TITLE: Specifics of the Church grammar schools in the Czech Republic AUTHOR: Bc. Jan Pech DEPARTMENT: School Management Center SUPERVISOR: Mgr. et. Bc. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: The Churches and religious denominations can become school and school facility founders according to the law no. 561/2004 of the Statute book, Education law. What are the specifics of the Church schools from the management of education point of view, which this work deals with? And do these specifics actually exist? Do the tangible differences that clearly specify the Church school against the school founded by the municipality, region or the union of municipalities exist? We will focus on the Church grammar schools. There are 18 such grammar schools in the Czech Republic and all of them, were founded by the Roman Catholic Church. These institutions create a specific, not large group of schools that provide high-quality education and also pass religious values on with emphasis on respecting the uniqueness and value of each human being. In the beginning, this work shortly looks into the historical development of the Church schools and their actual legal status. Then, using the qualitative research method - the analysis of the materials, it deals with the questions of the Church schools management and noticing their potential specifics....

Title: Attitudes of children of young school age to integrate people with disability. The main topic of the thesis is the attitudes of younger pupils towards integrating their peers with disabilities. The thesis also briefly discusses the attitudes of families and teachers with regards to the issue. The theoretical basis which the thesis builds on is defining of the term "inclusion" and the related legislature. Issues of physical disability, personality of a person with a disability and societal views and approaches to disabilities are also explored. Specific characteristics of inclusive education are mentioned. The goal of the thesis is to map the attitudes of pupils towards inclusion, their feelings about being in a classroom where inclusive education is practiced and their way of perceiving their teacher`s work. The thesis Relationships of Muslim Families towards Czech School - The Role of Cultural and Religious Specifics in Families from the Middle East is a theoretical-empirical thesis focused on Muslim immigrant families living in Czech Republic whose children attend common Czech state schools and their perception of the Czech school system. The goal of the thesis is to determine what the relation of Muslim family is and how is influenced by the religious and cultural specifics. The object of the theoretical part is to convey the basic background for understanding the complex situation of the target group. The first chapter shows the families as the participants in the processes of migration and intercultural communication, the next one deals with the role of school as an environment of integration and the last chapter of this part describes essential characteristics of Islam and the Muslim community in Czech Republic. The object of the empirical part is to describe the influence of cultural and religious specifics on the Muslim families' review of experiences with Czech school. A pesquisa refletiu sobre a ação poética de Enterro, capaz de romper com a continuidade em curso da imagem, instrumentalizando, ainda, o repetir e o registrar de outros Enterros por distintas autorias. A partir do Enterro de uma obra cerâmica na Avenida Paulista, em 2007, a imagem- documento dessa ação desencadeou outros Enterros realizados sob distintas interpretações, por participantes em diferentes lugares (2007-2010). Os pensamentos de Walter Benjamin e Gilles Deleuze apoiaram o entendimento do Enterro como ação que causa estranhamento e ruptura com o que está posto, deflagrando visualizações de outras realidades possíveis. Assim, o diferencial do trabalho apontou para o potencial dos Enterros produzirem momentos específicos de transformações de sentidos à ação, produção de imagens e autoria, possibilitando ao artista retomar seu trabalho a partir do sentido construído pelo outro, agir ora como participante, ora como autor, na mesma obra, em momentos diferentes. / Research centered on the poetic action of a Burial, which presents a rupture within an image and its course, while providing instruments for the repetition and documentation of other Burials by distinct contributors. The piece initiates with the Burial of ceramics work of art on Avenida Paulista, in 2007, the image-document of this act led to other Burials carried out in various guises by participants in different locations (2007-2010). Walter Benjamin and Gilles Deleuze support the understanding that a Burial is an act that causes distancing and rupture, prompting visualizations of alternative realities. The work explores the potencial of these Burials to produce specific-moments that transform an act and its meaning, image production and authorship, allowing the artist to reclaim a work based on meanings assigned to it by others, while acting both as a participant and as author on the same piece at different times throughout its process.

The goal of the graduation theses was to point out the impact of legislative changes to accounting of the specific nonprofit organization and to analyze an implementation of new revising legislation from 2010 until 2014 into practice. It was also focused on the related regulations in connection with economy of selected accounting entities with the focus on a specific subsidized organization. The specific subsidized organization is Městský dům kultury Sokolov, incorporated by municipal authorities, which is the center of cultural events in the town Sokolov. In the theses it was outlined, how the legislative changes are projected into practice in this specific subsidized organization. The theses also concentrates on the specifics of accounting and on the process of bookkeeping in the chosen subsidized organization and on its ways of financing and reporting. In the conclusion several measures were proposed, which mainly relate to the legislation, also to outflows of financial funds and finally recommendations related to a supplementary activity were proposed.

This diploma thesis focuses on the problematic of the specifics of social work with Roma youth. The first chapter contains theoretical basis, which divides into two parts. The first part deals with the Roma minority, its customs, history, culture and then also Roma youth and their social problems. The second section of the theoretical part is devoted to social work. These findings were processed from the professional literature. For the research part of the thesis, a qualitative strategy was chosen, as well as the questioning method and the technique of semi-structured interview. The research was conducted in the South Bohemian region, there were contacted social workers who work in a low-threshold institutions for youth or in a community centre and meet Roma youth. Overall ten workers agreed with cooperation. The aim of the thesis was to find out which specifics of social works do the social workers notice when working with Roma youth. Regarding this aim, research questions were set, focusing on which specifics do the social workers see in the social work with Roma youth, if there occur differences according to whether the work is carried out by a woman or a man, and also what are the techniques and methods used by the workers. From the research emerged, that the workers see the specificity in individual approach to every client, establishing and then maintaining of a confidential relationship, or in setting the rules. Most of the workers agreed, that both men and women are very important in this job, because every one of them is a different role model. However, they see some differences in better obedience and easier gain of authority, in case the social worker is a man. They also listed group work, community work, terrain work, various tasks and client-oriented approach.

In order to have successful television advertising spot, it is important to define the specifics typical for the product which are acceptable in the country where the spot will air. The purpose of coffee as a product is to appeal to senses and to whet the appetite, preferably in a good company where peace, joy and pleasant atmosphere dominates. The important part of an advertising spot is also demonstration of drinking and preparing coffee so that the consumer can learn how to prepare coffee properly. This product has clearly delimited target audience. In case of instant coffee, the target audience, are men and women from 25 to 35 years. On the other hand, ground coffee is appreciated by men and women in their forties.

This thesis treats of the development of mobile applications for Windows Mobile platform. It contains a list of other mobile platforms (mobile operating systems) and a comparative table according to selected categories, so that readers can get an idea of other platforms. Part of this thesis is an overview of technologies for development, which is supported by the comparative table. The main objective is to propose a methodology of mobile application development for platform Windows Mobile. To clarify the most important specifics serves the separate chapters describing these specifics. It is about the design of user interface for mobile applications, where attention is placed on the method of operating, because for each method of operating should be a different user interface design. Another specific feature, which is discussed in my thesis, is testing applications in Microsoft Device Emulator V3, this precedes the description of this tool for testing and the possibilities of its settings. To demonstrate the methodology the thesis contains the practical example illustrating the gradual steps corresponding to the phases of the methodology and execution of activities. In the annex are tables describing the various phases of the methodology, a description of their objectives, roles and them associated activities and what are the inputs and outputs of this phase.
