Postavení seniora v rodině / Role of senior in the family

This diploma work examines the family role of seniors in today's world. The theoretical part describes the phenomenon of the quality of life with an emphasis on the quality of life of seniors. Furthermore, the work focuses on old age, its definition and characteristics, on seniors in the Czech Republic and the description of the elderly in relation to the family. The last chapter deals with the care for the elderly. The empirical part is motivated by the main research question: What is the family role of seniors living in residential facilities of social services from their own perspective like? To answer this question I conducted a qualitative research using a test of family system - FAST and the interview. The whole research is focused on seniors living in residential facilities of social services. I worked especially with retirement homes. The empirical part includes the research objectives and questions, the detailed description of the methods I used, the research sample and the description of the whole process of research. The complete research, its process and its results are then subjected to a critical examination in the discussion.

Trh rezidenčních nemovitostí během finanční krize - empirická evidence z regionu zemí střední a východní Evropy / Residential real estate market during the financial crisis : empirical evidence from the CEE region

1 Abstract This thesis investigates the housing price determinants and possibilities of housing price bubbles in the residential real estate markets of Central and Eastern Europe before and during the economic crisis of 2007-2009. Using data from international institutions, national central banks and national statistical offices three quantitative methods are applied. Price-to-income ratios suggest housing price bubbles that were eliminated during the crisis in three out of five countries covered. Second approach of simple panel data models sheds additional light on housing price bubbles and indicates GDP growth, unemployment and average real wage as the main determinants of housing prices in the region. First indication of severe housing price persistence in CEE is demonstrated by the results of the models as well. More reliable results for housing price determinants are obtained from variance decomposition and impulse response functions of vector autoregression models. Each country is modeled separately and substantial differences exist between the countries. Poland is the only country that does not exhibit housing price persistence and dynamics in Austria are less volatile as compared to the new EU members in the sample. The Thesis Based on the Example of the Hluboká nad Vltavou Manor, Adam Franz of Schwarzenberg´s Residential Strategy at the Beginning of the 18th Century deals with research of usage ways of the Hluboká nad Vltavou manor in the era of Adam Franz of Schwarzenberg. The core of the debate is the commentary on the three mansions demonstrably used by the aristocracy ? the Hluboká nad Vltavou castle, Ohrada hunting mansion, and Libníč spa complex. The study, built up on the analysis of correspodence, prime-source plan and accounting documents, has proved that the Hluboká nad Vltavou manor was the main Czech property of the family before inheriting Eggenberg´s property in 1719. Its importance, given among others by the geographical position, was emphasized by building of the Ohrada hunting mansion. This served, among others, as a storage of hunting tools that were demonstrably used in other South Bohemian manors as well. I consider extensive adjustments of the castle area as further evidence of the prominent status of the Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle; especially building of the votive chapel in the expanded Libníč spa that served to the inhabitants of all the concerned manors. After gaining Eggenber property, the centre of Schwarzenberg´s stays in South Bohemia moved to Český Krumlov; and the Hluboká mansion lost its priviliged status after Adam František of Schwarzenberg´s death.

The goal of this work was observance of the Standard 2 and Standard 3. It was ascertained that the standard 2 {--} Protection of rights of personae isn´t the best breaking standard. The Hypothesis 1 isn´t confirm. Standard 3 {--} Conducting with applicant abouth social service isn´t the best observance standard. The Hypothesis 2 isn´t confirm too. All the rezidence facilities are observancing of quality standards of social services.

This diploma thesis deals with financial issues of immovable property acquision. Specifically, the residential property purchase using mortgage. In this context, the suitability of the collateral is being assessed on the basis of a risk assessment. Subsequently, I determine the collateral value of the property using the comparative valuation method. The practical part includes financial records of six banks and an analysis of a selected segment of the residential real estate market. The theoretical part deals with immovable property valuation, the definition of entities in the real estate market and mortgage mechanism. The main output of the practical part is offered mortgage loans comparison and selection the most favourable of them.

Development of this area is almost finished in the seventies of 19th century and from this time it is mostly focused on building attics or reconstraction. In this diploma thesis the main task is to clarify the development of residential properties in city of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The thesis deals with this city since its foundation to the present day. The work is divided into several chapters of development of construction and each of these periods is represented by a characteristic building. Development of the construction, main traits of a period and the materials used for the construction of residential property are described for each period, including drawings, maps and plans of the city Rychnov nad Kněžnou, which depict the urban composition of the location and placement of selected residential properties used in the thesis. These maps binds analysis of development potential of construction. There is also a photographic documentation of historical development of Rychnov streets and neighborhoods.

The main task of this thesis is to describe the development of construction of residential real estates in Polička. It is about capturing a building development of residential real estates since the city's foundation to the present. The thesis describes the construction, large buildings and apartment complexes. It shows how the city was developed and how the city grew. The first part describes the history of the site to the present days. In the second part I describe several buildings and housing complexes characteristic for the city. I try to explain the development of construction in different periods by looking into these objects. At the last part I deal with the current land use plan and the possibilities of further construction. I mention maps of the area, historical and contemporary photographs of selected residential properties and important buildings in my thesis.
