Main goal of this thesis is to design module of communication for a small company specializing in development of complex software. There are communication problems in project management, that result in loss of important informations. I will present the theoretical principles of project communication and use them to identify main problems. Using this conclusions I will design a new internal system module and install it into organization, then i will summarize feedback received from employes. At the end of the thesis i will evaluate benefits for the organization.

The master’s thesis is aimed at creation of project documentation used in power engineering, specifically the creation of schemes in the field of secondary technology. It deals with the basics of marking used by distribution system operators in the Czech Republic, the levels of documentation necessary for the construction or reconstruction of the electrical equipment itself. The aim of this master’s thesis is to design the switchboard with two design solutions using two different types of software. Used software will be Autocad LT as a representative of the CAD system and Ruplan EVU as CAE software. Based on the experience gained in designing and pre-defined aspects, at the end of thesis determine software that is more suited to designing.

The principal purpose of master´s thesis is draft of new library building and elaboration project documentation of construction section to the realization solved new building of library, which fills its proposed function and also offers the elementar technical requirements for buildings definite in valid written law.

Diploma thesis deals with problematics of renewal of monuments of landscape architecture with the aim to prove current know-how and workflow knowledge on specific object. The selected object is park nearby hospital in Tišnov. The object was selected to show monument of landscape of local significance with it is specific character. Description of problematics of designing hospital outdoor premises is also part of the literary research. The researches and analyzes carried out are situated in results section. Chosen form of restoration is adaptation of nowadays needs with application of reconstruction and reminiscence methods. A separate annex of diploma thesis is documentation at the level applicapble for territorial proceedings. The standalone documentation is in some sub-sections completed to the level of construction.

In this thesis were mapped and judged biotechnical measures in cadastral territory of Havlovice. If biotechnical measures need some care there was suggested appropriate care. From results follows that the most care need orchards. However, due to relations of property rights and review priorities of municipality, the urn grove will be restored. Urn grove was damaged by wind storm in 2017. It is important to restore this public place as soon as possible for the mayor of municipality. That´s why project documentation was made for urn grove instead of orchard.

This thesis deals with the design of the superstructure of the family house in the construction system of a wooden building. The main objective is to assess the original state of the house. According to this assessment the superstructure design with regard to applicable regulations and standards should be done. The static assessment of the truss roof and the assessment of two variants of the perimeter shell in terms of thermal engineering should be also considered. The superstructure design was done according to valid legislation and standards in AutoCAD. The static assessment of the roof was solved in the Pamite program by Mitek. The thermal engineering assessment was carried out in PHPP. The result of this work is the project documentation of the construction with a static assessment of the truss and the energy performance of the building.

This thesis is divided into two parts. The first one deals with the evaluation of the landscape on the cadastre of Police near Valašské Meziříčí. Based on the findings from field surveys, a list of biotechnical measures will be created in the evaluation, where the status of individual biotechnical measures will be evaluated. In the second part, will be choosen object from biotechnical measures, and for him will be made project documentary. The aim is to elaborate project documentation for selected biotechnical measure.

Navrátil, E. Business Intelligence in project management office. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The topic of this Diploma thesis is Business Intelligence in the context of Project Management Offices. The first part of the thesis is focused on project management, Business Intelligence and data visualization. Moreover, the first part of thesis contains comparison of current BI software on the market. The second part of the thesis deals with practical application of BI. There is an analysis of the researched company, focus is placed on its processes and IT equipment. After requirements are specified and appropriate BI software is chosen, an analysis of BI implementation and running costs is done. For assessing the sit-uation in the company, after implementation of BI software, a series of interviews with different stakeholders throughout the company’s structure is done. Furthermore, situations where implementation of BI led to cost savings are described, mainly fixed costs are positively affected. In conclusion, recommendations and non-financial benefits that change how the researched company works with project management data are presented.

This diploma work Addicted Substances - project for the lower secondary school is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of this work is giving information about addicted drugs and method of teaching by form of projects, proposing and realization of project with this topic, which could be used for other teachers. Theoretical part is intent on summary of question of addicted substances, where the terms addicted substances, abuse of addicted drugs - its symptoms or risks, causes of drugs addiction and some terms, what are connected with this question (e.g. habit, tolerance, addiction, syndrome of abstinence), are clarified. In this work, there are also mentioned division of these substances in more points of views, character of chosen addicted substances, where is described basic division according to availability - legal and illegal drugs. Representatives or categories of addicted substances, their characteristic and effects on human organism, are mentioned within this dividing. The diploma thesis ?Project as an educational method for teaching physics ?deals with the possibilities of using project-based method for teaching physics at primary schools. Not only does it contain the theoretical background of project-based teaching, but also deals with practical issues in the form of an implementation of a chosen project ?Physics and physical education?. The aim of said project was to evaluate the efficiency of project-based teaching as far as the knowledge of pupils and didactical and organisation issues are concerned. The first part of this work deals with the possibilities of project-based teaching in Czech Republic, its historical development and pedagogical-psychological analysis. The second part states the topics of my own projects (including my own implementation of one of these projects) and also contains some secondary didactical materials.
