Fonction de Hilbert non standard et nombres de Betti gradués des puissances d'idéaux / Non-standard Hilbert function and graded Betti numbers of powers of ideals

En utilisant le concept des fonctions de partition , nous étudions le comportement asymptotique des nombres de Betti gradués des puissances d’idéaux homogènes dans un polynôme sur un corp.Pour un Z-graduer positif, notre résultat principal affirme que les nombres de Betti des puissances est codé par un nombre fini des polynômes. Plus précisément, Z^2 peut être divisé en un nombre fini des régions telles que, dans chacun d’eux, dimk Tor^{S}_{i} (I^t,k)μ est un quasi-polynôme en (μ,t). Ce affine, dans une situation graduée, le résultat de Kodiyalam sur nombres de Betti des puissances dans [33].La déclaration principale traite le cas des produits des puissances d’idéaux homogènes dans un algèbre Z^d -graduée , pour un graduer positif, dans le sens de [37] et il est généralise également pour les filtrations I -good.Dans la deuxième partie, en utilisant la version paramétrique de l’algorithme de Barvinok, nous donnons une formule fermée pour les fonctions de Hilbert non-standard d’anneaux de polynômes, en petites dimensions. / Using the concept of vector partition functions, we investigate the asymptotic behavior of graded Betti numbers of powers of homogeneous ideals in a polynomial ring over a field. For a positive Z-grading, our main result states that the Betti numbers of powers is encoded by finitely many polynomials. More precisely, Z^2 can be splitted into a finite number of regions such that, in each of them, dim_k Tor^{S}_{i} (I^t,k)μ is a quasi-polynomial in (μ,t). This refines, in a graded situation, the result of Kodiyalam on Betti numbers of powers in [33]. The main statement treats the case of a power products of homogeneous ideals in a Z^d -graded algebra, for a positive grading, in the sense of [37] and it is also generalizes to I -good filtrations . In the second part , using the parametric version of Barvinok’s algorithm, we give a closed formula for non-standard Hilbert functions of polynomial rings, in low dimensions.

The theoretical part defines the concept of living standards, selected factors influencing the price of real estate and presents basic information from the field of housing policy and housing stock. In the practical part are evaluated the data obtained from the survey, the hypotheses investigating the dependence of selected factors and there is also evaluation of the importance of selected housing requirements.

The main topic of this Master's Thesis is design and implementation of mechanical connection between the automatic range switch unit and the AC-DC Transfer Standart Fluke 792A. This Master's Thesis contains theoretical analysis of the the AC-DC Transfer Standart Fluke 792A and of stepper motors. Followed the choosing of appropriate drive. In next chapter is the theoretical analysis of automatic range switch unit, used microcontroller and the description of the GPIB. Last part of this Master's Thesis describes design of mechanical connecting part and the selection of appropriate sensors for sensing the current position of the shading component.

In the next part is introduce design and description of realize automatic switch control unit it has comunication faculty witch PC over GPIB bus. In the finish part is show of the theoretic description for GPIB bus and her realization with helped microcontroller Atmega16.

This diploma thesis deals with design of surface condensers with axial steam inlet which are widely used in the energy industry. In the practical part, hydraulic and heat calculation, dump-tube design and calculation of by-pass were made to design surface condenser with axial steam inlet. Two types of surface condenser were designed in order to compare impact of two different heat transfer tube materials. Stainless steel and copper-nickel alloy were used for condenser calculation. Stainless steel and copper-nickel alloy condensers were compared in order to weight calculation and condenser price estimation.

The purpose of the project is to study the SAP system, IS Apollo,  the database platform Oracle 10g, the RFID technology and to make a marketing research of a device for the chip EPCglobal UHF Gen2. On base marketing research propose and implement RFID inventory. At implementation target will be collective reading RFID tags. Further I will implement application simulating evidence systems and I will design data transmission to those application that will be also used at transmission data to the IS Apolla. I decided to implement the inventorying in the development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition C#. Application simulated accounting property and data transmission I decide to implement in the development environment Borland Delphi 7.

