Kaimo mokyklų aplinkos (eksterjero) būklė ir jos formavimas / School exterios condition and formation villages

Bendrojo lavinimo mokykla yra vaikų ir jaunimo ugdymo bei suaugusiųjų švietimo įstaiga, teikianti bendrąjį pradinį, pagrindinį ir vidurinį išsilavinimą. Mokyklos prasmė yra ypatinga. Aplinka, kurioje vaikas būna didžiausią dienos dalį, tai ne tik estetiškas vaizdas, bet ir emocinė terpė, nuo kurios priklsauso moksleivių fizinė, psichinė, dvasinė, intelektinė, emocinė gerovė. Todėl labai svarbu kokioje aplinkoje vyksta ugdytinių bei ugdytojų darbo procesas. Sudarius jiems visas reikalingas sąlygas šis procesas vyks sklandžiau. Standartų kaip kūrti ir valdyti mokyklos aplinką nėra. Kiekviena ugdymo įstaiga savo aplinką tvarko taip, kaip tai suvokia, pagal turimas galimybes ir sąlygas. Šio darbo tikslas yra išsiaiškinti dabartinę Lietuvos kaimo mokyklų išorinės aplinkos (eksterjero) būklę ir jos formavimo galimybės. Siekiant įgyvendinti šį tikslą, buvo keliami sekantys uždaviniai: 1) išanalizuoti kaimo mokyklų esamą išorinės aplinkos (eksterjero) būklę; 2) pateikti kaimo mokyklų teritorijų formavimo pasiūlymus. Atlikus tyrimus buvo išsiaiškinta, kad kaimo mokyklų išorės aplinka nėra pakankamai tvarkoma, o dažnai net neatitinka higienos ir saugos reikalavimų. Dėl lėšų stokos mokyklos teritorijos nepasižymi gražiu landšaftu ir neturi reikalingiausios ir būtiniausios įrangos. Kaimo švietimo įstaigos pakankamai dažnai nėra pajėgios ugdyti vaiką estetiškai sutvarkytoje aplinkoje, o tokių mokyklų bendruomenėje neatsiranda žmonių su pakankamom žiniom kaip kurti ir formuoti... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / General education school is institution for children, junior and adult, which gives primary, basic and secondary education. The point of school is very special. Environment where child spent his most part of the day is not only aesthetic view but emotional environment – from which belongs schoolchildren’s state of mind, morale, intellectual, emotional welfare. So atmosphere is very important for working process. We don’t have standard how we must create and hold school’s atmosphere. Each institution make it how it is possible and how its better for students. The goal of this work to ascertain environment of Lithuanian schools in village and their formative opportunity. For the attainment of purpose was thought about such tasks as: 1) to analyze external ( exterior) village school’s condition, 2) to represent formative suggestion . After research i understand that external environment of Lithuanian schools is not so good, often even below standard of hygiene and safety. Schools don’t have enough money to make nice landscape, don’t have primary commodities. Education offices in village cant to give such opportunity to educate student in aesthetically ordered environment, and school’s community can’t to do this because they don’t have enough knowledge about how to make or create modern landscape in school territory.

Bearbetning av mobbning : en kvalitativ studie om hur skolan tar sin del av ansvaret / The processing of bullying : a qualitative study of how the school will take their share of responsibility

The Swedish school system’s curriculum states that some of the schools goals are to; help to develop pupils’ sense of belonging, solidarity and responsibility for people outside the restricted group, combat discrimination and degrading treatment of individuals or groups and to show respect for individuals. (Lgr 11). Eriksson and other authors in School – an arena for bullying (2002) refer to the professor and psychologist Dan Olweus, who points out that bullying can develop serious consequences for the bullied one. Some of them are being ashamed of themselves and build a poor self-esteem that can take their whole life to recreate. It is probably known as one of the most common social issues in a school environment, whether it’s about younger or older pupils, yet many times also the unsolved ones. For this reason I chose to investigate how the adults at schools have an attitude towards: What bullying is caused by? How they perceive and define its responsibility to detect and counteract bullying? How do the adults work to resolve the bullying-related situations and conflicts at the school? This has been examined by one perspective, through the interviewed councilor’s, principal’s and teacher’s aspects. The results of the study showed that the they take care of the cases that come to them with their action plans but find it difficult to detect what may be hidden. In addition, the hidden bullying is very common among older pupils, where there seems to be a sensitive subject for them to pick up, hence the unsolved cases.

