Darbo tema – Tėvų ir specialistų bendradarbiavimas ruošiant sutrikusio intelekto vaikus savarankiškam gyvenimui. Sutrikusio intelekto žmonės iki šiol mūsų visuomenėje yra laikomi silpnais ir nesavarankiškais, nesugebančiais spręsti gyvenimiškų problemų. Dažnai jie yra tapatinami su niekad nesuaugančiais vaikais. Pagrindinis sutrikusio intelekto vaikų ugdymo tikslas – parengti auklėtinius gyventi kaip galima savarankiškiau , todėl juos lavinant turi būti daug gyvenimiškų situacijų pratybų, mokymosi kartoti veiklą pagal jos nuoseklumą. Didelę įtaką ruošiant šiuos vaikus savarankiškam gyvenimui turi ugdymo kryptingumas. Sutrikusio intelekto vaikų rengimas savarankiškam gyvenimui yra sudėtingas ir įvairiapusis procesas, kuriam realizuoti reikia naujų pedagoginių būdų, metodų. Ypač aktualu kalbėti apie vaikų, turinčių negalią, savarankiškumo ugdymo ir realizavimo problemas ir galimybes tapo vykstant integracijai ir pradėjus rūpintis šių žmonių gyvenimo sąlygų bei kokybės gerinimu. Tyrimo objektas – tėvų ir specialistų bendradarbiavimas, ruošiant sutrikusio intelekto vaikus savarankiškam gyvenimui. Nowadays in our society people with mental disorders are considered to be weak and non self-sufficient, being not able to solve life difficulties. They are often compared with children who never grow up. The major purpose of children with intellectual disabilities training is to prepare them to live as more independently as possible; therefore, there should be much practice of real-life situations and learning to repeat an activity under its sequence while training pupils. The purposefulness of education has a great impact on these children’s preparation for an autonomous life. The training of children with mental disorders to live on their own is a complicated and diverse process which needs new educational techniques and methods to get it realized. It became particularly relevant to talk about problems and possibilities of self-sufficiency training and implementation of children with intellectual disabilities during the process of integration and starting paying attention on the improvement of life conditions and quality. Pastaruoju metu šalyje susiklosčius grėsmingai ekonominei situacijai, susiduriama su viena opiausių problemų pasaulyje – nedarbu. Lietuvos ekonomistų teoretikų nuomone, pasiekęs tam tikrą lygį – 6 ℅, šis reiškinys neigiamai veikia pačius bedarbius, visuomenę bei valstybę. Tad valstybė įgyvendindama užimtumo politiką, siekia sudaryti teisines sąlygas lanksčiau ir tinkamiau reaguoti į neišvengiamus rinkos pokyčius, palengvinant darbuotojų prisitaikymą prie rinkos pokyčių, kartu užtikrinant jų socialinę apsaugą nedarbo atveju. Analizuojant literatūrą tema „Socialinės asmenų garantijos nedarbo atveju“, suformuotas šio magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas - ištirti valstybės vykdomos užimtumo skatinimo politikos funkcijos – socialinė bedarbių apsauga – įgyvendinimą, jos efektyvumą neužimtų gyventojų grupei. Nedarbo atžvilgiu valstybės vykdomos darbo rinkos politikos priemonės yra dvejopo pobūdžio: aktyvios ir pasyvios. Tad atskirose šio darbo dalyse nagrinėjami įvairūs instrumentai, kurių pagalba suteikiama valstybės parama nedarbo atveju. Pirmojoje dalyje aptariama socialinių garantijų samprata nedarbo atveju, darbo rinkos politikos priemonių klasifikacija: pasyvi ir aktyvi. Antrojoje - pateikiama bedarbių ir įspėtų apie atleidimą iš darbo darbuotojų, profesinio mokymo ir neformalaus švietimo analizė. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Recently our society is confronted with one of the sorest problems of the world, with unemployment, after the ominous economic situation has created in the country. According to the Lithuanian economists-theorists, this phenomenon, having reached a certain level, 6 %, influences negatively the unemployed themselves, the society and the state. Thus, the state, implementing the occupation policy, seeks for creation of the legal conditions more flexibly and for appropriate reaction towards the inevitable changes at the market by making adaptability of employees towards the changes at the market easier and simultaneously by securing their social security in case of unemployment. While analyzing the literature on the theme “Social guarantees of the persons in case of unemployment”, the author fixed the purpose of the present master’s final thesis, to investigate implementation of the function, executed by the state in the sphere of the occupation stimulation policy, the social security of the unemployed, and its efficiency in the group of unemployed inhabitants. As regards unemployment, the measures of the labor market policy, taken by the state, are of the dual nature, active and passive.
