coefficient, the component of a dynamic adhesive force, initial and terminal velocity of a droplet were evaluated from the experiment results. Within the thesis there was performed a simulation of droplet motion on an inclined plane in ANSYS Fluent. Conclusion includes an assessment and a comparison of results obtained, and new procedures that may be helpful at further research of descending droplet.

Studium degradace léčiv s využitím pokročilých oxidačních procesů / Study of Pharmaceuticals Degradationby Advanced Oxidation Processes

Bílková, Zuzana January 2015 (has links)
At present, the issue of occurrence of female sex hormones, estrogens and progestogens, in aquatic ecosystems is often discussed by experts and the general public. These substances of steroid structure can be difficult to remove completely by conventional wastewater and drinking water treatment technologies. In given context advanced oxidation processes based on in situ generation of highly reactive hydroxyl radicals can be a suitable technique. This thesis deals with the study of kinetics and degradation products of photocatalytic decomposition of seven female sex hormones (estrone, -estradiol, estriol, ethinylestradiol, diethylstilbestrol, progesterone and norethindrone). Experiments were conducted in a laboratory glass reactor, which was equipped with an energy efficient UV-A LED light source (365 nm emission wavelength) and an immobilised photocatalyst in a form of TiO2 five-layer film deposited on glass. Model samples of water with the initial hormone concentration of 1 mg·L-1 were used and the degradation process was monitored by an HPLC-MS method. In the given system all compounds of interest except estriol had very significant tendency to be adsorb. In the case of estriol the formal rate constant of photocatalytic decomposition was determined based on the Langmuir-Hinshelwood model for two different initial concentrations, 0.5527 hour-1 (1 mg·L-1) and 0.1929 hour-1 (5 mg·L-1), and by comparison of these values it was found that the higher degraded compound concentration, the slower decomposition (fivefold increase of the initial concentration resulted in the constant decrease to almost one-third). Moreover nine degradation products of estriol photocatalytic decomposition were recorded and their structure was designed based on mass spectra. In the second thematic part of the thesis attention was paid to development of a SPE-HPLC-MS method for simultaneous determination of female sex hormones in water ecosystems, with emphasis on an extraction part optimization. The final samples treatment process included besides extraction with Supel™ Select HLB 200 mg SPE cartridges also mechanical impurities removal, hormones extraction from solids trapped on filtration material, sample acidification and extract purification with Supelclean™ ENVI-Florisil® cartridges. Optimised method was used for determination of female sex hormones in two Brno rivers, Svitava and Svratka. In the most cases the concentration was below the detection or quantification limit.

Gančev, Jan January 2016 (has links)
This work deals with the issue of emissivity and its impact on the heat dissipation. The first part describes the basics of thermal management, the issue of emissivity and its measurement. In the second, experimental part, are dedicated the emissivity values of examined specimens. These values are then used as initial conditions for the thermal simulation. In the last part are compared the measured results and the simulated results and is evaluated the impact of emissivity for the heat dissipation.
