FundaÃÃo Cearense de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Cientifico e TecnolÃgico / Este estudo analisou as concepÃÃes que as crianÃas, a professora e a coordenadora pedagÃgica tÃm sobre o recreio, como atividade da rotina em uma escola pÃblica de EducaÃÃo Infantil. Para tanto, procurou conhecer a rotina estabelecida em um grupo de crianÃas da prÃ-escola, com foco no recreio e identificar quais sÃo as concepÃÃes das crianÃas e da equipe pedagÃgica sobre essa atividade na rotina. A abordagem sociointeracionista do desenvolvimento humano, especificamente os estudos de Vygotsky (2007, 2010) e de Wallon (2007), e ainda os estudos na Ãrea da Sociologia da InfÃncia e da Socioantropologia da InfÃncia, nomeadamente, as contribuiÃÃes de Corsaro (2002; 2009; 2011), Sarmento (2002, 2005, 2008), Pinto (1997), Prout (2010) e Delalande (2001, 2003, 2011, 2012) constituÃram o quadro teÃrico do presente estudo. A problemÃtica da pesquisa encontrou na abordagem qualitativa o caminho para atingir seus objetivos. A investigaÃÃo foi realizada em uma escola pÃblica de EducaÃÃo Infantil, na cidade de Fortaleza. Participaram do estudo oito crianÃas de cinco a seis anos de idade, a professora do grupo e a coordenadora pedagÃgica. Os procedimentos utilizados para a construÃÃo dos dados foram: observaÃÃo participante, entrevista semiestruturada com a professora e coordenadora pedagÃgica, entrevistas individuais e coletivas com as crianÃas utilizando desenhos feitos por elas e histÃrias a serem completadas, questionÃrio e consulta a documentos âoficiaisâ da instituiÃÃo. Os registros consistiram no emprego de diÃrio de campo, fotografia, vÃdeo e gravador de voz (MP4). A anÃlise dos dados mostrou que a rotina vivenciada pelas crianÃas à marcada por atividades escolarizantes, com o objetivo de preparÃ-las para o ingresso no Ensino Fundamental. Em contraposiÃÃo, as crianÃas atribuÃram maior importÃncia à atividade do recreio na rotina. A regulaÃÃo dos tempos das crianÃas na escola por meio das imposiÃÃes dos adultos revela posturas adultocÃntricas nas relaÃÃes. A atividade do recreio representa uma das raras oportunidades na rotina para a realizaÃÃo de brincadeiras e para as crianÃas constitui a principal razÃo pela qual frequentam a escola. As brincadeiras e as interaÃÃes com os pares, especialmente nas Ãreas externas, sÃo os aspectos considerados mais importantes pelas crianÃas da prÃ-escola. As profissionais, embora destaquem a importÃncia das brincadeiras, nÃo acompanham o recreio das crianÃas, o que expressa a desvalorizaÃÃo das brincadeiras e a desconsideraÃÃo da dimensÃo pedagÃgica dessa atividade, pela equipe de profissionais da escola.

<p>Recreation leaders on youth recreation centres is a professional category, mostly mentioned in the public conversation when it comes to taxes and youth problems. But what do they really do, what outlook do they have to their task, and finally, how are their daily lives like at work? </p><p>The stories of twelve people represent the basis of this essay which itself consists of two separate studies. Six professional recreation leaders speak about their view of their own work, based on background, mission, education, ethics and position. The recreation leaders´stories reflect a worksituation with meetings of great significance andimportant standpoints. </p><p>In the latter part of the second study we meet six young people who regurlarly visit the centre. The reader will get a picture of how these young people apprehend the recreation centre and how they are treated and received at the centre. The conversations touch upon both the visible and invisible. </p><p>Our purpose has been to discuss the professional role of the leaders with the help of the two parties involved. That is: the visitors´ and the recreation leaders´ stories. In order to do this we have used a professional-theoretic perspective, which means that we concentrate on aspects, such as; commision, education and ethical attitudes. </p><p>The essay aims towards the discussion whether the professional-theoretic perspect ive is possible to apply to the profession itself or not. Furthermore, the professional-theoretic perspective and relations to the visitors is discussed both on an individual- and a community level.</p> / <p>Fritidsledare på fritidsgård är en yrkesgrupp som nästan enbart nämns i det offentliga samtalet när det gäller nedskärningar eller ungdomsproblem. Men vad gör de egentligen, hur ser de på sin uppgift och hur ser deras vardag ut? </p><p>Tolv personers berättelser utgör grunden för denna uppsats som består av två studier. Sex yrkesverksamma fritidsledare talar om sin syn på det egna yrket, utifrån teman som egen bakgrund, uppdrag, utbildning, etik och position. Fritidsledarnas berättelser speglar en arbetssituation full av betydelsefulla möten och viktiga ställningstaganden. I den andra delen möter vi sex fritidsgårdsbesökare. Läsaren får en bild av hur fritidsgårdsbesökare uppfattar fritidsgården och hur de bemöts av fritidsledarna. Samtalen berör både det synliga och det osynliga. </p><p>Vårt syfte har varit att med hjälp av fritidsledarnas och fritidsgårdsbesökarnas berättelser diskutera fritidsledarens yrkesroll. För att göra detta använder vi oss av ett professionsteoretiskt perspektiv, vilket innebär att vi tittar på aspekter som uppdrag, utbildning och etiska förhållningssätt. </p><p>Uppsatsen leder fram till en diskussion kring huruvida det professionsteoretiska perspektivet går att applicera på fritidsledaryrket.