Etninės tradicijos - mokyklos kultūros kultūros kokybės požymis / Ethnic Traditions as the Feature Determining School’s Culture Quality

Magistro darbe yra pateikiama etninės kultūros samprata, jos puoselėjimo tradicijų kaita laiko perspektyvoje, išanalizuota etninės kultūros išsaugojimo būdai, tęstinumo ir sklaidos priemonės tautoje, etninės kultūros integravimo į ugdymo procesą galimybės, būdai ir svarba modernioje visuomenėje. Darbe analizuojamas etninės kultūros puoselėjimo atsakomybės pasidalijimas tarp šeimos ir mokyklos, bei šių etnokultūros puoselėtojų vaidmens pokyčiai globalizacijos kontekste. Darbe pateikiamos etninės kultūros integravimo į ugdymo procesą galimybės ir problemos, susijusios su mokyklos, kaip organizacijos vidine kultūra, vadybos kompetencija, pačių mokytojų rengimu ir kt. Atliktas etninės kultūros tradicijų taikymo bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose tyrimas, siekiant atskleisti mokytojų ir mokinių požiūrį į etnokultūrą bei nustatyti etninių tradicijų ir mokyklos kultūros kokybės santykį. Tyrimo išvados patvirtino autoriaus suformuluotą hipotezę, kad etninės kultūros puoselėjimas, etninės kultūros tradicijų taikymas bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose yra reikšmingas mokyklos kultūros kokybę formuojantis veiksnys. / In the master’s paper the conception of ethnic culture is given, its traditions nurturance in the perspective of time shift, the preservation means of ethnic culture, its continuation and spread means throughout the nation, the integration possibilities and means of ethnic culture into the education process, its importance for the modern society are analysed. Throughout the work the division of nurturance responsibility of ethnic culture among the family and the school is analysed as well as the variation of the ones who are responsible for the nurturance of ethnic culture in the context of globalization. The possibilities of integration of ethnic culture into the education process and problems concerning school management competency as the inner culture of the organization, the problems of teachers’ education are presented in the work. In order to determine the attitude of children and teachers towards the ethnic culture and to rate the ratio of ethnic traditions and school’s culture quality the analysis of application of ethnic culture throughout the secondary education schools was carried out. The results of the research confirmed the author’s stated hypothesis that the nurturance of ethnic culture, the application of ethnic culture’s traditions throughout the secondary education schools is a very important factor that forms the quality of school culture.

臺中縣市高級中學校園創意設計之研究 / A Study of Creative Designs in Senior High School of Taichung County and City

