Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka lärares arbete för en inkluderande skolmiljö, med fokus på elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar. I denna studie har vi intervjuat sju legitimerade lärare som arbetar på en grundskola med elever som har neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar. I studien kommer vi att undersöka tidigare forskning om det ämnet vi har valt. Vi har använt Bent Madsens teori om inkludering och exkludering för att analysera våra intervjuer. Studiens resultat visar att de intervjuade lärarna har goda kunskaper kring hur de inkluderar elever neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar i skolmiljön. Resursbrist och kunskapsluckor kan utgöra hinder för lärare när det gäller att inkludera elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar. Bristen på tillräckliga resurser kan innebära att lärare inte har tillgång till de stödresurser som behövs för att effektivt stödja eleverna med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar. / The purpose of this study is to explore teachers' work for an inclusive school environment, with a focus on pupils with neuropsychiatric disabilities. In this study we have interviewed seven certified teachers working in a primary school with pupils with neuropsychiatric disabilities. In the study we will examine previous research on the topic we have chosen. We will use Bent Madsen's theory of inclusion and exclusion to confirm his theory with the results presented in our study. The results of this study show that the interviewed teachers who have participated in the study have good knowledge about how to include students with neuropsychiatric disabilities in the school environment. But lack of resources and knowledge can be obstacles for teachers when it comes to including students with neuropsychiatric disabilities. The lack of sufficient resources may mean that teachers do not have access to the support resources to effectively support students with neuropsychiatric disabilities.
