Nové řešení nastavování reflektoru ve světlometu automobilu / New Solutions for Settings Car HeadlampsGlatter, Willi January 2014 (has links)
The aim is to develop new adjusting element. There were three versions of engineering design suggested, which were consequently simulated for various materials. Optimal material was chosen and came up to production suggested variants. These variants were consequently implemented to the headlamp and were consequently measured and tested. During measuring was under consideration change of CutOff line position after heat imunity and vibration tests. Result is selection only one material and only one engineering design of adjusting element solution, which warrants easy and fast assembly and confidential adjusting of reflector, for standardization and implementation to recently develop headlamps.

SHARIF: Solid Pod based Secured Healthcare Information Storage and Exchange Solution / SHARIF: Solid Pod-baserad säker vårdinformationslagrings- och utbyteslösningSharma, Munish January 2021 (has links)
Health Informatics has enlightened by the recent development in the internet of medical things 4.0. Healthcare services have seen greater acceptance of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in recent years; in light of the increasing volume of patient data, the traditional way of storing data in physical files has eventually moved to a digital alternative such as Electronic Health Record (EHR). However, the conventional healthcare data systems are plagued with a single point of failure, security issues, mutable logging, and inefficient methods to retrieve healthcare records. Solid (Social Linked Data) has been developed as a decentralized technology to alter digital data sharing and ownership for its users radically. However, Solid alone cannot address all the security issues posed to data exchange and storage. This work combines two decentralized technologies, Solid ecosystem and Blockchain technology, to tackle potential security issues using Solidity-based Smart Contracts, thereby providing a secure patient centric design. This research evaluates a model solution for secure storage, emphasizing secure auditing of accessing the data stored. The architecture will also come with algorithms that will provide developers with logical instructions to implement the artefact.

From Bytecode to Safety : Decompiling Smart Contracts for Vulnerability AnalysisDarwish, Malek January 2024 (has links)
This thesis investigated the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) for vulnerability analysis of decompiled smart contracts. A controlled experiment was conducted in which an automated system was developed to decompile smart contracts using two decompilers: Dedaub and Heimdall-rs, and subsequently analyze them using three LLMs: OpenAI’s GPT-4 and GPT-3.5, as well as Meta’s CodeLlama. The study focuses on assessing the effectiveness of the LLMs at identifying a range of vulnerabilities. The evaluation method included the collection and comparative analysis of performance and evaluative metrics such as the precision, recall and F1-scores. Our results show the LLM-decompiler pairing of Dedaub and GPT-4 to exhibit impressive detection capabilities across a range of vulnerabilities while failing to detect some vulnerabilities at which CodeLlama excelled. We demonstrated the potential of LLMs to improve smart contract security and sets the stage for future research to further expand on this domain.

Fluidity and Solidity in Marilynne Robinson’s HousekeepingLindqvist, Linda January 2006 (has links)

C-paper Abstract

Title: Fluidity and Solidity in Marilynne Robinson’s Housekeeping

Author: Linda Lindqvist

The purpose of this essay is to show that fluidity and solidity constitute a central tension on all levels in Housekeeping, and how this tension leads to a choice of either a fluid or a solid lifestyle and view of the world. I focus on fluidity and solidity in gender roles, in memories, in dreams, in nature, and in different perceptions of reality. By taking a closer look at Ruth’s first-person narration (seeing fluidity as not resisting deformation, while solidity resists deformation), we find that the characters in Housekeeping have fluid and solid traits, but that there is no reality that allows mixed manifestations of these. This results in repression of either fluidity or solidity, which creates tension and feelings of loss. Ruth chooses a fluid lifestyle, thus her memories and dreams become mixed with her present, and this also leads her to become a transient, outside gender roles and traditional small town society. Transience in this novel questions all distinctions conventionally made between dream and reality; male and female. In conclusion, this essay highlights how tension between fluidity and solidity is generated on all levels in Housekeeping, and how this leads to either fluid or solid lifestyles since the characters follow a cultural code that dictates a choice between them.

Variabler som förklarar skuldräntan hos SME:s i fastighetsbranschen.Byström, Jonas, Persson, Paulina January 2018 (has links)
Small and medium sized enterprises, further known as SME: s, plays an important role when it comes to economic growth. Especially in the industrial economies where they make up 99 percent out all the companies while they also contribute the most work opportunities. When it comes to financing the SME: s, they are very reliant on external capital. This is to enable further business but also to evolve and grow as a company. The problem is the SME:s tend to be associated with higher risk, lower profitability and a lack of collateral, which banks require in order to grant loans to a reasonable interest rate, or even being granted a loan at all.The study process 197 SME: s in the real estate business, between the years 2008-2015. The focus of the study is on how the variables age, solidity, size, profitability and economic crisis explain the interest rate that SME: s in the real estate business get when granted loans. To examine this empirical, a linear regression model was generated based on the previously mentioned variables. All variables were also processed in a correlation analysis and a descriptive analysis to examine the connections between the variables to see how the data looked during the economic crisis and in the years of financial recovery. The study can confirm that age, solidity and economic crisis has a negative and significant impact on the interest rate. The result also points to that SME: s often, suffer from moral hazard, information asymmetry and adverse selection.