本研究使用「臺灣的學校建築」(湯志民,2002a)校園創意設計「求新、求變、求精、求進、求絕及求妙的原則」,應用創意的方法和技巧,建構了十七項特徵指標;藉以實地觀察研究臺中縣市28所高級中學校園創意設計之情形;並訪談每校校長和總務主任計56位行政人員,探討其理念、願景及維護決策情形;輔以訪談每校師生各二位計112人,探討其使用的情形和感受等,作為改建、重建或新建校園的參考。 統計各校符合校園創意設計原則的項數,以加權百分比率來進行分析研究,探討不同背景學校在校園創意設計的表現情形;以皮爾森相關係數(Pearson’s correlations coefficient)分析在校園分類「校舍、庭園、運動場、附屬設施」和「各原則」間的關係等;本研究的結論與發現如下: 一、統計發現:(一)求新原則和附屬設施容易施作,所以項數最多、(二)臺中市高中明顯高於臺中縣高中、(三)求絕原則和求妙原則的項數雖然不多,但設施經費不多,已有學校重視和使用、(四)校園分類的項數與校地大小無關、僅原則分類中求進原則的項數與校地大小,達顯著相關、(五)校齡愈久,總計和求精原則的項數愈多,達到相關;校齡愈久,庭園的項數愈多,達顯著相關、(六)校園附屬設施愈多,庭園的項數愈多,達到相關。 二、在理念與願景方面發現:(一)校園創意設計的理念相當複雜,普遍具有生活機能與教育的功能、(二)各校的願景希望突顯學校特色,朝向永續、具有多功能的設施和空間。 三、在維護管理的決策機制方面發現:(一)國立高中校園的維護與決策機制,在校長等行政人員的規劃中、(二)私立高中校園的維護與決策機制,大部分掌握在董事會。 四、師生使用的情形和感受方面發現:(一)校舍方面,師生較少參與校園的規劃,喜歡校舍創意設計的師生很少、(二)庭園方面,大部分的師生喜歡庭園,庭園的創意設計皆朝向小而美的趨勢,並喜歡與重視環保可再利用的校園設施、(三)運動場的創意設計項數最少,但具有求絕或求妙原則,深受學生喜愛、(四)附屬設施的創意設計項數最多,發現老師和學生喜愛的項目分歧。 根據文獻探討與研究發現,對教育當局、有心校園創意設計的學校及後續研究等,提出十八點建議。 / A Study of Creative Designs in Senior High School of Taichung County and City Abstract The principles of innovation, variety, elegance, improvement, excellence, and delicacy of school creative designs in “School Buildings in Taiwan” (湯志民,2002a) have been applied in this study. There are seventeen features constructed by the principles above as well as creative methods and techniques. In this study, 56 administrators in school, consisted of the principles and the directors of general affairs office of 28 senior high schools in Taichung county and Taichung City, were interviewed and inquired about the concepts, vision, and the policy of maintenances. Meanwhile, 112 teachers and students, two teaches and two students in each school, were also interviewed, and their shared ideas and feelings about how the school facilities are used will be the reference of rebuild, improving a school, or building a new school. The statistics is gathered by calculating the numbers of how each school matches the principle of school creative designs, which is analyzed by the power percentage. Pearson’s correlations coefficient is as well used to analyze the relation between the category in campus-school buildings, schoolyards, play ground, school facilities-and each principles. The conclusion and detection of this study is as followed: 1. From the statistics: (1) The principle of innovation and school facilities are easier to achieve and improve, so the statistics are much higher than any others. (2) The statistics of schools in Taichung City is apparently much higher that that in Taichung County. (3) There are schools value the principle of excellence and delicacy, even though the statistics of which is not high. (4) The statistics of the category of campus is not affected by the extent of school. Among the items in the category, only the principle of improvement is obviously related. (5) The longer the school history is, the more related is the sum and the statistics of the principle of elegance; The longer the school history is, the much higher the statistics of schoolyard is. (6) The more school facilities there are, the higher the statistics of schoolyard is. 2. From the concepts and visions: (1) The concepts of creative school design are rather complicated, which are extensively consisted the functions of living and education. (2) Schools all hopes to feature themselves in their vision and head to have lasting multi-function facilities and space. 3. From the policies of maintenances: (1) In national senior high schools, the authority of maintaining school facilities is often kept to the principle and administrators. (2) In private senior high schools, the board of directors often controls the authority of maintaining school facilities. 4. From the shared ideas and feelings of teachers and students: (1) The teachers and students seldom take part in the process of designing and building campuses. Few of them enjoy the school creative design. (2) The schoolyards is most teachers and students’ preference. The trend of creative design of schoolyard is toward a delicate style. Environment-friendly ideas are often welcome. (3) The statistic of playground is lower than any other. Those designed and matches the principle of excellence and delicacy are often welcome and love by students. (4) The statistics of school facilities is the highest among all. However, the items loved by teachers’ are quite different from students. According to the analysis of literatures and the results of the study, eighteen suggestions are offered to educational authorities, the schools which are interested in school creative design, and those who go further studies.

國民小學學校型態實驗教育的創新經營與組織效能關係之研究-以校長領導行為為中介變項 / A study on the relationship between innovative management and organizational effectiveness in the school-based experimental education- the principal’s leadership behavior as the mediator

