This report is regarding an electrical installation of an alarm system on a post fishing boat called Andromeda. The background of the installation was an earlier and inadequate alarm system that led to a motor failure. The ship was taken out of service and was sold to Björn Magndahl who rebuilt it to a yacht. The project was conducted partly by developing the existing systems, partly by documenting the work by means of electrical blue prints. Except the alarm systems, an installation of the frequency control unit for the bow thruster was installed. The installation was working fine and the outcome of the documentation was handed over in a form of a binder during the test drive of the systems and the assignment was approved.

In the company IN3PRENÖR and also generally in the construction industry, a lot of time is spent sorting out deficiencies and problems in construction documents between architects and suppliers during the design phase. The problem today is that the architects draw construction documents that do not correspond to the products that are on the market. The purpose of this report has been to identify which deficiencies occur in construction documents between the architects and the suppliers and provide recommendations and improvements to the industry. The extent of the report has been limited to the shortcomings that occur in construction documents during the design phase between architects and suppliers. Also the interviews have been limited to architects, suppliers and purchasers. When compiling the interview study, it showed that the most frequent shortcomings in construction documents are that the proposed solutions are not compatible with the supplier's assortment and that custom solutions have incomplete drawings and shortcomings which can not be used for manufacturing. Modification of products often leads to the requirements not being met. The most common reasons why there are deficiencies in the building documents have been compiled to. lack of inspection, lack of communication, lack of knowledge, lack of time, the public procurement act and it is also unclear what information is required in construction documents between architects and suppliers to ensure manufacturability. Based on the causes and shortcomings, a number of different recommendations were compiled to the industry through the suggestions for improvement received by the interview study. Recommendations that the industry can use to minimize deficiencies in construction documents between architects and suppliers are that more communication is needed, better review of construction documents and clearer information from the supplier. This is summarized at the end of the report.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att införa ett digitalt arkiv som baseras på ett databassystem som hanterar planlösningar för H&M Rowells byggnad på Hulta i Borås.Vi har undersökt befintliga lösningar som redan finns på marknaden. De når inte upp till de krav H&M ställer, därför bestämde vi oss för att skapa en databas som är enbart baserad utifrån H&M Rowells mål. Databasen som vi skapade uppfyller alla de krav och önskningar som H&M hade. Den är enkel att hantera . Databasen delas in i två översiktsplaner som gör det mycket lätt att hitta en önskad ritning. För varje överskitsritning delas in i tre delar A, B och C.Databasen har skapats i Microsoft access 2003 och fungerar inte i äldre versioner.

<p>Grunden för detta arbete har varit att förenkla hantering och sökning bland ritningar och förteckningar i ett ritningsarkiv. Lösningen har blivit ett webbaserat datasystem som bygger på en databas där all information lagras och är sökbar. Resultatet har blivit ett system som man oavsett var man befinner sig inom företagets nätverk ha tillgång till alla ritningar och förteckningar på ett snabbt och effektivt sätt.</p>

De större företagen i Sverige använder alltmer byggnadsinformationsmodellering (BIM) i sina byggprojekt. Examensarbetets syfte är att kartlägga i vilken utsträckning BIM påverkar effektiviteten i produktionsfasen på två byggarbetsplatser, Fortnox Arena och Myresjöhus Arena, båda i Växjö. Rapporten belyser BIM, med dess möjligheter respektive svårigheter samt hur det kan användas i produktionsskedet. Utgångspunkten för analysen är intervjuer av olika entreprenörer som medverkade i något av de två nämnda byggprojekten. Intervjuerna visade att BIM tillämpas till viss del på arbetsplatsen och BIM anses bidra till tidsbesparing i projekten. Med hjälp av intervjuerna och teori har analys och diskussion förts kring hur BIM kan användas i produktionen i större utsträckning för att uppnå en ökad effektivitet.

Examensarbetet är utfört hos YIT Sverige AB som är ledande i Sverige inom installation och service av fastighetstekniska tjänster. YIT erbjuder sina tjänster även i Baltikum, Ryssland och Centraleuropa. YIT erbjöd oss att uppdatera och slutföra en planritning och ett huvudlinjeschema över en byggnad. De ritningar som fanns sedan innan var flera decennier gamla och inte kompletta, detta eftersom fastigheten genomgått flera ombyggnader, där flera centraler och canalis kanalskenor inte var utmärkta. Det fattades även flera lokaler utmärkta i ritningarna. Arbetet har utförts som planerat och bidragit till att kunden mottagit ritningar som erhåller en ny och uppdaterad standard. Att jämföra med den standard ritningarna höll innan arbetet går det nu att utföra underhåll med hjälp av ritningarna på ett snabbare och effektivare sätt.

Detta är en kandidatrapport skriven för kursen TDDD96: Kandidatprojekt i progamvaruutveckling där en grupp tillsammans arbetar mot en kund för att skapa värde för denne. I denna rapport presenteras de undersökningar som gjorts och det resultat som framkommit under våren 2020 efter 15hp arbete. Dessutom presenteras även viktiga lärdomar och erfarenheter gruppen anskaffat under denna period. Resultatet av arbetet är en produkt för ritningshantering i byggbranchen samt en undersökning av hur man kan gå vidare och fortsätta utveckla produkten. Den undersöker hur man utvecklar ett system från ingenting för att skapa något modulärt som ska byggas vidare på, men ändå är tillräckligt i nuläget för att tas i bruk direkt.

The purpose with this Degree project was to investigate whether it was possible to provide all the drawings required in a construction project that AQ Arkitekter normally produce in AutoCAD.</p><p>Most of the study was done on my own with some help of outside contacts. Drawings from an already completed construction projects were produced in Revit to really see if it was possible to obtain the required drawings. The final results were a summary of the Revit features and how to generate drawings. The two programs were compared to see the disadvantages and advantages of the programs. In the end, the Degree project did become a complete report, which gives an overview of Revit and its functions.</p>

Denna uppsats handlar om Internets påverkan på hantverksutbildningarna, dvs. hur studieplaneringen och undervisningen kan anpassas mot den mängd information som förekommer på Internet. Jag har undersökt hur yrkeslärarrollen inom en rad yrkesförberedande program har förändrats med Internet genom att intervjua yrkeslärare om deras Internetanvändning. Utifrån resultatet av undersökningen kan konstateras att det är hög tid att anpassa yrkesutbildningarna till det digitala informationsflöde som finns på Internet. Ex olika företags you tube sidor.
