Aim of diploma work is, how already alone title prompt, estimation of role marketing at formation of tourist trade's products. At the beginning of diploma work are given purposes and hypotheses of work, that are at the close either disproved, or confirmeds. In chapter with title: {\clqq} literary research" are then determinate individual notions, concerning given to problems. Feature work is divided on analysis tourist trade in the Pilsner City, part of those analyses is also SWOT analysis. Further are in work reviewed record of talks, that were proceeding in travel offices. In next parts of work is analysis of single parts suggested product. At last part will marketing proposal of product (package), wherein will share more private subjects, but also the Pilsner City.

Subject of this diploma work is multicultural festival called Sázavafest, which takes place in the region Posázaví and ranks among the biggest and the most visited summer cultural events in Czech republic.The event yearly attracts tourists from the whole republic and that´s why it brings a benefit for the region. Moreover running festival can reflect a lot in tourism activity within the region. The purpose of this work is to identify existing profitability of event for region and to find some new potential too. The attention is taken to cooperation between organizer of festival and town Kácov, where is the event realized, as well. The work analyze existing impact of event and show other way of cooperation with companies of tourist trade inside the region. These give advantages to visitors of festival and on the other hand create usable benefit for the region. The most important one is creation of package including festival. This will enable festival´s visitors to explore, discover and enjoy the region and spend there longer time and also bring economical benefit for the region. Analyze of festival including questionary research should find out important and useful information for developing event itself.

The goal of the thesis is to assess the quality policy in connection to customer satisfaction in a selected organization through the ISO 9001 standard. The Jihočeské tiskárny (South Bohemian Printing Works) was established in the Fifties after the nationalization and grouping of local Czech and German printing works. During the privatization in the Nineties, Jihočeské tiskárny a.s. were established as a part of the Passauer Neuer Presse Verlag Group. In 2004, Obchodní tiskárny became the majoritary shareholder of JČT, and since 2006 JČT has been part of the printing OTK Group. The process and the system of assessment of customer satisfaction in Jihočeská tiskárny, a.s. is integral part of the company system of quality management. It is a part of the process of Creation and examination of contract in accordance with the company directive Q {--} S 7/1 Creation and examination of contract. The questionnaire that constitutes one of the annexes to the above stated directive (under the name of F 07 {--} Q 009 Questionnaire, as annex No. 9 to the directive) has several parts: assessment of order quality, assessment of satisfaction with order prices, assessment of satisfaction with service conditions provided to the customers, assessment of satisfaction with deliveries and logistic services. The evaluation of customer satisfaction from the point of view of product quality showed where there are problems that must be solved. The causes of most frequently reclaimed or criticized products and defects consist in mixture of products (particularly labels). The causes of displays of dissatisfaction with product prices and with price and payment conditions can be seen in insufficient work with clients and customers. That means particularly approximation of needs, technologies, input materials, principles and rules needed for production to all customers during mutual negotiations. The assessment of satisfaction with service needs and satisfaction with deliveries and logistic services brought not only identification of remarks and critique but also characteristic of causes. The whole process of assessment of customer satisfaction and the very evaluation of customer satisfaction in Jihočeské tiskárny, a.s. depends on the approach to solution of a whole complex of all operations performed and to actions to ascertain specific client satisfaction in the relevant period.

Otevřené podílové fondy versus investiční životní pojištění / Open muttual funds versus investment life insurance

In last decade passed investment in the Czech republic discontinuous innovation. The expanse of investors fund is adherent to voucher privatization, which they realized in 1992 {--} 1994. At the beginnig of new millenium in the Czech republic begin penetrated foreign investments company. The faulted year for collective investing was in 2004, when Czech republic enter in Europion Union. The market of life insurance in last years noted big boom. Since 1996 the market of life insurance trebled. In my graduation theses I compare two products {--} investment life insurance and open muttual funds. The investment life insurance is Flexi 2009 from Pojišťovna České spořitelny, a.s. and open muttual funds is Evropslá penze Plus/Baby from Conseq Management Investment, a.s. The similar products are in the czech market many, but is not possible to characterise and compare all. Investment life instance is more difficult product than open muttual funds. Especially is adress those, who has commitment to third persons, for example familly or long loan. Open muttual funds is a form of savings, which offer interesting assesment investment instruments. I can´t say, that one product is better than second. For me both muttualy added. From existencial reasons is more necessary life insurance in result cover human risks of clients and their familly. I would recommend clients, who want conclude investment life insurance or enter in world of investing in the form of open muttual funds to not restrict to selection only one insurance or investment company. In time of charge wars are prices very different in almost the same products. Client should have a comparison ond offers selected products from more financial institucions or financial advisors, who have almost all company under {\clqq}one roof`` and they can select. They should know, what is for their clients important, what not and mainly why.