摘要 本研究旨在瞭解國民小學學校型態實驗教育的創新經營、組織效能與校長領導行為之內涵與現況,探討其關係,進而建構與驗證三者之互動模式,最後依據研究結果提出建議。本研究採用文件分析與調查研究法,以台灣地區105學年度公辦公營之國民小學學校型態實驗教育學校教師為研究對象,總共發出335份問卷,問卷回收率為91.94%,有效問卷則為89.55%。正式問卷回收後,分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。 依據研究結果與分析歸納,獲得結論如下: 一、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在學校創新經營現況呈現中高程度發展。 二、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在學校組織效能現況呈現中高程度發展。 三、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在校長領導行為現況呈現中高程度發展。 四、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中, 不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在創新經營得分之差異達顯著水準。 五、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中, 不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在學校組織效能得分之差異達顯著水準。 六、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中,不同服務年資、不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在校長領導行為得分之差異達顯著水準。 七、整體學校創新經營與整體學校組織效能間呈顯著的正相關,且與「學生學習」及「學生展能」之相關程度最高。 八、整體校長領導行為與整體學校組織效能間呈顯著的正相關,且與「行政領導」及「控制」之相關程度最高。 九、整體校長領導行為與整體學校創新經營間呈顯著的正相關,且與「行政管理」及「控制」之相關程度最高。 十、學校創新經營透過校長領導行為影響學校組織效能,校長領導行為具有部分中介效果。 本研究根據以上結論,提出相關建議,俾供主管教育行政機關、學校教育人員及後續研究之參考。 / Abstract This study aims to understand the connotations and status of the innovative operation, organizational effectiveness and the dean’s leadership in primary schools under the school-pattern experimental education, probe into their relations so as to construct and validate the patterns of interactions between these three aspects and finally propose suggestions based on the research results. The document analysis and survey method is adopted for the study purpose and the objects are the teachers in public primary schools that apply school-pattern experimental education in 2016. A total of 335 questionnaires were issued, with a response rate of 91.94% and a valid response rate of 89.55%. The collected questionnaires were analyzed with such statistic methods as descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlations, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study came to the following conclusions based on the findings and analytic induction: 1.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the school’ s innovative operation. 2.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the school’ s organizational effectiveness. 3.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the principal’s leadership. 4.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the school’s innovation operation. 5.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the school’s organizational effectiveness. 6.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ seniority and titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the principal’s leadership. 7.The school’s overall innovative operation has a significant positive correlation with its organizational effectiveness, with the highest degree of correlation with “students’ study” and “students’ performance”. 8.The principal’s overall leadership has a significant positive correlation with the school’s organizational effectiveness, with the highest degree of correlation with “administrative leadership” and “control”. 9.The principal’s overall leadership has a significant positive correlation with the school’s innovative operation, with the highest degree of correlation with “administrative management” and “control”. 10.The school’s innovative operations would influence its organizational effectiveness through the principal’s leadership, which embodies a partial medium effect. Based on the above conclusions, this study proposed related suggestions for the reference of competent educational and administrative authorities, the school educators as well as future studies.

A parceria público-privada na educação : implicações para a gestão da escola

O presente estudo analisa a parceria entre a rede municipal de ensino de Sapiranga e o Instituto Ayrton Senna, revelando as conseqüências dessa para a gestão educacional, discutindo a relação do público e do privado na educação. O marco teórico é a crise do capital, que tem entre suas estratégias de superação o Neoliberalismo e a Terceira Via, propondo a reforma do Estado para a solução de uma crise centrada no Estado. Em 1995, no Brasil, é criado o Ministério de Administração e Reforma do Estado, que cria o Plano Diretor da Reforma do Aparelho do Estado, o qual propunha a descentralização de serviços, até então de exclusividade do Estado, incluindo a sociedade civil organizada, o Terceiro Setor ou público não-estatal. Outra faceta da publicização foi a introdução, na gestão pública, do quase-mercado, ou seja a lógica da iniciativa privada agindo no setor público. Diante disso, é apresentado como a gestão escolar vem se reconfigurando nos últimos anos, principalmente nos anos 1980, com a luta pela gestão democrática do ensino público, e como esta é ressignificada na década de 1990, quando as políticas de descentralização se acentuam e trazem, para as políticas sociais, em especial para a educação, novos padrões de gestão. Este trabalho apresenta o convênio de um sistema de ensino público (Sapiranga) com o Instituto Ayrton Senna, como forma de materialização dessas políticas, e as implicações para a gestão da escola pública pesquisada. / The presente study analyses the partnership between the educational system of Sapiranga and the Ayrton Senna Institute, revealing the consequences that it brings to the educacional management, discussing the relationship between the public and the private sphere in education. The theoric base is the capital’crisis, that has as one of it’s superation strategies the Neo-Liberalism and the Third Way, proposing a State` reform for solution of a crisis centred on the State. In 1995, in Brazil, is created the Administration and State’s Reform Ministry, that creates the Director Plan of the State’s Apparatuses Reform, that proposes the descentralization of services, until then, exclusives from the state, including now the organized civil society, the Third Sector and the public non-governamental sphere. Another face of that publicization was the introduction, on public management, of the almost-market, the logic of the private sphere acting on the public sphere. Facing that, is presented how the school’s management has been reconfigurated in the last years, especially in the 1980’s, with the battle for the democratic management of public education, and how this one is resignified in the 1990`s, when the descentralization politics increase and bring, for social politics, especially for education, a new standard of public management. This study presents the accord between a public educacional system (Sapiranga) and Ayrton Senna Institute, as a real form of these kind of politics, and it’s consequences on public schools` management.

