The Master’s thesis deals with the development of construction of residential properties and housing estate in the locality of Tišnov. The thesis describes the particular historical building periods in Tišnov. In shows the historical development, changing and growing on the town. Some chapters describe the current status of building activities and the possible future development of this area in the residental properties. The main purpose of the thesis is to get the detailed summary of the construction of residental properties in the elected lokality from the very beginning to these days. All results the research are displayed in the overwiew map, the individual period sof building development in the town of Tišnov are distinquish with colors.

The master´s thesis was chosen based on two main reasons. The first one was the importance of this issue as it concerns all of us. The second one was the fact that according to the gathered information, I would be able to give a qualified advice to the others concerning the housing. The residential market cannot be assessed individually; many factors that influence it must be taken into consideration. Its development depends on the economic situation of the state and the favorable development in the world that impacts the whole society. The prosperity of the state has an impact on other markets as well, especially the building market, employment and wages of the citizens. Furthermore, this influences the demand, prices and the overall development of the residential market. The aim of this paper is to predict the future market development, considering all the factors that affect it. The model scenarios are based on retained knowledge, information, data and facts. I tried to process this work clearly and understandably so that it would be beneficial not only to the professionals but to everyone interested in buying a new home.

The main task of this thesis is to describe the development of residential properties in Žďár nad Sázavou. In the first part of the thesis describes the history of the location to the present. The second part is the development of construction is divided into several time periods, which describe in detail the development of the locality. Part of it is devoted to the historical city center. After describing the each time periods followed by a list of most residential properties. The work is accompanied by a map of the development of the urbanistic structure of town marked with residential buildings that are being solved. The last chapter is devoted to the future development of construction and overall assessment of the location.

This thesis focuses on the issues related to the requirements of the financing development projects. In the first part, the basic concepts the area of the development process (developer, development, development process) and also the players, and specification of financial opportunities of these projects. The second part (case study) deals with the specific nature of the residential development project. The aim of the report is describe the pre-development phase of a selected development project in conjunction with the setting of cash flows of the project and any supporting documentation to the application for a bank loan. In conclusion, the thesis explains the specifics of project loans and other useful products, not only banking institutions.

This thesis deals with the development of construction of residential property in Brno Štýřice. The work is divided into several stages of the history of the area from the beginning of construction to the present. Each historical stage describes a characteristic common features and different construction material representative of residential property including pictures and photographs. The work also Štýřice history and information about the cadastral area Štýřice. Brno Štýřice is a site which is constantly developing in recent years to form a housing complexes around the street Vídeňská, while the nearby street Heršpická formed in recent years, more retail and office construction.

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the construction of residential property in the city of Vyškov from the beginning of construction to the present. The thesis is divided into several parts concerning the construction of the area in the certain period. These periods include typical features of construction with photographs of representatives of residential property. The highest quality development was during the seventies of 20th century when the construction of the panel blocks of flats and terraced family houses were built. The work also contains graphic processing of population and home development and the map showing development of construction of residential property in certain periods.

Researching the quality of life is an interdisciplinary matter. The physical and social environment that man inhabits, we consider to be the basic building blocks of the quality of life. The classical geographic question is what kind of relationship between people and the environment arises. One way we can measure the relationship between man and the environment is to ask how man perceives the environment and how he evaluates it. A suitable tool for understanding these contexts is the concept of residential satisfaction. Residential satisfaction derives from alignment of the needs and abilities of man with the qualities of the environment that he inhabits. This dissertation focuses on the understanding of the meaning of space in the context of aging and its subsequent utility in the research of the residential satisfaction of the aging population. The process of residential suburbanization, frequently in form of urban sprawl, takes place in the developed countries since mid 18th century. On the other hand, in the Czech Republic it is relatively new phenomenon, heavily appearing since 90s of the 20th century. Although many previous studies were focused on newly built suburbs, all of them took place in the surroundings of the biggest Czech cities. In the first part of the thesis the author sums up historical development of suburbanization's forms (by analyzing the available documents) and focuses especially on modern suburbanization processes in the Great Britain, USA and the Czech Republic, consequences of suburbanization in form of urban sprawl and effect on existence and function of communities in new suburbs. The author then uses a case study approach to study Velebov village (which is the target of suburbanization from Karlovy Vary) and, while using methods of analysis of the documents, qualitative and quantitative interviewing of residents, focuses on composition of inhabitants, social contacts and overall social cohesion within the village. The thesis focuses on urban and constructional development of the city České Budějovice both from the historical point of view as well as from the perspective of the development of structural elements of buildings. The thesis dividend into two parts. The theoretical part describes the basic terminology, historical events establishing České Budějovice and formativ of individual city districts. It also contains relevant maps. The second one, application part deals with the development and changes of buildings during different time periods. Development of construction is divided into four time periods (until 1918, 1918-1948, 1948-1993 and from 1993 to the present). In each time period the historical development, constructional solutions and architectural design of buildings are descibed and specific examples of buildings and locations are given. This part of the thesis also deals with possible future development of residential areas considering the spatial plan and limits of development. The aim of the thesis is to compile an overview of historical development and constructional elements of buildings in the selected area from the beginning of the construction of the site to present and outline a possible future development of the city.
