The aim of thesis is to propose a sales system of new preparing residential project "Vítkovka" and assess its feasibility. The theoretical part defines the use of methodological apparatus, describe general characteristics of development activities, its history and ongoing processes on residential development. The analytic part focuses on description of the project and its surroundings, elementary business plan, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis and designing a sales system of development project. The conclusion summarizes the findings and makes recommendations whether to implement the project and which system of sales unit to use.

The submitted master thesis deals with the residential satisfaction of seniors in selected parts of the city of Hradec Králové. The main aim is to evaluate and compare the residential satisfaction of seniors in Malšovice and Slezské Předměstí. In particular, the evaluation of the overall residential satisfaction and the evaluation of the residential satisfaction in relation to selected aspects of the physical environment and public amenities of the city. An analysis of the positives and the negatives of the researched districts and the shopping behavior of seniors within the city are added to these findings. This thesis is theoretically based on the current state of the research in the field of residential satisfaction and it also takes into account the results of research on the everyday life and mobility of seniors in Czech cities. On the basis of this theoretical knowledge, the evaluated public amenities and aspects of the environment that are important for a group of seniors and contribute to their residential satisfaction were selected. The research was carried out using a questionnaire survey in the streets of the surveyed districts. Open-ended and closed-ended questions were analyzed. The age of respondents was limited in this thesis to adults aged 65 years and older.

This thesis deals with the influence of environment on quality of life of seniors living in residential care for elderly. The main source for it was professional Czech and foreign literature and other related updates. The introductory chapter presents definitions of important characteristics of old age and aging, science aimed at this group, supplements and concepts aimed at elderly citizens in the Czech Republic and abroad. The second chapter takes the task of meeting with theories of quality of life, in the context of meeting the needs of the individual. The third section summarizes the definitions of space and its importance in human life. The following factors and that the space in which people live influence. The fourth chapter deals with residential services and their quality. Also deals with the Social Services Quality Standards and Quality Mark project, which focuses on residential care. Research section is intended to evaluate the impact of environment for seniors in their quality of life. Tracks selected areas of significance for the respondents and also satisfaction with their fulfillment. Final summary of research on the basis of the findings suggests points that should be respected in residential care for the elderly.

The locality is placed in Olšany (near Vyškov). The locality is placed in the marginal part of the village. The concept of the urban area is based on the creation of three sections - private villa section, private chalets section and semi public relaxation section. The territory is built with a family house designed for the complex keeper, villas, luxury chalets, a community house and a basketball and tennis court. The villas are presented in six types and chalets in one type. Parking is provided directly on the private land or in a car park near the community building. All buildings in the area are single-storey with the exception of the family house of the complex keeper and all the chalets.

Comparison of Dyna-CLUE and Land Change Modeler software for predictive modelling in the suburban area of Prague Abstract The objective of this work was to predict the development of the suburban area of Prague, using Dyna- CLUE and Land Change Modeler (LCM) software, and based on the results compare the capabilities of both these software tools. In this work I used time series of land cover data obtained by the department of applied geoinformatics and cartography, local plans of the municipalities, and information about soil protection provided by the Research Institute for Soil and Water Conservation. Based on these data, a predicted land cover map for 2020 was created in both software tools. The results were then compared and showed that the models respect the restriction of development in predetermined areas. In accordance with local plans, new residential development was properly allocated. For commercial development, the requirements were not completely fulfilled. It is evident that both models are able to create a correct map of future land cover based on specified requirements. However, the instability of LCM and the necessity of using other software while working with Dyna- CLUE somewhat complicated the work. This thesis is focused on the social housing as a housing policy instrument in the territory of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. The thesis evaluates the concept from the two comparative advantages of the social housing policy - the first is increase in availability of housing for households that are disadvantaged on the housing market; the second is the possible prevention of development of social- excluded sites. Here in the thesis, those aspects of social housing are investigated on the base of the policy of the Municipality of the capital Prague and on the policy of the particular city-districts. More in detail the impacts of social housing policy are presented for the case of Prague 14 and especially in the case of housing estate Černý Most. There is a high ratio of the municipal housing.