Att vara eller inte vara, det är hållbarhetsfrågan : En kvalitativ studie om klädbranschens arbete med CSR inom produktutveckling för att skapa en ekologisk produkt / To be or not to be, that is the question of sustainability

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilken hänsyn “fast fashion”- och “functional fashion”-företag tar till det ekologiska perspektivet inom CSR gällande val av material och design under produktutvecklingsprocessen. Studien syftar även till att undersöka hur målsättningarna i CSR-arbetet skiljer sig åt mellan de olika fallföretagen. Metod: Studiens upplägg grundas i en kvalitativ forskningsmetod med en deduktiv ansats. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom intervjuer hos företag med personer som besitter kunskap inom CSR, design, material och produktutveckling. Den teoretiska referensramen består av vetenskaplig artiklar och böcker. Slutsats: Slutsatsen i denna studie visar på att CSR är ett komplext begrepp med många definitioner som behöver omdefinieras för att företag tydligt ska förstå dess innebörd. Viljan att arbeta med CSR behöver även komma uppifrån högsta ledningen för att få störst genomslag och en lyckad integrering i samtliga delar av företaget. Designers inverkan på om plagget blir ekologiskt eller inte är av stor grad då de medverkar i produktutvecklingens början. Ett flertal designstrategier kan utläsas för att en produkt ska bli mer ekologisk. Materialval är dessutom kritiskt för att utveckla ekologiska produkter där en framväxt av nya alternativa textilmaterial och mindre skadliga beläggningar har uppkommit. Slutligen anses återvinning vara en framtida lösning för att reducera det textila avfallet, men där teknik och kunskap eftersöks för att kunna genomföras. / Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine what consideration is taken by fast fashion and functional fashion companies into the ecological perspective within CSR regarding the choice of the design and material during the product development process. The study also aims at examining how the CSR activities differ between the various companies. Method: The design of this study is based on a qualitative research method with a deductive approach. The empirical data was collected by interviewing respondents who hold knowledge within CSR, design, materials and product development. The theoretical framework consists of peer reviewed articles and books. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that CSR is a complex term with multiple definitions that needs to be redefined so that companies can get a clear understanding of its meaning. The desire to work with CSR needs to come from top management to ensure a great impact and a successful integration across all departments within the company. The designers have a great impact on whether the garment becomes organic or not because of their involvement in the beginning of the product development process. A number of design strategies are presented on how to make a product more organic. The choice of material is also critical in developing organic products where new alternative materials and less harmful coatings have emerged. This diploma thesis focuses on regional brand PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product communication and its assessment. The aim of this thesis is to make suggestions to increase the efficiency of communication of the brand PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product through an analysis of this regional brand and a realization of marketing research. The theoretical part deals with the brand and its direction as well as with marketing communication. There is also a definition of terms region and regional brand included. The other part deals with an analysis of regional brand programmes, that are available on the Czech market as well as PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product. The region Prácheňsko and the system of granting a brand and the certification of products through this brand are presented. Finally, a critical analysis of the brand and its marketing communication as well as marketing research that focuses on discovering of the knowledge PRÁCHEŇSKO regional product are given. In the closing part of this thesis, suggestions that should not only lead to increase the efficiency of the brand and its marketing communication but also to increase the consumer awareness are given.

Analýza hrubého domácího produktu České republiky. / Analysis of the Gross Domestic Product of the Czech Republic

The aim of this masters thesis is to propound a complex treatise about the Gross Domestic Product of the Czech Republic between the years 2010 and 2015, with focus on growth dynamics, effect of GDP components according to the expenditure approach and the income approach, international comparison and relation to other economic measures. The thesis aspires to present and interpret the analysed data and put them into socio-economic context. Data for the analysis were retrieved from the National Accounts System, the methodology then emanates from the macroeconomic theory and statistical tools. While years after the financial crisis were characterized by a mild growth, years 2012 and 2013 were a recessional period after which came a sharp growth. Determinants of this development were mainly the situation on the world markets, expansionary monetary policy and anticipations of future development. From the items constituting GDP in the expenditure approach the gross capital formation had the main influence, in the income approach it was the net operating surplus. The economic development of the Czech Republic was relatively closely correlated with the development of the European Union during the analysed period. A significant negative correlation between the value of GDP and unemployment rate also existed, as well as a less significant negative correlation between the value of GDP and inflation rate, however the latter relation was not consistent.