Att arbeta offensivt mot narkotika : En kvalitativ studie om föräldrars upplevelser i samband med att deras barn drogtestas av Ungdomsteamet i Örebro

<p>Denna studie syftar till att undersöka föräldrars upplevelser i samband med att deras barn kallas till möte med Ungdomsteamet i Örebro, vid oro för droganvändning. Med studiens syfte som utgångspunkt, valdes en kvalitativ intervjumetod och insamling av empiriskt material skedde genom semistrukturerade intervjuer via telefon. Intervjumanualen konstruerades utifrån de frågeställningar som valts och delar av den litteratur som använts i studien. Det insamlade materialet från intervjuer med sex personer utgör underlag för resultatet och tolkas främst utifrån Hübinettes litteratur om drogpreventivt arbete, stämplingsteori och ekologisk systemteori. Resultatet visar att majoriteten av respondenterna var positivt inställda till Ungdomsteamets arbetssätt, oavsett vad drogtestet visade. En del av de tillfrågade kände en viss frustration inledningsvis, på grund av att de undanhölls information om vad mötet de kallats till skulle handla om. Samtliga respondenter framhöll dock att Ungdomsteamet utförde arbetet på ett professionellt sätt och att teamets personal var både kunskapsmässigt uppdaterade och sakliga i sin framställning av ärendena vid dessa möten. Dessutom visar resultatet att föräldrarna riktar en del kritik mot skolans delaktighet i det drogförebyggande arbetet.</p> / <p>This study aims at examining experiences of parents in connection with their child being requisitioned to a meeting with Ungdomsteamet in Örebro, due to concern regarding drug use. The construction of the interview manual is based on the question formulations and some literature used in this study. The gathered material from interviews with six persons is the foundation for the results and is being analysed mainly through Hübinette’s literature on drug prevention, the labelling theory and ecological systems theory. The study shows that the majority of the respondents have a positive view on the approach that is used by the Ungdomsteamet, no matter the result of the drug test. Some of the respondents felt a bit frustrated in the beginning since they were not informed about the purpose of the meeting they were summoned to. All respondents stressed though that the Ungdomsteamet accomplished their job in a professional way and that they both had up-to-date knowledge and were unbiased in their way of running the meetings. The study also shows that the parents are partly critical to the way in which the school is acting in this drug prevention work.</p>

O presente estudo analisa a parceria entre a rede municipal de ensino de Sapiranga e o Instituto Ayrton Senna, revelando as conseqüências dessa para a gestão educacional, discutindo a relação do público e do privado na educação. O marco teórico é a crise do capital, que tem entre suas estratégias de superação o Neoliberalismo e a Terceira Via, propondo a reforma do Estado para a solução de uma crise centrada no Estado. Em 1995, no Brasil, é criado o Ministério de Administração e Reforma do Estado, que cria o Plano Diretor da Reforma do Aparelho do Estado, o qual propunha a descentralização de serviços, até então de exclusividade do Estado, incluindo a sociedade civil organizada, o Terceiro Setor ou público não-estatal. Outra faceta da publicização foi a introdução, na gestão pública, do quase-mercado, ou seja a lógica da iniciativa privada agindo no setor público. Diante disso, é apresentado como a gestão escolar vem se reconfigurando nos últimos anos, principalmente nos anos 1980, com a luta pela gestão democrática do ensino público, e como esta é ressignificada na década de 1990, quando as políticas de descentralização se acentuam e trazem, para as políticas sociais, em especial para a educação, novos padrões de gestão. Este trabalho apresenta o convênio de um sistema de ensino público (Sapiranga) com o Instituto Ayrton Senna, como forma de materialização dessas políticas, e as implicações para a gestão da escola pública pesquisada. / The presente study analyses the partnership between the educational system of Sapiranga and the Ayrton Senna Institute, revealing the consequences that it brings to the educacional management, discussing the relationship between the public and the private sphere in education. The theoric base is the capital’crisis, that has as one of it’s superation strategies the Neo-Liberalism and the Third Way, proposing a State` reform for solution of a crisis centred on the State. In 1995, in Brazil, is created the Administration and State’s Reform Ministry, that creates the Director Plan of the State’s Apparatuses Reform, that proposes the descentralization of services, until then, exclusives from the state, including now the organized civil society, the Third Sector and the public non-governamental sphere. Another face of that publicization was the introduction, on public management, of the almost-market, the logic of the private sphere acting on the public sphere. Facing that, is presented how the school’s management has been reconfigurated in the last years, especially in the 1980’s, with the battle for the democratic management of public education, and how this one is resignified in the 1990`s, when the descentralization politics increase and bring, for social politics, especially for education, a new standard of public management. This study presents the accord between a public educacional system (Sapiranga) and Ayrton Senna Institute, as a real form of these kind of politics, and it’s consequences on public schools` management.
