Uma adaptação de um processo de software específico para linhas de produtos de software é proposta. Esse processo tem o objetivo de ser ágil, de apoiar as atividades de projetar e desenvolver características com re-trabalho mínimo e de facilitar a engenharia de aplicações. A fase de engenharia de domínio é iterativa e incremental e propõe uma arquitetura baseada em componentes. As aplicações são geradas por um gerador de aplicações configurável a partir de uma linguagem de modelagem de aplicações baseada no modelo de características. Adicionalmente, é apresentado um estudo detalhado de alternativas para projeto de componentes em uma linha de produtos, considerando componentes do tipo caixa-preta e caixa-branca visando a facilitar a composição e o reúso de componentes. Uma linha de produtos para controle de Bilhetes Eletrônicos em Transporte urbano (BET) foi projetada e implementada usando o processo proposto. Alternativas para a implementação baseada em aspectos de requisitos transversais e de variabilidades da linha de produtos BET, bem como sua geração automática, são apresentadas e discutidas / Adaptation of a specific software product line process is described. The adapted process aims to be agile, minimising rework for feature design and development activities and facilitating applications engineering. The domain engineering phase is iterative and incremental, using a component-based architecture. Applications are generated by an application generator configurable using an application modeling language based on the features diagram. Additionally, we present a detailed study of alternatives for design of product line components, considering white-box and black-box components, aiming to facilitate component composition and reuse. A product line for control of Electronic Transport Cards (ETC) was designed and developed using the proposed process. We present and discuss implementation alternatives based on aspect-oriented development to represent crosscutting and variability requirements of the ETC product line, as well as the automated generation of these requirements

Systém pro podporu sledování a řízení IT dle DCMM / IT Monitoring and Management System with DCMM

Developeri v IT tíme vidia IT manažment ako vedúcich ich oddelenia a IT projektov. Úzkoprsosť manažmentu spoločnosti je často videná ako problém v riadení IT. Avšak v DCMM terminológii sa od vedúcich manažmentu vyžaduje rovnocenná diskusia medzi oboma účastníkmi. Pri rovnocennej diskusii to má za pozitívny dopad na pracovníkov IT a riešenia IT projektu, než pri nerovnocennej komunikácií. Navrhovaný systém umožňuje uživateľom (IT manažérom) manažovať a zobrazovať zdroje IT oddelenia, aktuálny stav projektu a aktuálny pohľad na manažment IT v DCMM perspektíve. Hlavné zameranie je kladené na extrakciu záznamov z rôznych nástrojov, ktoré sú spojené do príbehov. Tieto príbehy vytvárajú reťazec navzájom súvisiacich krokov, ktoré majú buď pozitívny alebo negatívny dopad na podnikanie. DCMM metriky boli realizované pre pomoc IT manažmentu aby sa vďaka ním vedel rozhodnúť ísť v smere nových myšlienok alebo sa držať ďaleko od inovácií. Pri použití nástroja, je manažmentu podniku ľahšie určiť, či DCMM pomôže danej spoločnosti byť inovatívna alebo či sa má rozhodnúť zostať v užívaní aktuálneho manažérskeho modelu. Na základe aktuálnych a predošlých udalostí odohraných vo firme, ktoré sa zobrazia je nutné vykonať manažérsku analýzu pre zistenie nových vedomostí.

The Networking Born Globals : An Exploratory Study of how Swedish Born Global Software Firms use Networks when Internationalizing

