This thesis solves realization of expert system design I&HAS. It described the issue of security system design according to applicable standards and common procedures. On this basis, the proposed algorithmic procedure. Subsequently, this procedure is transformed into an expert system.

The main theme of the thesis is the policy of the European Union with a focus on providing support to member countries. The primary goal is an evaluation of drawing the allocated grant with using an example of realization of a particular project and specifications of measures for a more effective budget creation. The proposal of the measures will reflect the experiences from the realization of the project. The secondary goal is an elaborated analysis of key activities and comparison of the real amount of drawn financial resources under the budget items of individual activities with a budget proposal created before the start of realization.

Teleworking is one of many possibilities reflected in working process. In this work the author explains not only the term, advantages and disadvantages, but also adverts to psychological factor, which has dominant influence on each individual. The author looks on the problem of teleworking not only from the general point of view, but also from the point of chosen teleworking project in Czech Republic and tries to find out its importance for society including its impacts on reality. Psychological aspects lead the author by studying teleworking also into Cognitive Informatics represented by complex transdisciplinarity. During analysis of the teleworking supporting project the author finds many discrepancies in the project and asks the fundamental philosophical question about essence of these projects financed from public founds. Practical impact of this work's result is project coordinator's assurance to accept corrective actions.

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of use of the game geocaching. The aim of this work is to explain whether and under what conditions it is possible to use geocaching in marketing activities. There is an analysis and evaluation of existing projects using geocaching. Own project is designed pursuant the obtained results.

The thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the economic aspects of the production of wooden roof structures for the family house with saddle roof. For this family house was prepared the project documentation with three types of the roof frames and there were arranged budgets in the system RTS builder+. From these budgets were created blind budgets which served as the model for the pricing for small companies from the South Moravian Region which are involved in the production and construction of structural roofs. The solution used data from the companies that were analyzed and compared with each other and also between data obtained in the RTS builder+.

The thesis entitled "Project design for implementation of renovation workplace" deals with the project management tools applied to project of setting up a limited liability company that deals with the renovation of motorcycle veterans. To help the future owner of the company fully clarify the aim and intent of the newly set up company a pilot project for the renovation of the Jawa 250/559 motorcycle also known as the "Panel" has been designed. The emerging company was tested in order to verify if it is able to compete in the industry. The reason for choosing the varnishing activity was that the top enamel and varnish tell potential buyers how well the machine was refurbished. The motorcycle lacquer accounts for 70% of the first impression of the motorcycle.

Sverige är ett land där projektformen aktivt används av flertalet organisationer och individer idag. Trots all den litteratur och alla dessa kurser som finns inom ämnet för projektledning verkar det inte räcka till för att projekt skall genomföras på ett framgångsrikt sätt. De strukturer, modeller och texter som idag finns inom ämnet projektledning är inte tillräcklig för den komplexitet som nu råder under 2000-talet och de här teorierna är svåra att ändra. Få organisationer vill tala om misslyckanden och likadant är det när det gäller arbetet med projekt.Målsättningen med vår magisteruppsats är att utveckla det vi tidigare kom underfund med under vår kandidatuppsats och hur det är en konst att misslyckas med projekt. Vi vill försöka förstå varför det inte tidigare har tagits med fler aspekter i den forskning som utfärdats inom ämnet, trots att höga siffror på misslyckanden av projekt existerar.För att kunna hitta nya infallsvinklar och aspekter till ämnet för projektledning och vad som saknas för att uppnå 100 procent av lyckande projekt har vi valt att skriva utifrån ett narrativt perspektiv. Det innebär att vi skapar en berättelse med inslag av ironiska tankar för att kunna visa dig som läsare att det inte bara finns en enda sanning i dagens projektsamhälle. Under vår berättelses början har vi kortfattat försökt förmedla de olika rösterna, tankarna och åsikterna som vi har stött på under magister- och kandidatuppsatsens gång i form av ett slags samtal mellan de inblandade. Vi har fortfarande ett relativt personligt intresse gällande ämnet då vi anser att det inte är okej att nöja sig med att 70 procent av alla projekt misslyckas, samt att den naiva jargongen som råder bland kursdeltagare, kursansvariga, praktiker och författare inte är tillräcklig för att lyckas med något så komplext som projektarbete trots allt skall lösa.Då vi vill att 100 procent av alla projekt skall lyckas krävs det mer än vad som finns skrivet inom ämnet idag. Om det endast är 30 procent av projektsom lyckas är det tids nog att någon sätter på pränt att det inte räcker med de aspekter som tagits upp hittills inom ämnet. Ingen verkar hittills känna någon skuld för alla de kronor som bara rinner ut i sanden. För att någon förändring skall ske måste man kämpa rejält för att bryta sina invanda mönster och vi behöver göra en projekt revision. / Uppsatsnivå: D
