Nowadays in Lithuania fundamental processes of social and cultural development proceed and the progressive part of the world’s society is developing the idea of lifelong learning. Lifelong learning is inevitable thing these days. It helps individuals and organizations to adjust to the changeable environment. Lithuania’s integration into the EU, changeable requirements, competition, the problems starting up at work which are necessary to solve in the labor market, these are the factors, which encourage people to learn permanently. Informal education of grown-ups involves person’s general cultural education, gaining knowledge for his professional activity and training and development of his abilities. Since last decade lifelong learning undoubtedly has taken the fundamental place in the international education policy. Economical and social changes in the society are raising new claims to some individuals, therefore the idea of lifelong learning is gradually catching on. People seek to raise their professional qualification, gain more knowledge and experience. All these form opening for a change and raise of individuals’ social status. Darbo objektas: Kūno kultūros mokytojų požiūris į neformalųjį fizinį ugdymą mokykloje. Tikslas: Nustatyti kūno kultūros mokytojų požiūrį į neformalųjį fizinį ugdymą Kauno rajono mokyklose. Tyrimo uždaviniai : 1. Nustatyti mokinių dalyvavimo sportinės krypties neformaliame ugdyme mastą ir pobūdį mokytojų požiūriu. 2. Išsiaiškinti mokinių dalyvavimo ir nedalyvavimo sportinės krypties neformaliame ugdyme priežastis mokytojų požiūriu. 3. Nustatyti sporto renginių organizavimo ypatumus mokytojų požiūriu. Tyrimo metodai: • Mokslinės literatūros analizė. • Anketinė apklausa. • Statistinių duomenų aprašomoji analizė Išvados: 1. Daugiausiai organizuojami 5-8 kl. krepšinio ir kvadrato neformalaus ugdymo būreliai, 9-12 kl. – krepšinio. Populiariausi sportinės krypties neformalaus ugdymo bureliai tarp vaikinų – krepšinis, o tarp merginų – aerobika. Daugiausiai mokinių lanko krepšinio neformalaus ugdymo būrelių. 2. Nustatėme, kad sportinės krypties neformalaus ugdymo būrelių nelankymo priežastys yra mokinių silpna motyvacija. Mokytojai skatina mokinių dalyvavimą sportinės krypties neformalaus ugdymo būrelyje įteikdami pagyrimo raštą. 3. Mokyklose dažniausiai organizuojamas sporto renginys – varžybos. Dažniausiai organizuojamos varžybos – krepšinio, konkursai – „Geriausi mokyklos sportininkai“, sporto šventės – Šokio sporto šventė, turnyrai – „Vasaris - mano sveikatos mėnuo“. Mokyklos sporto renginius dažniausiai organizuoja mokytojai, o dalyvauja mokytojai ir mokiniai. / Object: Physical education teachers' approach to non-formal school physical education. Aim: Set of physical education teachers' attitudes towards non-formal physical education Kaunas district schools. Objectives: 1. Set the direction of athletic participation of students in informal education scope and nature of the teachers' point of view. 2. Ascertain students 'participation and non-participation in sports cause the direction of non-formal education teachers' attitudes. 3. In the current paper it is striven to define the connection between a pedagogue and a child applying a complex influence methodology. The subject is important trying to activate teaching and learning methods in music and art schools. Educational process and its organization are not indiscrete, they have common and specific principles and their implementation requires diligent and structural activities from the educator. For the efficiency of education humane interaction between a pedagogue and a child is important. It is striven to have a close correlation between different parts of activities using a complex educating system. Therefore, a pedagogic interaction is based on the contents of teaching and education, it is conditioned by the educating methods, organizational forms and pedagogy ethics. The Hypothesis of the research raised: interaction of a pedagogue and a child will be effective applying a complex influence method. The purpose: to estimate striving for the interaction between a pedagogue and a pupil applying a complex influence method. Pastaruoju metu šalyje susiklosčius grėsmingai ekonominei situacijai, susiduriama su viena opiausių problemų pasaulyje – nedarbu. Lietuvos ekonomistų teoretikų nuomone, pasiekęs tam tikrą lygį – 6 ℅, šis reiškinys neigiamai veikia pačius bedarbius, visuomenę bei valstybę. Tad valstybė įgyvendindama užimtumo politiką, siekia sudaryti teisines sąlygas lanksčiau ir tinkamiau reaguoti į neišvengiamus rinkos pokyčius, palengvinant darbuotojų prisitaikymą prie rinkos pokyčių, kartu užtikrinant jų socialinę apsaugą nedarbo atveju. Analizuojant literatūrą tema „Socialinės asmenų garantijos nedarbo atveju“, suformuotas šio magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas - ištirti valstybės vykdomos užimtumo skatinimo politikos funkcijos – socialinė bedarbių apsauga – įgyvendinimą, jos efektyvumą neužimtų gyventojų grupei. Nedarbo atžvilgiu valstybės vykdomos darbo rinkos politikos priemonės yra dvejopo pobūdžio: aktyvios ir pasyvios. Tad atskirose šio darbo dalyse nagrinėjami įvairūs instrumentai, kurių pagalba suteikiama valstybės parama nedarbo atveju. Pirmojoje dalyje aptariama socialinių garantijų samprata nedarbo atveju, darbo rinkos politikos priemonių klasifikacija: pasyvi ir aktyvi. Antrojoje - pateikiama bedarbių ir įspėtų apie atleidimą iš darbo darbuotojų, profesinio mokymo ir neformalaus švietimo analizė. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Recently our society is confronted with one of the sorest problems of the world, with unemployment, after the ominous economic situation has created in the country. According to the Lithuanian economists-theorists, this phenomenon, having reached a certain level, 6 %, influences negatively the unemployed themselves, the society and the state. Thus, the state, implementing the occupation policy, seeks for creation of the legal conditions more flexibly and for appropriate reaction towards the inevitable changes at the market by making adaptability of employees towards the changes at the market easier and simultaneously by securing their social security in case of unemployment. While analyzing the literature on the theme “Social guarantees of the persons in case of unemployment”, the author fixed the purpose of the present master’s final thesis, to investigate implementation of the function, executed by the state in the sphere of the occupation stimulation policy, the social security of the unemployed, and its efficiency in the group of unemployed inhabitants. As regards unemployment, the measures of the labor market policy, taken by the state, are of the dual nature, active and passive.