Purpose – The purpose of this thesis was to investigate how networking is influenced by the choice of internationalization strategy of software firms with a born global mindset. To achieve this purpose, the following research questions were answered: How applicable is previous research on traditional internationalization strategies to born global software firms? How does networking vary between the different choices of internationalization strategy for born global software firms? Method – The research philosophy of this thesis was interpretivistic, supported by an abductive qualitative multi-method approach of exploratory character. Additionally, the data collection methods were literature studies, interviews and documentation conducted from six case companies. The collected data form the base of the developed networking and internationalization model which serves to support the general understanding of how born global software firms can internationalize and use networks to benefit their operations. Findings – By forming clusters and looking into how networking varies between the different choices of internationalization strategy, several types of internationalization strategies of born global software firms were identified, these being referred to as Nascent Global, Cautiously Global, Regionally Global and Instantly Global. Additionally, the results show that it is the choice of internationalization strategy that influences the choice of the networking activity. Nascent Global firms are firms who has not yet launched their service or decided upon internationalization strategy, they mostly network in order to strategize and plan; Cautiously Global firms operates nationally or have recently internationalized into another country, for them the networking focus lies on the process of learning to minimize the risk of mistakes or failure; Regionally Global firms are internationalizing incrementally with a regional focus and networking to access sources of knowledge; Instantly Global firms are those who are global right from inception where the focus is targeted at growth opportunities. Moreover, the findings show that Instantly Global firms are the ones that truly contradict traditional theory on internationalization strategies. Research limitations – The first limitation of this study is that we have solely focused on networking from the firm’s perspective and have not gone into the actual external network of each firm. Additionally, it would be appropriate to include a larger amount of case companies, in order to increase the level of generalizability. Nevertheless, due to limitations concerning the scale of work and time-constraints, six case companies were included. Further research – If practitioners would conduct a similar investigation of born global software firms, it would be interesting to conduct a quantitative study, analyzing potential linkages between the use of networks and internationalization. Also, since this study was cross-sectional, opportunities exist of conducting a longitudinal study, looking into how born global software firms change over time.

No entanto, jogos sérios constituem-se objetos multimídia complexos e caros de se produzir. A natureza multidisciplinar dos jogos educacionais pressupõe o envolvimento e coordenação de uma equipe especializada. Com o objetivo de auxiliar no desenvolvimento de jogos educacionais é proposto o modelo computacional BROAD-PLG. O modelo é composto por uma arquitetura de alto nível, modelagens de domínio baseadas em características que descrevem três diferentes tipos dos jogos educacionais, e uma ferramenta de engenharia de aplicação, que permite instanciação de um arcabouço pronto para ser utilizado no desenvolvimento desses tipos de jogos. A separação de interesses divide o domínio de jogos educacionais em conjuntos de características que englobam aspectos educacionais, mecânica de jogos e elementos de gamificação. Ao final do trabalho são construídos três exemplos distintos de aplicações demonstrando esses três aspectos. Avaliando-se os exemplos pode-se concluir que o BROAD-PLG, apesar de estar na versão inicial, demonstra grande potencial para ser utilizado como uma ferramenta tanto na forma de geração de aplicações, quanto como referência na modelagem de domínio do problema. / The advantages of using games for educational purposes can be considered as a consensus among teachers and students. However, serious games constitute complex and expensive to produce multimedia objects. The multidisciplinary nature of educational games requires the involvement and coordination of a specialized team. With the objective of assisting in the development of educational games is proposed the computational model BROAD-PLG. The model consists of a high-level architecture, domain modeling based on features that describe three different faces of educational games and application engineering tool that allows instantiation of a framework ready to be used in game development. The separation of concerns splits the domain of educational games into sets of features that include educational aspects of game mechanics and gamification elements. At the end of the work three different application examples are constructed demonstrating these three aspects. In reviewing the examples it can be concluded that the broad-PLG despites being in the initial stage shows great potential to be used as a tool in generating applications as reference in modeling the problem domain.

В процессе выполнения магистерской диссертации было разработано приложение, которое позволяет повысить эффективность производственных процессов компании. / The paper considers the process of designing ventilation systems. The interrelation of work in ventilation design with adjacent design sections has been determined, which has adjusted the overall work schedule. Labor-intensive work requiring automation has been identified. In the process of completing the master's thesis, an application was developed that allows you to increase the efficiency of the company's production processes.