<p>For researches in the field of the data mining and machine learning the necessary condition is an availability of various input data set. Now researchers create the databases of such sets. Examples of the following systems are: The UCI Machine Learning Repository, Data Envelopment Analysis Dataset Repository, XMLData Repository, Frequent Itemset Mining Dataset Repository. Along with above specified statistical repositories, the whole pleiad from simple filestores to specialized repositories can be used by researchers during solution of applied tasks, researches of own algorithms and scientific problems. It would seem, a single complexity for the user will be search and direct understanding of structure of so separated storages of the information. However detailed research of such repositories leads us to comprehension of deeper problems existing in usage of data. In particular a complete mismatch and rigidity of data files structure with SDMX - Statistical Data and Metadata Exchange - standard and structure used by many European organizations, impossibility of preliminary data origination to the concrete applied task, lack of data usage history for those or other scientific and applied tasks.</p><p>Now there are lots of methods of data miming, as well as quantities of data stored in various repositories. In repositories there are no methods of DM (data miming) and moreover, methods are not linked to application areas. An essential problem is subject domain link (problem domain), methods of DM and datasets for an appropriate method. Therefore in this work we consider the building problem of ontological models of DM methods, interaction description of methods of data corresponding to them from repositories and intelligent agents allowing the statistical repository user to choose the appropriate method and data corresponding to the solved task. In this work the system structure is offered, the intelligent search agent on ontological model of DM methods considering the personal inquiries of the user is realized.</p><p>For implementation of an intelligent data and metadata exchange repository the agent oriented approach has been selected. The model uses the service oriented architecture. Here is used the cross platform programming language Java, multi-agent platform Jadex, database server Oracle Spatial 10g, and also the development environment for ontological models - Protégé Version 3.4.</p>

Existem vários fenômenos físicos causadores de consumo de energia em circuitos CMOS e várias técnicas que reduzem o consumo de energia de um chip. O objetivo principal desta pesquisa de mestrado foi investigar o quanto o consumo de energia estática em circuitos CMOS pode ser reduzido por meio do emprego de aritmética bit-serial em substituição à aritmética bit-paralela. A pesquisa está focada em circuitos construídos a partir de standard cells (células padrão), com aplicação em processamento de sinais, e para os quais o principal requisito não é o alto desempenho computacional, mas o baixo consumo de energia. A metodologia foi aplicada em um estudo de caso, utilizando-se para isto, simulações com o IP core SPVR. O SPVR é um verificador de identidade vocal implementado em um circuito dedicado capaz de ter desempenho suficiente para funcionar em tempo real, mesmo empregando um sinal de clock lento. Foi constatado na pesquisa, que o uso de aritmética bit-serial, em termos de diminuição de consumo estático, é vantajoso para somadores e circuitos de pequena complexidade. Porém, para sistemas de maior complexidade, esta substituição só é vantajosa em situações específicas de grande número de operações aritméticas e baixo uso de armazenamento em registradores paralelos. No caso inverso, as vantagens se perdem, porque embora haja diminuição de consumo estático, há um crescimento muito grande de consumo dinâmico. / Today, one of the biggest concerns, if not the largest, for the semiconductor industry is the development of chips with low power consumption. There are several physical phenomena that cause power consumption in CMOS circuits and various techniques that reduce the energy consumption of a chip. The main objective of this masters research was to investigate how the static power consumption in CMOS circuits can be reduced through the use of bit-serial arithmetic in place of bit-parallel arithmetic. The research is focused on circuits built from standard cells, with application to signal processing, and for which the main requirement is not the high computing performance, but the low power consumption. The methodology was applied in a case study, using for this, simulations with the SPVR IP core. The SPVR is a vocal identity checker implemented in a dedicated circuit able to have enough performance to run in real time, even employing a slow clock signal. It has been found in research that the use of bit-serial arithmetic, in terms of reduction of static consumption, is advantageous to adders and small circuit complexity. However, for more complex systems, this substitution is only advantageous in specific situations of large number of arithmetic operations and low storage usage in parallel registers. In the reverse case, the advantages are lost, because although there are static consumption decrease, there is a very large dynamic consumption growth.

Typové činnosti složek IZS při společném zásahu / Standart operation procedures for joint operations of IZS

The aim of the present diploma thesis is to point out the importance of creating and using {\clq}qCatalouge of standard operation procedures for joint operations of the IRS`` because the individual bodies of the Integrated Rescue System (hereinafter {\clq}qIZS``) had not been clarified as to what tasks they were supposed to perform on the emergency scene before such catalougue was issued. The creation of the said catalougues, based on the need to unite and coordinate the activites of the public administration as well as to set definite and unambiguous procedures and commanding authorities when on the emergency scene, refers to detailed responsibilities of the individual bodies of the Integrated Rescue System on the emergency scene. It is the most demanding but most promising form of standardization in the Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part deals with the legal issues related to the catalogues and their incorporation into the laws of the Czech Republic and the origins of individual standard operation procedures. Emphasis is mainly put on the body of the IZS selected for the purposes of this thesis {--} the Police of the Czech Republic and its irreplaceable position in this broad issue. An analysis of one selected standard operation procedure shows how broad is a seemingly trivial issue like investigation. Using the outcome of the survey evaluation, the empirical part points out how familiar the policemen are with the issues related to the Catalogue of standard operation procedures and how ready they are to use the Cataloque as a legal guideline in an emergency event. The conclusion of the thesis include a proposal of the procedure based on the available written documents, experience and possibilities given by the Catalogue and cooperating IZS bodies. Also, there was made a comparison between similar issues in the world and the results of the procedures and solutions.
