The theoretical part of this thesis describes "project teaching" as one of the methods that enhance the activity of students and improve the learning process. Furthermore, technical education and its role in primary school is described. The last section of the theoretical part deals with the technical monuments, which were used in the creation of learning projects. The practical part presents the various training projects designed for the primary schools, which are thematically based on the technologically important buildings of the South Bohemian region. Projects also includes teaching materials and information basis for teachers.

The thesis summarizes an interactive element project of four waterbodies of the municipality of Dolní Morava cadastral areas in Pardubice region. Three water reservoirs and one pool are projected in a cascade style on a nameless stream, a right-hand affluent of the Morava River. Small water reservoirs are through flow, one of them does not have a blow off, only a permanent flow through safety spillway. Newly created interactive element will serve protective and water management functions, as well as recreational and esthetical functions. The thesis was written in cooperation with the company Agroprojekce Litomyšl, s.r.o. The final project was preceded by geodetic surveying, field survey of the area, consultations with involved parties and geological prospecting. The build-up of waterbodies also involves planting accompanying vegetation of woody plants.

The aim of this thesis is the reconstruction of forest haul road in the cadastral municipality Velká Losenice. The work takes the form of study with the appurtenances of project documentation and may serve as a basis for future potential elaboration and implementation project in the village. The main reasons for the planned reconstruction is already poor technical condition and unsatisfactory road parameters for quality accessibility of surrounding forest land. The work is dividend into text and visual part. The main part of the work consists of technical report and summary technical report. The visual part contains a total of 10 annexes, including detailed layout and individual construction objects. The project of this thesis was carried out in three phases. In the first phase the current situation has been focused by total station. In the second phase, laboratory elaboration of the underlying grounds samples was done. In the last phase, the data from total station were computer-processed and new state of forest road was designed by using the programs AutoCAD 2015 and AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015. Elaboration of the estimated budget was done in program KROS plus version 17.70.

The thesis deals with the processing of the project business plan concerning the establishment of a new enterprise for breeding nutria and their butchery, with the primary economic focus of meat sales. The theoretical bases of creation of a business plan is based on the literature search. It defines the structure of the individual parts of a business plan, describes the analysis of the market, breeding the nutrias, economic evaluation of the company, financing the work with risk, and other areas necessary for the successful creation of a business plan. A business plan for starting a business in the village of Všechlapy, Nymburk, is drafted in the practical part of the thesis. It considers entering the meat market in the Czech Republic, with the offer of nutria meat. The external business environment is analyzed, as well as the competitive landscape, and market research is conducted. Furthermore, a risk analysis is conducted, followed by the creation and implementation of the financial plan. The results are used to decide on the implementation of the business plan.

This master thesis describes the design of internal sewage system and infrastructure of project for building permission - center for rescue units in Hostivice near Prague. Partial architectural design documentation created by Martin Svoboda (student of Czech technical univerzity in Prague) was used as a foundation for this master thesis.

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to project management and foundations of information systems and information technology. The practical part of this thesis is a case study about an already closed project which handles implementation of a new information system in LeasePlan Czech Republic, Ltd. The main outcome of the case study is a comparison of project processes with the processes of the PRINCE2 methodology. The partial aim of the study is to identify the main threats that were found in the project. The outcome of this thesis is to propose recommendations and templates for the selected documents that can help manage and improve future projects in the company.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of wind power plants and environmental impact assessment. The first part it describes the issue by the method of literature review. It focuses especially on the issue of wind power, the EIA process and post-project analysis. This thesis analyzes existing methodological approaches of EIA evaluation in the Czech Republic and transboundary context. The second part handles with the specific case study of post-project analysis of the wind park Strážný Vrch Nová Ves v Horách with emphasis on checking compliance with the conditions contained in the EIA review and its integration into follow-up documentation and operation of the project. The work also formulates methodological principles for EIA wind power plants in the Czech Republic and evaluating the impact of wind turbines on the environment.

This diploma thesis topic is project management and its application in selected company. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the level of project management in the selected company Volkswagen Financial Services Ltd. and in the case of deficiencies, propose appropriate measures. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part was created by the processing of secondary sources. These sources were mainly literature supplemented by Internet resources dealing with the topic. Own work deals with the characteristics of the company and its project management. On the selected project was shown to the functioning of project management at Volkswagen Financial Services Ltd. Data collection for the development of their work was to study the documents of the company freely available on the Internet or provided by the company. Another source of data were personal interviews with company employees, mainly project managers and observing the functioning of company. In the next part of the thesis is an assessment analysis of project management. It is also suggested several recommendations in the functioning of project management in companies. These measures should improve the functioning of project management in companies.

This thesis deals with issue of process management. The main theme of this work is the application of knowledge of process management in terms of project management office at Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies of Mendel University in Brno. The aim of this work is to propose a process model of preparation of project application forms with cost and time attributes. This model was created through a procedural modeling software tool Enterprise Architect version 12.0.1215 (Corporate Edition) by Sparx Systems. Gathering information about the analyzed process was conducted by interview with relevant staff of project management office. The result of the process analysis are designed process model and also suggestions and recommendations, which should have a positive impact on efficiency in the preparation of project application forms.

The presented master thesis focuses on processing of an art project with the topic "My town Třeboň" as a part of Art classes at secondary school. The thesis is composed of two interconnected parts - the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part discusses the characteristics of Třeboň. It describes the history of the town, urbanism, the sights, the celebrities who emerged from this town and it also provides an accurate depiction of local landscape. Furthermore, the thesis elaborates on project teaching, it briefly introduces its history and lists e.g. projects typology, stages of project teaching and also examines more closely the role of project teaching in art education. The practical part documents and describes the proposed project. Certain portion of the lessons involved took place at the Grammar school in Třeboň. The master thesis is supplemented by a representative photographic documentation in the annex.
