The graduation thesis deal with a problems and prevention of socialy-patological phenomenons, which occures at basic schools. The theoretic part is based on general characteristic of several problems threatening the youth, there is also a system of prevention at basic school and a role of the teacher in these programs. In the finish of the work there is a setting for prevention, which the school receives from the governing body. The important part of the graduation thesis is an analysis of minimal preventive programs of several basic schools and there is also a research at these schools, which is focused on fifth-year class pupils. The sense of this research is in findings of amount of information pupils have got about socialy-pathological phenomenons and experiences with them.

Diploma thesis deals with the mapping project funding from the EU Structural Funds, particularly as funds are and what they contribute. The theoretical part is focused on the possibility of drawing funds from EU structural funds, which contribute to economic and social cohesion, reducing disparities between different regions. Diploma thesis is focused on various operational programs in particular to the Operational Program Industry and Enterprise (OPIE). The functional part of the diploma thesis contains a characteristic of G-PROJECT, Ltd., which is focused on assistance applicants submitting projects to European and other funds. Also contains a request type to help potential applicants to increase the success rate in submitting their project applications. Procedure type application was mapped on the project "Improving the competitiveness of the purchase and restructuring of production technologies" for the Operational Program Industry and Enterprise.

The degree work "Possibilities of use of finances from the structural funds in the region of Tábor (NUTS 4)" deals with drawing finances from these EU funds, especially by means of ROP NUTS II South - West, in the program period 2007 - 2013.

According to the topic of my thesis ``Programmes of support of small and medium enterprise and its application in the chosen company{\crqq} I analyzed the most relevant support for the concrete enterprise with regard to its intentions. I divided my thesis into two parts. The first part is focused on the description and analysis of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic concerning the European Union. The second part includes the support overview of this sector in the Czech Republic. Furthermore the chosen enterprise and its planned projects are presented. According to the enterprise intentions I analysed a support which appeared to be the most advantageous for the chosen enterprise. On the basis of the chosen support I elaborated a draft project.

The goal of this thesis was to analyze the conditions of small and medium-sized businesses after the Czech Republic joined the EU. I emphasized finding suitable recommendations for entrepreneurs how to care for future development and prosperity. Another goal was to analyze the state subsidy policy supporting this type of businesses and to find out about entrepreneurs` demands regarding such subsidies. The main goal was to propose recommendations how to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized firms. The first part of my thesis makes the reader familiar with definitions and the life cycle of small and medium-sized firms, their history, advantages and disadvantages, the present state of the Czech Republic and in the end with partnerships and alliances as a solution of typical problems of small and medium-sized enterprises. Another part concerns subsidies for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2004 to 2006 and 2007 to 2013 stating the most important among them in detail. The third part is a questionnaire and two polls trying to find the needs of small and medium-sized firms as for subsidies. Based on an analysis of these needs recommendations were made to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses.

Women re-entering the labour market after parental leave represent one of the most vulnerable groups in the labour market. During parental leave, women frequently lose contact with their original employment. Depending on the length of parental leave, they fail, or have limited opportunities to develop their labour skills and knowledge. It happens very often, that they lose their jobs and face a very difficult life situation as they must find a new job after the termination of parental leave. This issue has been dealt with since 2004 at the regional level following the introduction of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, within the Active Employment Policy. Motivating or requalification programs focusing on this group represent an appropriate solution to this social problem. The situation of women returning to the labour market after parental leave is also the subject of the presented master thesis. The theoretical part contains historical review and describes the actual situation using an analysis of two regions and local services supporting the re-integration of women after their parental leave. The objective of the practical part is to identify key motivations for women taking part in the supporting programs during or after parental leave.

The main aim of those theses is to present possibilities of financial support from the EU {--} Community programmes of the EU for the subjects in the South Bohemia region. There are mentioned chances of the financial support from the EU in the first part of my work. The next part presents community programmes in the field of education and culture and activities, which can be supported from these sources. Statistic figures of the financial support status are named at the end of each chapter. There is an example of the successful apply of grants as well as some successful projects realised by subjects from South Bohemia in the conclusion part of my theses. The goal of this section was to present the application process. Theses contain also some recommendation for the future increase of the financial drawing from discussed available sources.

The purpose of this thesis is to provide an overview of the development, concept and rules of the exhaustion doctrine on the international and EU level. The issue of the exhaustion doctrine and its application in a digital age became topical after the unexpected judgement of the CJEU in case UsedSoft v Oracle, in which was for the first time broken the conventional link between the exhaustion doctrine and the distribution of works in a tangible form. Although this decision has been widely criticized by legal experts, some thoughts of CJEU highlight imperfection of current legal regulation in a context of an internet age. The first chapter defines basic terms the intellectual property and the copyright including its historical evolution. The second chapter describes the origins of the exhaustion doctrine in the judicature of the national courts as a clue for balancing ownership and intellectual property rights. The extensive third chapter deals with formation of the exhaustion doctrine in judicature of the CJEU. Concrete cases are used to describe basic elements of the exhaustion doctrine. In the fourth chapter is a brief overview of the legal regulation concerning the exhaustion of copyright on the international, EU and Czech level.
